Dealt directly with the owner who is very personable and professional. He barely answered my questions and even helped me with a particular problem I was having with trying to pair my cell phone to my car.His manager was also helpful. She too reflected professionalism, coming directly to me in the waiting area to let me know my car was completed rather than shouting my name and telling me from behind the counter. This is something which I have experienced at other places.They took care of my car right away and also let me know what I needed to consider taking care of in the future.

Im so glad to have found this place. I usually work on my cars but this time was not able to since I was too busy with school and work. The guy know his stuff. I also had a chat with the mechanic he knew what he was doing. He worked on my car like I would. Jonny the owner is a good guy and not out to make a quick buck.

Admiral Auto Care was awesome! They were top shelf during the entire process and made me feel comfortable and confident that they were the right people and mechanics to work with. I called and talked to 3-4 different shops in the area about replacing my water pump because my coolant kept leaking out constantly - and Admiral auto care in Parma Heights, not only took the time to listen to my issue, but they made time to bring my car in, gave me the fairest price out of everybody and even called an Uber ride for me home while my vehicle was being worked on. My vehicle has ran great since then. Feels good to know trusting people are in the neighborhood looking over our cars that we drive everyday and they’re here to help us! Made an appointment to have a tire repaired and the gentleman on the phone was so nice and made me feel at ease. My daughter took the car in and called me when it was done. She told me the repair and replacing the donut with the tire was under an hour and she said everyone was so kind and made her comfortable while she waited. I now have a new service center!!! Im thankful to them for making my child relaxed.

Omg this place was absolutely incredible! They got me in quicker then any place possibly! Was efficient in getting the car done. The icing on the cake is the staff! Jhonnie who is the owner is as sweet as can be and so knowledgeable! Linda is a doll and very helpful as well! I never knew an oil change could be so much fun and almost relaxing. Had to use the restroom they even walked me there. Offered coffee and granola bars that are oh so yummy. They are kid friendly as well! These mechanics got me in at 545 when they close at 6 and changed my oil. Cheapest full synthetic in town. I will repeat again and again. Half the price of the other guys with leather seating and cold waters. I heard the manager arranging rides home for other clients before I was leaving.

Everything about this place was amazing. They were really nice over the phone, the quote they gave me for my brakes was ACTUALLY THE SAME PRICE I was charged, I didnt feel like the person who helped me was berating me about anything for my car, and I didnt feel pressured into anything. They did a thorough exam of my car along with quotes for the other suggested repairs! Ill be going here for as long as Im driving.

This place was honest and did an excellent job. I seen a Facebook post for a 79 dollar air conditioning special. My air in my car did not work and I thought it would cost hundreds of dollars. So I figure for 79 bucks I will give them a try. They fixed my air and it was 79 dollars. Did not try to over sell me, even followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure I was happy with the job. Upon arrival you are greeted professionally and the service was quick. I highly recommend them if you need your air conditioning looked at.

My windshield wiper broke off during a bad snowstorm on my way into work. There was no way I wanted to drive home from work without the wiper, so I called into ATL to see if they had a replacement blade. Johnny answered, and was incredibly easy to deal with. I came in, and he immediately replaced the wiper. In and out in 15 minutes. He even helped push my car out when I got stuck in the snow. Johnny was very helpful, addressed my concerns, and went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone in the area with car issues!

I came in today for the first time after seeing a flyer about a free oil change for Healthcare workers. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Everyone I came in contact with was super nice and explained everything to me. I had the oil changed but they also gave me an idea of what all needs worked on soon and at no point did I feel pressured into getting it done today. I wanted to talk it over with my husband and they were completely fine and understanding. I highly reccomend ATL and plan on telling my coworkers about this deal! I appreciated it so much!

I saw an ad of Facebook for this place, and a “too good to be true” special, and thought ‘There must be a catch...’, so I looked into it more and was amazed that there was.. no.. catch!!!Being in the neighborhood I pulled in, and was met with friendly staff, great service and value all at a convenient location! ATL Total Car Care is a fine shop, Im sure it would have only taken a short amount of time to complete an oil change on my vehicle but there were some unforseen issues regarding the condition of my car. From the initial call to schedule the appointment to when the car was done the staff, especially with C’ontae “C” were professional, courteous, engaging and customer centric. What I noticed the personal interactions were genuine and not scripted as they tend to be at other stand alone shops. They completed a thorough check of the vehicle and listed any issues they discovered. There was no attempt to upsell. Even the restroom located within the work area was clean. Usually a good indicator of the work being performed on your car. I was totally satisfied with service and respect shown to me as a customer. I will refer them to my friends.

Great Repair shop! Jeff, the tech guy was courteous and patiently explained to me what I needed to do on my vehicles .! The owners gave me a huge discount of about $150 over a $500 job and I paid only $350. I was impressed and I referred my mother and brother to go over their. I went for brake line repair for my truck and they never bleed the brakes and let me drive it home while it was unsafe. When I confronted them they said they never heard of bleeding the brakes after replacing the line. I would give them 0 stars but they dont give you that choice
