I take my work car to Tire 200 for all its repairs. They are friendly and have reasonable pricing. Steve the owner is great to talk to. He will explain what you need and if you dont under hell go the extra step to break it down for you so that you can fully understand.

While the price was reasonable for the tire the customer service sucks. I was told it would only take 20 minutes tops for my tire to come in, 20 minutes turned into almost 2 hours. And this is 2 hours without a update or someone coming to say anything to me. When I said put my old tire on so I can leave they finally told me they were balancing the new one. Like from beginning to end was a not good experience. Would not recommend

Got me for 800 dollars. Misdiagnosed the problem. Car blew a tire w my family inside. Told then the same problem had occurred just 4 weeks later. Tried to I charge me another 500 for struts and a new alignment saying that had to be the problem. I said throw a tire on and give it to me. So I took it to Confident Tire and the man laughed and said he was sorry they did what they did. Charged me less than 100 bucks for a camber adjustment and a washer for a loose bearing. Tire 200 wanted to charge me a total 1300 for a 90 dollar fix. Do Not Go!

This place is okay to work with. I feel like sometimes they jack the prices of working on your car kinda high and the cost of a used tire is a little over priced. If you need a tire you could go to Moes and get 2 tires for the price of there one.

They went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle I have no complaints whatsoever not highly recommend them to anyone that is having car issues.

They lie to you I went in for a wheel alignment with them they didn’t do it properly and and this was on 2/20 and was right back in there 5/20 they. Tried to tell me it came from hitting bumps and the gentleman from Conrad’s told me I had to drive over bumps all day everyday they don’t offer you a Warranty or guarantee then I bought two used tires one of the tires got a bubble in it they tried to blame me for that saying when you driving through East Cleveland That can mess Up your tires like as if because I’m black I live East Cleveland. I Live right down the street on 196 lakeshore that really through me for loop but everything is blamed on any and everything but there poor quality of work so I can suggest this if your car takes care of you take care of it and don’t take it to TIRE 200 and they also lied in my face and told me they did 4 wheel alignment if that was the case out of them 4 times you didn’t get it right it was never 4 times because once you mess up with me you gets no another chances to do it again because then it’s. My fault to my car to Conrad’s where they should a video where the car wasn’t aligned at all and there was nothing else wrong but that and at tire 200 They want to make another problem something pulling just like when I brought it right back a day or so later when they claimed the aligned it he drove and came back and said it’s fine but your going to need Struts in the back because something rattling when it was only something I had in my trunk they will make stuff up to get your money be very careful when it comes to tire 200 go some where. That you will get what you pay for because cheap is not always the best route I learned that dealing with this shop and I’m reporting them to the better business bureau period!

I made an appointment which was confirmed. However when I arrived the person at the desk told me that I would have to leave my car overnight just to have it re sealed.

These guys were very accommodating, polite and had my car ready exactly when they said it would be.

This shop is an very Freindly, Customer oriented Atmosphere. My Car, My Wifes & Daugthers Car all get fixed at this shop. We have been with this shop for two years now. Never have any problems once they fix our cars. The owner is very nice and helpful. He even came to my wedding.If you need you cars fixed and fixed right the first time, this is the place to go.

DO NOT I MEAN DOOOOOO NOTTTTTTTT GO HERE FOR MAJOR REPAIRS. I have to give at lease a start to leave a review... Spoke with them on multiple occasions b4 coming in to make sure the price was right they agreed parts plus labor I’ll pay 300. I get a call about a hr later they talking about do I have the part mind you they told me the part will be there in 2hrs when I dropped the car off so I know we was on the same page with PARTS AND LABOR. So that was a extra 180 I had to pay that I didn’t have but had no choice bx I didn’t have the money to keep getting the car towed. I’m from out of town so I feel like they was just milking me an I was left with barely anything to get back home bx my car went out on me down in Cleveland. On top of everything they said a 3 hr job it took 5 hours for them to finish my car they closed and everything coming here was a complete nightmare. So many good reviews an for what bx I didn’t get the service everyone else is talking about.
