They sold me a lemon. Ive had this vehicle last then a month and I already have to get a transmission because mines went out in the vehicle that I purchased from them I suggest you look for a vehicle for a long time instead of just going out there buying something trusting that theyre selling something good because these people here at this location would take your money and run you will have to get a lawyer. If youre looking for a car to beat up and last u a few months then this is the place to go, came in with 1700, he was giving us a deal for 2 thousand and wouldnt take the 1700. Carfax already had it listed at 2k and thats before a mechanic of my own would examine it it would probably be 1500. Wouldnt trust spending a lot of money here.

Highly wouldn’t recommend buying from here they don’t tell you what’s wrong with the car they tell you what sounds good just so they make a sell car only last a few months before you gotta go get stuff fixed never again

They sold me a car with a bad transmission after I asked what was with the car so Ill know what I need to get fixed and of course he lied. Soon as I drove a hour to get home my car starting messing up and getting stuck in gear so I called let them know the situation and they told m.j e to come in to see their mechanic. well the day of my appointment I get there only for them to tell me that the mechanic wasnt their and Im supposed to call a check. This place is a straight RIP off. They will lie to you right in your face

Terrible service. I dealt with a man name Carlos and a woman who were complete con artist. They had me sign some papers and stamped “sold as is” after I signed in the designated area.They sold me a faculty car in which they had taken the engine light out so it doesn’t appear as a problem on the dashboard. This was my first car so I didn’t know what to look and I really didn’t care because I was so eager to have my first car but once I took it to my mechanic he told me that the lower ball joint needed to be replaced, the bushings had to be replaced, and the check engine light needs to be replaced. There was no charging port it look as though someone snatched it out. The key fob stop working 2 days after having the car. There was no rear view mirror. The temperature gauge was stuck on C even after the car had been running for 30mins or more. Again this was my first time buying a car on my own so I didn’t think to look for any of those signs and they knew it but I didn’t think they would take advantage the way they did. I came back to this place with my mechanic and demanded some type of compromise and they would not even speak with me he said the car is sold as is. I asked him how come he didn’t let me know the things wrong with the car when I asked before I bought the car he just kept saying it’s sold as is. The car I bought was marked for $5,995 but I paid $4500. I took this car to car fax and they valued the car at $2500. On top of all of that they still have not sent me my plates it’s been 5months my car is fully paid off no note I suggest you find another car dealership unless you are a mechanic looking for beat up cars to fix and sale. I had to go through so much after I spent my last savings and I don’t want anyone else to do the same so please don’t go here if you think you have to have them write on paper everything that’s wrong with the car!!! So you can take legal action like I am!! Many people I know said they would be doing the same based off similar experiences. Go to the attorney general!!!

Being Patient with the Pandemic that’s going on praying that someone gets in touch with me about receiving our plates for our vehicles that’s been purchased. Just to add we’ve been coming here since I was in grade school.... And we’ve had our ups and downs but I will say this that one stop auto has had many different new owners come and go. But everyone one I’ve met with her will work things out with you if you keep in contact they will help you. Praying that everyone is well and safe and taken care of. Payed 3600 for 2009 ford & had to put $700 in the car to fix the problems with the car.. Tire pressure signal still on ... I still don’t have a MY PLATES I BOUGHT THE CAR IN JUNEUPDATE: Received my plates a week ago now waiting for my title smh !UPDATE: still don’t have my title it’s been 9 months

Don’t buy a car from them. They cars are not in good condition. They will rip you off. And won’t refund your money Or fix the problems on your car.

Ive been here 2 times referring friends, 1st friend bought a 2005 chevy malibu, for $2700 total nice clean car, low miles,heat n ac works, no problems she had it now for a year. 2nd friend bought a 2008 Pontiac G5,Clean n n out, heat n ac works, low miles for the year of car, car runs great, she had it now for bout 8 months n paid $3400. Third person bought a 2008 chrysler for $3000 everything. Clean n n out,heat n ac work. But shortly after getting car had to replace water pump but car runs great, she had it now for 1 1/2 years now. I like that they finance their own cars but get a better deal if u buy car out.

I wouldnt even give one star. This place is full of crooks. They will sell cars with tires so bad your lucky you dont wreck . They will tell you a price once they accept your money they add on more that you owe. If your car is in their care they will steal everything right down to the key chain. Dont do business with this dirty business.

Glad they turned me around for my 1,000 down on a car for $3995 for by here pay here they wouldn’t take my money unless I started with 1700-2000 even though I had proof of income and explained I could bring an extra 5 the following week SUPER SUPER GLAD THEY DIDNT DO BUSINESS WITH ME
