I purchased a Sonic LT 2012 back in March and it was was working great for the first 3 day after that I been getting something on the car fix every week. Transmission currently went out after 6 months haven’t had it for a year yet. Tried giving it back to them before the 30 days and they told me no.

I went to a different dealership prior to me seeing the place. They were closed and didnt have one car that was 100 % I walked down the street and saw car credit center. I met Adrian not expecting to get financing. The cars were in excellent condition. I told him my story. He ran my credit. Then surprised me by telling me that I was approved for 16k. I wanted to ask him how that happened... needless to say I drove off the lot with a car that night... I recommend this place to anyone who needs to reestablish credit.Adrian is one great person and genuinely cared about my situation. I will shop here again. This is the one on Manheim road. Im still in awe that I have a second chance for credit.

Car Credit Center is a great place to buy a quality used vehicle. The vehicles are clean, in great condition, and have relatively low mileage. I purchased a vehicle here for my significant other as an anniversary gift and worked with Tony who was very patient. He helped me find the perfect car to fit my budget despite my initial reluctance. I probably took up about 2 hours of his time but he stuck with me, answered all of my questions, and helped me to feel confident about my purchase. I highly recommend you work with him. His cubicle is immediately to the left of the front entrance. As you read other reviews please take into consideration that the sales people as well as the loan specialists are very transparent about the terms of each sale. It was made very clear to me by Tony as well as Zuri, who helped me with the loan docs, that any late payments would result in the car being disabled by the lender. There is even a document that I signed to acknowledge that I understood this. This is a business, and they deserve to be paid for their products and services, so it really is a shame that people rag on them not because they had a bad experience or faulty vehicle, but because there were consequences for failure to meet the terms of the sales agreement.

This is my 3rd purchase from CCC. I havent been disappointed yet. Ive NEVER received a car that was not of excellent quality. Ive always worked with Phil Greene and hes nothing but fair. Im sure that the other sales people are as well. Otherwise, I dont think that Phil would hang around. They have their own financing company, Overland Bond Investments. They are great too. Go in and give them a try!!! You wont regret it.

I purchased a car in 2017, and just paid it off this last July. With that being said, I have been waiting on MY CAR TITLE, I was told by Jacky, it was mailed July 22nd. I asked, what about a tracking #, or did they send it certified, where I would need to sign, she said, we work from home so we arent able to. SOOOO where the hell is my car title at? Lost in the mail? this is NOT OKAY! Also, I inquired about my spare key they have, I was told, after 2 years we toss files, what does that have to do with my spare key? I never once had an issue with the CAR itself during the time I had it. but the customer service is HORRIBLE

I want to personally thank Phil Greene for making this process easy and quickly. Buying a vehicle can be painful when going back and forth about prices but at car center they get you approved without any additional hassles. Keep up the Great work Phil!

Phil Greene was great! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a vehicle because of my stupidity but he was very patient and understanding. Definitely would recommend doing business with them, but don’t make my mistake by going in there wasting those people time.

Be aware of buying a car from here there they will cut your car off less than 24 hrs if they dont receive their payments. Right now today Im being sued by their finance company Overland bond for breach of contract. I had to be off work for a couple of months because a diabetic ulcer developed on my foot doctors order faxed them my information to let them know my situation and this company still cut my car off then after that within a month they came and repossessed my car though they said they would work something out they never did So please be advised do your research on these places before purchasing your car

So I have been looking for a car for a while, but with filing bankruptcy, it is more difficult to obtain without a large down payment (which i don’t have). Dealing with this pandemic, I am cautious to do much outside of work. But car credit center definitely eased my fears. I was able to start the process before coming in. I went in here today after being turned down multiple times by different car places. I was super nervous. I read the reviews online. They made me even more nervous. My credit is horrible & all that. My salesperson was Abel (right by the door). I explained to him everything that was going on and why I needed a car ASAP. He understood, he said no need to worry you’re in the right place. I asked him did he think I had any chance of getting approved he said yes. They didn’t bullcrap me or waste my time. Everything was straight forward and to the point. Abel is a wonderful salesman. I bought a Nissan murano yesterday and had to buy a new battery today.🤬 The battery was no good. Of coarse today is Sunday the dealer is closed. That was last week it was on a Sunday and I needed my vehicle I had to spend more money out of pocket and buy a battery I have the receipt can you help with that?

If you get something here have your own mechanic look at it before warranty expires, brakes made noise right away endedup changing rotos within a week after claims of recent work on everything, and have had engine problems since day one, this place definitely seems to have the lie to make fast money approach, even if your getting a used car specially with low miles there should not be immediate work, if I end up having to replace an engine on a van that had 36000 miles it proves this place is a scam and will get bombarded with negative 1 star reviews from all places

Stay away. Overpriced, high mileage, Florida auction cars. Good luck trying to insure, trade in, and boost your credit with these vehicles.Professional, please do a google search you may be able to find the definition. Moldy, dirty, crusty, smelly, these are some of the words used to describe this place. Every “used car salesman” stereotype. Things go really left when you enter that back room.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They over charge for used cars, they cut your car off any chance they get. They do not work with you and they lie so much, never have the correct information, and everyone always say something different. The communication with the company is so poor and the employees are very rude over the phone especially Jackie. If you finance they make you pay for your car every 2 weeks. It’s so much I could say that’s wrong with this company! They need to be shut down.

Do not do business with them BAD PEOPLE after 3months if not less car burned because of electrical fire scammers the insurance they recommended offered half the cars value i now have NO car and owe these scammers and they also keep removing the pictures of the burnt truck

They had a car on their website that I was interested in so I gave them my information and they got ahold of me telling me I was approved to get the car. When I arrived (driving an hour away from home) the car had been sold to someone else 8 weeks prior but was still posted. And when I asked the sales rep, he said “that happens a lot here, would you like to speak to my gm?” DO NOT RECOMMEND

My dad got a car from 7600 years ago ...i beleive the salesman was Ernie. The car was a 1978 AMC Concord...it took us all over the place, mostly back and forth to Rochester NY...we loved the car and would get another vehicle from 7600 if I was still in Illinois.

This was the worst experience a person should go through. I spoke with Mr. Greene and told him that I was looking to get a car. He took my information, ran a credit check, placed me on hold to speak with the underwriting department. Called me back in 15 minutes to tell me that I was approved and gave me information I would need to bring with me. Even wanted me to come in earlier than expected giving me false hope. I received a call from Tony the morning I was to come in. He let me test drive a vehicle and came back to tell me of some issues on my credit report which was the same report that Mr. Greene supposedly ran and got an approval. I came on public transportation 1 hour and. 30 minutes to be told something that could’ve been said over the phone. I called Mr. Greene back and he acted surprise. Then he told me that the guy who approved the loan was on vacation and another guy denied it. How upsetting and disappointed I was. I will never recommend your service to anyone and I don’t think it’s right to mislead consumers especially in times like this.

I still owe on this vehicle so I’m confused on how u sell a lemon n don’t expect to fix or give loaner vehicle for me to get back n forth from work !!!! But they definitely want the payment !!! This place sucks!!!! Go to a REAL dealership if u want your money worth.

If you have seen or heard their ads, they own the finance co. They use... Need a car but i just wasnt that thirsty, I refused and left, Tony the sales guy was nice tho....Buyer be very aware!
