Not willing to negotiate at all. Looked at a car they were selling with a broken windshield and they wouldnt even make an allowance to fix it.

Drove 4 hours from Wisconsin to look at a car.This is a very, very little corner triangle shaped lot, jam packed with cars. I wish I wouldve snapped a pic of how they were stacked in there. It was epic.You never know what youll walk into visiting a small car lot after such a long drive.This place has been in business for 20 years.Father & son team.Most cars come from auctions,No building, only a shipping container for the office. Its in the back of the lot.No bathrooms, only a porta-potty. Its in the back of the lot, as well.Super nice people.Very helpful & not pushy at all.Many of the cars on their lot are not on their website.Their Autotrader page has an amount closer to what they have on their lot, but Im not sure it everything.This place is great, these people are great.Check them out, you wont be sorry.BTW, I bought the car & drive it home with zero issues.

Called them for Nissan Altima yesterday and got green signal form the guy who attended phone to come and test drive.When i reached there after an hour long drive from my home, with my family, i was only showed the car from distance sitting in next courtyard which was locked and inaccessible !When i asked the guy on site about it, he informed the cars air conditioning system does not work and is under repair for last few days. I asked him why was i then asked to come and drive if car was not with them. He had no clue. Feng, the owner was not available to talk but i chatted with her on fb messenger. She started putting lame excuses.i will never go there again and would not recommend anyone to this place who have zero business ethics.

The Fengs have a great selection of reliable cars. This is a local, family owned and run business. A lot of the cars are purchased at auction, and they offer reasonable prices. This is not the kind of place you go for a cushy car buying experience. They are concerned with making sure the cars are mechanically sound, and less concerned with cosmetic details. They will be totally honest with you, no BS, and work with you on prices. Once I got my car I cleaned it up myself, no problem. I also had the car checked out by my mechanic before completing the purchase. If you need a reliable car at a reasonable price, this is the place.

Ive bought a couple cars from Feng before. Never had an issue with them. Always has a wide selection of affordable vehicles. The cars arent waxed and buffed, theyll show some scuffs and scratches, but the price is usually right on, or talk with him and hell work with you. This is a discount lot so dont expect to be treated like youre at a Lexus dealership. The owner is respectful and understanding of the needs of those who shop here.

I have purchased several vehicles for our fleet here. Fair pricing and Sam fixed certain things I noticed before purchase. The vehicles may have some dings and they are not always detailed but have had very good luck with all my purchases. These are auction vehicles so do ask for a Carfax and if you have a mechanic, have them check vehicle out. I am very happy with my purchases and will continue doing business here.

I had bought at least 7 vehicles from here, best prices in Chitown no one come close to Feng. Its true AS IS NO WARRANTY. If you are a honest buyer he will be a honest seller, hell work things out with you. Vehicles come from auctions like any other use car dealer, but if you like shine good smelling car this might not be your dealer and are welcome to go elsewhere and pay a couple of Gs extra just for that.

Little cheaper auction bought repaired cars, test well before u buy. Honest family business.

I visited here two years ago. The VOLKSWAGEN JETTAS in the assortment of cars always seem to be there, so I guess there is a reason for that. You buy the cars AS IS, NO WARRANTY OR TRADE INS. To me that is cool for one who is already an auto mechanic or has a family member who repairs cars. However for a person who really does not know how to get under the hood for car repair, I think THE BEST thing to do, is to buy from a new car dealer AND GET A WARRANTY, so that any extra repairs, will not cost you, THE BUYER. Otherwise, I give FENGS AUTO, the benefit of the doubt in trying to sell decent used cars, CHEAP.

Worst experience of my life.. No Joke. I flew into Chicago from MN to buy a van after talking to Bailey feng. He was helpful in taking pictures of what I wanted to see before I flew out to buy it. I was told the van runs and drives great and there is nothing wrong with it. I flew in and got a cab to the dealership, we arrived and I found the van. I got the keys and took it for a test drive around the area, no highways though because it wasnt easy to get on and off. The engine was nice and clean, it drove fine on the test drive where I only hit 35mph because of the residential area. I tried the A/C on the test drive and it didnt work, not the end of the world, I asked the father of bailey about it and he filled it up with Freon and the I heard a whistling, I found where it was coming from, super fast leak, he said its probably just a line connector that needs to be tightened or replaced, then I saw coolant was low and a small leak from the coolant reservoir, he filled it and said its nothing. Well, mind you I flew in to drive this home and didnt have many options so I asked for 500 off and he reluctantly agreed..... I so far as got on the highway, and the transmission shifted hard in high gears, started hearing a humming and 20 min into my 8hour drive home the tire pressure light came on. I stopped and looked at the tires which looked ok, so kept going. I got home and the next day brought it to a friends auto mechanics shop. asked him to check everything out and let me know the cost to fix it all.The humming noise was 2 bad wheel bearings costing $700 to repairThe coolant leak was a bad radiator which cost $800 to fix.The A/C was a rear evaporator which cost $1257 to fix.The engine and trans were detailed to cover up the transmission leak it has. The tire pressure light stays on because they didnt use the proper valve stems for the tires. The cost to fix that is $325.I called the father back who sold me the vehicle and begged him to let me bring it back, I sent him the repair costs for everything except the tires and transmission and he said my mechanic is ripping me off by using OEM parts and that he found the same parts ON EBAY for way cheaper. I told my mechanic and he laughed and said he would put them in if i wanted to have to redo everything again in 10k miles. The father refused to take the van back after saying its a great van and i asked for money back from the purchase so he gave me $500 back, because he said he could fix it all for $700 and that he was being more then fair. I only Negative on this van for over $3000. The vans price after the refund was $5000. I was absolutely scammed and screwed over. DO NOT BUY FROM FENG AUTO SALES!!!!!!!!

Dont buy cars from this a$$hat.Bought a Rav4 and 200 miles later the check engine light came on. Catalytic converter is shot. They delete the trouble codes so everything looks ok during test drive. Then after the car is yours BAM $1000 repair needed. Will definitely be reporting to the BBB.
