Purchase in Oct-2016, Just now posting review. Nice sales person. Car arrived to Florida as promised. Unfortunately, found several issues that I was not informed about and that a paid inspection (using their guy- silly me, that trust thing) did not mention. Non working speedometer, Non working fuel gauge, non working passenger power window, no horn, BIG vibration starting at about 50 mph, steady leak at new rack and pinion that replacing the power steering hoses has not corrected. Ultimately, my fault as I trusted these guys. I knew an older car would have stuff to do, however I feel that these were way to obvious and should have been mentioned during negotiations.

Upon finding my dream car online at Chicago Car Club I initiated my first-time online car purchase. Because it was my first time doing this I was hesitant about the process of wire transfer, reserving the car, transport etc.Jake at Chicago Car Club guided me throughout the process and was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions immediately and was completely transparent with the process. The car was exactly as described, including the components that would need attention and what was not working correctly. No surprises. Agreed to buy my car sight unseen even though I asked him to come in person to check it out prior to sale (He answered my ad), Car was in rural storage in winter & Mike said that he would pick it up from my home despite my misgivings about pulling a classic convertible Mustang out of storage (once out, its out) & having it sit in my driveway, Car sat for 4 days outside before he sent a guy with a trailer to pick it up (in the dark, below zero) only to pick the car apart & try to lowball me even further despite the agreed price. Integrity doesnt seem to be a strong suit with them.

These gents are car enthusiasts - not volume-driven used car salesmen. They have no desire to hoodwink their fellow enthusiast clients. Rather, they want to share in the community of enthusiasm for owning great cars. When I arrived my shiny BMW Z4 was waiting for me in the garage surrounded by automotive greats like Austin Healy, Aston Martin and more (check out their inventory page - its a classic car paradise). My car was everything Id hoped for and more - all minor issues were noted ahead of time. Id definitely do business with them again.

The Chicago car club is a reputable car dealer where I, as a customer, was treated with the upmost consideration. They went beyond what is expected in regards to communication. I used Mike and Jake at CCC to help me sell my 2013 BMW M5 6-speed. Being one of 577 with a manual transmission made it a rare car that needed proper marketing to the right enthusiasts. Every dealer I spoke to wanted to give me a normal valuation, which was grossly below what I believed it was worth. It was a hard car to value, but ultimately they helped me sell it for well over market value according to everyday sites like KBB and edmunds. It took finding the right buyer who understood the rarity and special nature of the vehicle, but they found it! Their effort involved to detail the car, put it on a lift and take photos, take a detailed video, etc all made it easy for someone from half way across the country to buy it sight unseen and for a very fair price for both parties. The commission I paid was a very small price when I compare what I ended up getting for the car versus what other dealers were trying to offer me. I came out way ahead of trading or even selling it myself. Highly recommend and I will look forward to using them again! These guys know how to market specialty cars!
