Rogers exceeded our expectations and earned our loyalty. My Wife and I are in transition moving from Pittsburgh back to Chicago and our Cadillac lease was just about to end. The absolute worst customer service in the service department I have ever experienced including the service director Scott Russell. He would rather be combative instead of solving the issue and lack of consideration! I have dropped my vehicle off 7 times in the last 3 months for repair or to have parts ordered. For some odd reason my vehicle is always left overnight not serviced or forgot about. This last time they kept it a week Just sitting and never even ordered the parts I needed . Came in for a light to be replaced and they end up breaking the opposite tail light which lead then to have to re order yet another part. I have repeatedly ask for corporate office number and they refuse to give it. Just all around poor management. Avoid this location at all cost if possible. They can’t even do a basic oil change correctly. Didn’t even top the fluids off.

Buying a car from here was a horrible decision. They overcharged me and provided horrible service after I signed the contract. The dealer misled me about what the bumper to bumper warranty covered. The worst of all is Gary lied about my car coming with a spare tire. I was explicit about wanting a car with a spare tire. He reassured me that the spare tire kit has everything I need and if I tire goes flat or busts then I will have a spare that just needs to be inflated. When my tire busted there was no spare or no spare to be inflated and I was stranded.

I recently purchased a new car at Rogers and worked with Gary. I felt the entire experience was very positive. I didn’t feel pressured into buying a car and my preferences in a car were heard and taken into consideration. I met with Gary and after test driving, I got an idea of what the cost would be. As I was thinking it over, anytime I had a question I got a prompt response with and answer or next steps. Gary was also thorough in explaining the features of the car and very patient with my questions and timeline.

I purchased my car a few days ago and I am in love. I went looking for something to get me around the city to and from work. I wasnt looking for much and had a specific number in mind. I’ve had my vehicle in this shop over 4 times in the last 3 months same issue unresolved. Missing money paying for parts and labor to fix things that aren’t broken. I could really scream right now paying Uber/Lyft to get back & forth to work because This place don’t have loaner cars while your vehicle is being maintenance. Please don’t buy a car from this dealer save yourself the pain.

I had my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport towed to this location on 5/11/21. No one have called me about my vehicle or better yet when I called I was told by Dewayne like 2/3 times a mechanic was looking at my truck and come to find out by Scott no one has looked at my vehicle. Treating me like I’m bugging them from calling for updates. Now as today we are looking at 2weeks and 2days my vehicle hasn’t been looked at. My vehicle has 2/3 recalls on it and I wasn’t offered a loaner or rental. I’ve been taking Uber to and from work every time I have to go. I have never experienced anything like this and Scott told me I can come pick up my truck after it was there well over a week and then not telling me anything. I don’t wish this treatment on my worst enemy. I’m still out of my truck and this Tuesday 6/1/21 will be 3 weeks with no understanding or been informed to what’s going on with my truck.

I just want to thank my sales Rep Nas, he is the best sales rep you could ever meet. He was mindful of my situation and did all that he could to help me get a car. He is Awesome so kind and excellent sales rep. Thank you so much
