The staff was especially positive and friendly. I had to wait about two hours to get the inspection and tire rotation, which was less time than my last visit. That was fine! The only thing that bothered me was that there was a sign on the window that said that masks were required in all indoor areas; however, less than half of customers, and more of the employees were not wearing masks. I was wearing mine out of concern for others. Ive had several friends and relatives get sick with the variant and breakthrough COVID and several that have died, one in the last few days. I asked my service rep if he should take the sign down since you are not enforcing the rules. He did not have on a mask, and responded that it was an old sign that should be taken down, but he did not remove it while I was there. Call me paranoid, but 900+ real people were hospitalized with the virus on that date.
I was very disappointed with my service appointment on yesterday. I took my car in for a state inspection with a 3:30 appointment in which I arrived around 3:20 or so and the following occurred. The Service Advisor calls me over to verify what I was having done. The conversation went just like this:Service Advisor: I see you’re here for a state inspection IF it passes but you still should get a new cabin filter and one other filter and then he gives me the cost.Me: I’m not here for thatService Advisor: But it’s recommended every 15,000 milesMe: I’m not here for that and will have that done when I get an oil changeI have an issue with this entire process. The word “IF” to me implied you would be looking for something to charge me for because all I NEEDED was an inspection. Secondly, a state inspection on my vehicle has NEVER taken an hour and 15 minutes since I’ve had the vehicle. Thirdly, I watched through the door as my car was being inspected and it remain in mid air for at least 30 minutes with NO mechanic looking at it! Long story short, I didn’t leave the dealership until nearly 5:15 and paperwork stating I need $1719.59 worth of repairs and a rejection sticker. I’m questioning the credibility of the mechanic and the Service Advisor at this point. My paperwork was prepared and is time stamped at 4:31 therefore why did it take until almost 5:15 for me to find out! If this doesn’t imply shady I’m not sure what does!
The entire experience was wonderful! Our product specialist, Nia Williams was terrific! She knew the new Pathfinder inside and out and answered all of my questions before I could even ask them. After car shopping for the last few weeks and having some rough experiences, the difference at Banister was a breath of fresh air. Thank you to all for making this such a wonderful experience.

August 17 my mother bought a 2021 Nissan Frontier brand new. August 26 she called me from the middle lane of a busy street to tell me her truck just stopped in traffic. An hour and a half later she was able to get it started and come home. The very next day she went to work and couldn’t get home. The truck was saying nothing. She had to have it towed back to Nissan. She tried to let her sales professional know that she wanted a different vehicle and the best he tried to offer her was a certified used vehicle!! She just got the truck back yesterday, September 3!!My mom is a 63 year old teacher who commutes to a different city everyday. She needs to feel comfortable in knowing that her vehicle is going to get her back and forth everyday. Everyone was so accommodating up until the sale and then no one had anything to say to help after. This was especially hurtful because this is the third vehicle she’s purchased from Nissan and she expected to be taken care of.
Hunter was the one to help and he went above and beyond. Everyone here is great, incredibly helpful and amazing. I was on a time limit in finding a vehicle and they were able to help me get in and out more or less with a vehicle. Definitely recommend this location.

Got sold a 2020 pathfinder that has issues after issues that is 16 months old. Beginning staff was helpful and understanding but once dealing with sales manager, he was mainly rude and threatening and did not understand anyones frustration but his own.

I made appointment for 7:30 am and I left it there to get done, because I had a ride., I had someone call me and she told me it would be ready by 11 AM or 12 Noon, I didn’t hear anything so I called at 1 PM and asked the person to call me back, because my ride was going to work soon. 20 minutes went by and heard nothing, I called back and still no one called., I called front desk and asked to talk to a manager, they said they would have manager call back, 15 minutes went by no call. I called again to talk to a manager . It took over 1 1/2 before I got anyone. I had a appointment and it should never had taken this long, my ride went to work and then I had to find another way there. I was not happy and I really don’t want to buy another vehicle from you guys again if this is the way things are going to be to loyal customers.
I bought my pathfinder from a different dealership but I took it here to the service department to have an ac issue fixed. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I got a car rental and they handled everything with my warranty company for the car. Andrew was very nice and did a great job keeping me updated with everything and even did a follow up call after everything was done.

I brought a used Sentra from Banister Nissan in 8/20 for my daughter in college. She is well-pleased with the car, but the alternator went bad this month. The alternator was replaced via the extended warranty that was purchased. When the alternator was replaced I was told that the car needed a new battery because it had the wrong size battery in it. I stated that this battery was in the car when I brought. Further, when I was signing the papers to buy the car I was told that the car was undergoing a thorough pre-sale inspection and I could pick it up the next day. Relative to the battery, given this pre-sale inspection I would have expected the wrong size battery to have been caught then and replaced with the right size battery accordingly. Initially, Banisters sales and service managers refused to replaced the battery or even split the cost with me. Subsequently, a general manager became aware of the situation and made it a point to contact me and commit to replacing the battery at no cost to me. As I stated above, my daughter is very pleased with the car. Now I can say that I am well-pleased with Banisters focus on customer satisfaction. Dan you are truly the Man!

Every staff member treated me like royalty there from the coffee machine that I enjoyed very much several cups of coffee and even the guy that told me to please put the mask on because he didnt want to get fired very curious about a sharing that with me so I dont go to a business trying to get somebody fired. I understand rules and regulations and laws safety is the number one priority for most corporations. But every staff member is far as the finance division that they all will just genuine awesome people who really care. I do look forward to meeting Dan the man the owner mr. I left a message. You had all day 6/29 and I received no call back. I dont know who youve attempted to contact previously but it wasnt us.

Ordered parts a week ago and zero disposition and have called 5-times today and put on hold first time for 35-minuites, hung up on when calling 3 other times before even speaking, and then at 3:15 PM EST - main switchboard not taking calls. This facility appears to be extremely disorganized - they charge your credit card and dont provide what you paid for...beware!!

My brother and I went in to purchase a car because my first car’s repair costs were too much. We were greeted by Will, he was easygoing and funny. We were also assisted by Mr.Ron, Tonya and Gino wrapped everything up with my “instructional class” on all the bells and whistles of my new car. I was already a BNOC customer and this just proves why I keep coming back.
