Took car in on 6-14 for an oil change and warranty repair..Sat in waiting area for 2.5 hours. Was never notified of delay. I inquired, Joe Sloan said, oh it will need to stay overnight. Never apologized for wasting my time. Went back next day to check on car. Again no notice from service car was ready. I stated after visit to young lady, nice, that I would be back for car because I couldnt drive 2 home. I was unable to get ride so went back on 6-16 early. Joe Sloan again, didnt greet me professionally . He said you were supposed to pick up last night Unprofessional. They also broke my cell phone holder and just left laying on dash. Unprofessional, slow, no communication, destructive. Go somewhere else. Checked Flag is excellent.
Had tough coat put on my new 4runner. Would have looked good if not for all the scratches. Called Toyota customer service. Was supposed to hear from priority customer service by the end of the day. That was 18 days ago. Never heard from Amber. They got my $22000 down payment. I got and still have the scratches. Will never buy there again. Many friends, after seeing my vehicle, have said the same!
Tools me or would prolly be 1700 before my rubicon would be ready to pick up, texted me at 1030 to tell me it was ready. Always quick and friendly for me
Normally when I schedule an oil change appointment, I understand it will take 90 minutes to 2 hours, because Priority does an examination of my car. My appointment was at 8:30, and I arrived around 8:15 in hopes maybe Id get out a little early. Unfortunately, i didnt get my car back until about 11, which made me late for an appointment. On top of that I was emailed an estimate for suggested repair work. The estimate was $2414.49. I received a printed out copy of the same exact items as I left, except for some reason, the repair estimate was now magically $3149.92. WHAT THE HECK CHANGE? On top of that, some of the services that were recommended were things another shop had done recently, and I KNEW didnt need to be done. In my view they have zero credibility and I have no confidence that anything they tell me is true.
I’ve bought 2 new Tacoma’s 2017 and 2019 from priority and my second Tacoma was a showroom truck. So far with just over 25k miles truck has left me stranded 3 times. 1st time was due to a recall and the part failed before the recall could be scheduled (they are way behind on all recalls) stranding me on the interstate. I was able to get it to restart and limped it over to priority near closing time for service department and the 1 remaining employee left in service didn’t stop closing out his drawer and proceeded to count his money without even acknowledging me. Remote start will no longer work and they told me that it would take several days to diagnose this problem. And tonight I got to spend 2 and a half hours trying to get the truck to start bc now it has some sort of electrical issue and I suspect either battery or alternator is faulty. It’s cost me three days of my vacation time with work so far in just over 25000 miles for a 50k dollar truck. Don’t bother calling the dealership bc if you do you’ll wait on hold only to be repeatedly disconnected. It’s easier just to drive up there (when your vehicles actually runs). I’ve brought the phone issues to the managers attention yet years later the phones still disconnect. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere where you can be valued and treated well.
I have been taking my cars to Kenyan Mullen for over 10 years now and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and professional service my wife and I receive. He provides such great care and service that it affects where I purchase future vehicles because I want his team to service all of them. If you want friendly service and someone you can trust with your vehicles, take it to Kenyan on the Gold Team at Priority Toyota in Chesapeake!
Walk in for oil change at 8am, I was told that no one at the express so I will be the first customer. I follow up my car at 930, the car was not being service. Not good customer service for Kirsten Wollesen
We are very happy customers - Joe Slone is an amazing Service AdvisorMy last purchase (new Toyota Highlander) was my 6th Priority vehicle for me and my family (4 new, 2 used). I will only shop and get service at Priority as the overall value with Priorities for Life makes my life so much more convenient. The staff in both sales and service are always top-notch.
Had a recall on fuel pump done in a timely and professional manner. I made the mistake of filling up the truck the night before which made the job a little more challenging .
Toyota Mgr Kenyan (Gold Team) is extremely courteous and helpful.
Toyota of Chesapeake Greenbrier, embodies the concept and principle of making the customer a priority. Allison Prigrom and a wonderful lady named Bonnie were there when I needed them most with a smile and an attitude that told me everything was going to be fine. Bonnie was understanding and professional making time for me to come in for an emergency repair when all other dealerships pushed my schedule out by a month. Upon arrival Allison Prigrom ensured that I felt like a priority ordering parts and scheduling follow up appointments to confirm the repairs. Allison Prigrom went above and beyond adjudicating a warranty issue and pulling the appropriate records in an efficient manner to save me substantial out of pocket costs. These employees and the organization as a whole were integral to me being able to work around my own hectic schedule and get my vehicle repaired in an efficient manner. Their dedication to their jobs and understanding the needs of a customer were exemplary and part of the reason I will always take my business to Priority Toyota Chesapeake on Greenbrier Pkwy.
Single and disabled, I came for help, you seeBut the money-money people simply tried to eat me.Wanted me to sign a waiver in case they stole my stuff,Parked my car so far out of sight...Ive had ENOUGH!I left before they could devour me...A lot can happen in 15 minutes, cant you see?But they texted me to come back to their net by sayingI was due for service- lies!Id had my oil changed!Tried to gaslight me- they thought that Id forgotten...YOU WILL NOT BE A PRIORITY!THIS FRUIT IS ROTTEN!
Avoid priority Toyota service, they cant even change your oil correctly. Not only are they rude but they dont care about resolving an issue theyve created. Priority Toyota is the worst place to bring your vehicle for service. They have told me three different stories about what theyve done wrong over the past week that theyve had my car.Due to their admitted negligence, my wifes brand new 2020 vehicle broke down in an intersection while her and my kids were driving. The car was puking oil everywhere and the engine seized but I am supposed to believe the engine is fine now. I have to pick up my vehicle today and am supposed to trust their work with my familys life. I gave them ample time to fix the damages they caused and they flat out refuse. So I asked for a new engine and they flat out refuse after agreeing that its the best idea and even locating one for my vehicle. But the service manager Adam did try selling me another car and offering me trade in value on mine so thats a plus I guess. They said at first the oil filter failed, then the oil filter wasnt tightened and now claim it was the drain plug. They have no idea whats going on but that theyll detail it as a favor to me.Then they were rude to my wife and tried telling me our engine could run without oil. Yeah okay lol.Theyve since taken a new vehicle off the table and offered to extend my warranty clarifying to me that I take this offer or get nothing.I just wanted a free oil change guys, now theyve voided my factory warranty and say that the engine can run for a long time without oil anyways and its fine because its a Toyota. My goal here is to help at least one person make an informed decision. If I can do that Ive succeeded.150ct2020 update: theyve had my car for 12 days, have stopped answering my calls and the manager has started ignoring my texts. So im back on Google, hoping for a response so I can get back a safe vehicle.
I can honestly say I am very pleased with our vehicle! Kelan was very helpful and willing to work with us through every step of the way to make sure he found the best options for us. He had answers for every question we had and you can tell he is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his customer service and job, we originally went in with the intentions with buying a used vehicle and ended leaving with a brand new car that same day! The financial manager, Amber, was also a great help! She made sure to help us find the best loan with the best rate. Tiffany helped us with getting the protection on vehicle and also scheduled us our next service for our car. She took her time to explain carefully about the maintenance for our car and other information about the exterior/interior protection.Overall, our experience with Priority Toyota in Chesapeake, Va was amazing and I will definitely recommend anyone to go and buy a vehicle from here. I also recommend asking to talk to Kelan in helping you choose a car.
Service happened much more quickly today than last time, but they are definitely not following the CDC guidelines. I didnt see one single employee wearing a mask, saw a lot of physical interaction (i.e: sales person hugging a customer, employees patting each other on the back, etc). Better step it up, Priority.
Phillip on the brown team was awesome!! He took great care of my vehicle, kept me up to date on my service as well great customer service skills! He even got got my vehicle in and out early from service
I just bought a brand new car there. The sales man Rick Tala went above and beyond for us. We went to another dealership and the sales man just gave us a test drive and thats it. Rick tala took his timeto explain us all of the car features. Great experience, i totally recommend this dealership
They are busy but they always can fit me in. As a Lyft driver it is vary important for my down time to be minimized. Never had any issues.
Love this place! Great service and personnel!
Always happy. Thank you Tammy for always taking care of me.
I am currently deployed with a wife who works full time and three kids to take care of. We are in need of a new vehicle. My wife is extremely busy so I have been trying to help her out with looking for a vehicle. She is a trustworthy individual who has been taken advantage of before when purchasing a vehicle. I reached out to Priority Toyota of Chesapeake a couple of days ago explaining my families situation as well as telling them exactly what my wife wanted in a vehicle. They assured me that they could get her in the following day to look at a vehicle on the lot. I spoke with my wife today and she was still at the dealership, she then told me that she hadnt seen one vehicle that matched the description that we asked for, however they were trying to get her to settle for something less than what she wanted. I feel like they took advantage of the trust that I had put in them as well as my wifes trust. I was shown that they fit the definition of a Car Salesman its all about them and not about the custome . I will never recommend any Priority dealership to anyone.
I took my 2018 RAV4 in for scheduled maintenance only to find that I was 2 months out of date for my state inspection. I dont know how I missed that! What was supposed to take about an hour was going to take longer when we included the inspection. Allison Prigrom was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and in making arrangements for me to get the shuttle home. John, the young man who drove the shuttle, was also very courteous and professional, and I knew that I was in good hands. These two Priority employees really do a great job and represent the company well.
Very confused, took a week to get a recall scheduled. Two months out for an airbag? No parts in stock, REALLY!
Priority is still the place to be all conditions normal had an appointment at nine oclock this morning was in at nine an out by ten
Odessa was very helpful and had great customer service skills! I’ll be coming back soon! :)
I brought my Corolla in for my 15k service and demanded my vehicle be complete by 2. The poor service advisor Kiana Mcwilliamor kiki nunu, suffered through my impatience and got the service done in excellent time. I commend the technitians Nicholas Benson and his apprentice Zachary for the hasty yet thorough performance.. the vehicle is running great and I will be returning for my services for years to come if this service keeps up
Great service
Friendly and professional staff. Tammy, the Service Advisor, described exactly what the service would be and had the car ready when expected!
My car loves visiting here & so do I😁
Problems seemed to fixed in timely manner at a reasonable cost.
Quick and easy.
There was a problem & they resolved it perfectly! Thanks to everyone at the service department.
My appointment is this Friday.
Service great 👍
Had a 12:30 appointment and when I go to check on the status I find out they just took my truck back to start my service over 2 hours later. What is the purpose of having an appointment. Also they knew I was waiting for it!! Not happy at all!!
Ask for Kenyan!
Great Service
