Never have I received such worse customer service! Southern has completely botched the repair of my 2019 Kia Forte, by improperly installing parts (windshield trim), ordering wrong parts at a minimum of 6 times (2 wheels, 4 bumpers), lied about the scope and schedule of the repair, and not fulfilling the repair has compensated by my insurance company. My repair has taken nearly 4 months at this point, and there seems to be no end in site. Southern has alerted me that my vehicle repair was done and ready for pickup, but neglected to calibrate my remote start, correctly install window trim, install hood rubber gasket, and completely forgone repair a dent/scrape on my door. Each time I call I am told my rep is busy and told to leave a message that has never been return once in 4 months. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE CROOKS AND WILL CUT AS MANY CORNERS AS POSSIBLE.

The Collision Center has had my vehicle for 2 MONTHS! Every week they have called telling me that the next step is almost complete or they are behind (No kidding!). At the beginning of this week, I checked in yet again and was told theyd call back with a time it would be ready. I had my husband call. After being put on hold for a lengthy time, he was told itll be ready to be picked up on FRIDAY. Today is Friday. I called to ask when I could pick up my vehicle and they told me what? Its still in the paint department. Well call you next week with a new update. I explained what my husband was told. They called me back a few hours later and told me well, we have 2 customers with the same last name, whoever spoke to your husband must have been looking at the wrong file because yours is DEFINITELY NOT READY. How is this my problem that they cant keep their customers straight? This is so unacceptable. 2 MONTHS THEYVE HAD THE VEHICLE!! I cant even tell you the quality of the repairs yet as I dont have the vehicle. I wont ever use this place again nor will I recommend them to anyone else.**** updated info **** Finally got my Jeep back! Bad news is we had to return it after one week because it was not completed. It was leaking oil and had other issues they had to order more parts for. Who knows how long they’ll have it this time or if it’ll even work?

We highly recommend Southern Collision to anyone who needs their car repaired. We are a return customer and will continue to return. The staff is all friendly and so helpful. I have worked several times with Bill Moison and he is honest, helpful and truly treats you the way he would want to be treated (which is rare to find these days). I have been a customer at Southern Collision Center 3 times. I keep returning because each time I use this business, the quality of the work is excellent, the customer service is excellent, the work is complete, and it is completed in a timely fashion. They also have fair pricing and are willing to work with insurance companies to maximize the value for the customer. I hope that I don’t continue to have issues with my car, but if I do, I will go back to Southern Collision Center.

I had repairs done to damage on my 2019 Honda, recently. Southern Collision did an extraordinary job! Kerri, Rebecca, and Bill were absolutely professional and congenial, from start to finish! When the work was completed, my car looked fabulous! Not only do I highly recommend Southern Collision, for any work that may be needed, it is the ONLY place to take your car, to be repaired!

They are soon oooooo nice, I needed caffeine (Coke) I didnt have any money for the machine. 2 staff members came to my recuse. Everyone was kind and professional when it came to my care repair. I highly recommend this company for your car needs. They have customers service skill in their heart and down to a science. Loooooooooove them.

They could be a bit better with communication. I felt like I had to call and almost harass to get updates. Often feeling like I was bothering them by the time or the lack of return calls. Im just glad so I dont have to deal with them again. Ill try checkered flag next time.

Initially I didn’t know about them so I was hesitant however, under the advice of my insurance adjuster I went with them and BOY WAS SHE RIGHT!!!! They are the ultimate professionals who take pride in their work, they kept me informed with every step and they ensured that every single letter thing I worried about was taken care of. Their work is impeccable and they stand behind it so much as if anything I found wrong afterwards they offered me to bring it in with no charge. Southern Collision Center at Greenbrier made the process of repairing my rear bumper and bumper cover easy by working directly with my insurance company to take care of the entire process.I was curious going in to this about how the process looks from the other side. I’ve had body work done on my cars twice. Between the first time, when someone backed in to my truck, and this second time, when I was rear-ended. Before my current disability, I worked as a auto repair tech, doing paint, clear, interior repairs, windows, windshields… The first time I had no clue what was being done, but this time knew precisely what work was being done.I was daily updated on status by Rebecca who was always friendly and helpful. Kerri at reception was very nice, genuinely happy to help and funny.My repair was well done, looked great and I saw nothing out of place after the expert work was done. Additionally, David (I had to call to ask; talk about above and beyond customer service.), one of the techs, took the time to reattach all of the ventilation under the dashboard that had been kicked loose. I had been wanting to put up all of that but, due to my disability, I couldn’t dream of climbing in to the car in a way that made me able to put together all of that. David just saw it and put it all back together.I’m clearly and completely satisfied by SCC-G. Being in an auto accident sucks, but these folks made the recovery process as easy as possible and, though hopefully never, if needed, I’ll return here for future repairs. Thank you to all and a large thank you to Kerri, Rebecca and David.

I was pleasantly surprised today 04/05/2021 by Mr. Scott and his colleagues who helped me fix a major dent on my truck. I was expecting to spend hundreds of dollars for this but in no time, they took care of my truck and the best of of it is that it was for free and not through insurance. I cant thank you guys enough for helping me. and my family.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE 👎I WOULDNT NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE. i got my truck back 2 week later after they call me the first time they said it was done, because they install a new door that they couldnt get aligned the right way so not ontime. they lied they said they were gonna pay for the rental car they havent yetno check and now they said they left tools in mytruck and there was something wrong with rental they have to take 300 some dollars they will just reimburse the rest out the 1,100 and some dollars they already took out my account. this people is the worst.

I was originally sent here through my insurance claim. Although my car was considered a total lost due to the value the manager Mike Alicea still went over board to help me. He recommend someone who could help me within my price range which I greatly appreciate. I felt so comfortable with the service he provided. He was honest and never once tried to take advantage of my situation. Mike Alicea is someone whos not only concerned about obtaining business but also show compassion for his customers. Hes someone who knows what it feels like to be a consumer. Not only was he great but the front dest lady, sorry I dont know her name but shes a sweet heart. She remembers her customers by name and addresses you in a friendly and concerned manner. A+ Customer Service! Highly recommend Southern Collision Center for your vehicle repair needs. Ms. Kerri Paul at the reception desk is well organized and extremely friendly. She is delightful and positive. Mr. Bill Moison did an excellent job documenting and estimating my vehicles damage. He took the time to electronically send me and my insurance company the estimate paperwork, which ensured a quick pay out by my insurance. Mr. Moison was upfront on the 2 week schedule back up but had my vehicle repairs turned around quickly once I brought it in. I brought my vehicle in on a Wednesday and repairs were completed by Friday. All repairs were professionally completed (workmanship was perfect). I know where I am going for repairs should I get into another car accident. Thanks so much Bill and Kerri - its nice to work with people who take pride in their jobs!

They are on time with their appointments. You dont have to wait. They are very professional, quick and keep you updated as your car is being worked on. I have taken several of my cars to them for repairs. I would recommend them to anyone. Afterwards, you cannot tell your car had repairs to it.

Unfortunately or fortunately I frequented this shop for a month plus, due to someone damaging my vehicle. Always friendly and answered every question I had (Im a person who asks to understand, so I had alot). My vehicle persistently had issues and they usually got my on and out in a day, dependent upon scheduling. Highly recommend!

After having my Jeep for thirty days to fix a fender bender, I had to replace my battery. It was fine going in...dead when I picked it up.

This is the worst place for repairs. First, they quoted me 10 days...it took 20 days to complete. Then, I received an email at 8pm stating my car is ready for pick up and it may need a jump start. No one had the decency to call me and give me any updates during the process or that it was complete. I called to ask why my car needed a jump start, the guy tried to tell me that he doesnt know but he had to jump start it twice. When I brought my car in there, it was working perfectly fine...started with no problem. Fortunately it started with no problem. Upon leaving, no one even walked with me outside to inspect the vehicle. They just handed me in my keys and said have a good day (i guess I should be grateful for that).Finally, they did not even try to clean the dust from the garage off the interiror. I literally had to get the inside detailed.Their customer service is the worse!!!

Dropped my car off July, its Oct and I still dont have it back! I keep hearing next week..... Then next week comes and its next week again. While making repairs theyve broken other parts that now need to be repaired which is taking even longer (not to mention my car was only 2 months old when this started) I really hope keeping it 3+ months the repairs are top notch or Im getting a lawyer and the local news involved.

I wasnt Jessica Gees client, however when I came in to pick up my vehicle she volunteered to remove my car seats from my the rental car and install them securely in my vehicle that had just been repaired. If she hadnt done this I would not have been comfortable with my children in their seats, but her kindness gave me something priceless...peace of mind!!! Service and quality of work is the worst Ive ever seen, coming from a 15+ years of experience as a Retail Manager. Car broke down 4x before I got it fixed with Acura Dealer. They used aftermarket parts on a my transmission cooling lines, along with an aftermarket radiator, which when dealing with a system as crucial as transmission or engine, OEM parts should always be used after an accident. Finally got it fixed in Oct of 19 when Acura used OEM parts. Havent had issues since. I strongly recommend using another body shop to get your car repaired, unless is just body work you need.

Not the best place to have your vehicle repaired. They do not return calls nor are they friendly or helpful. My vehicle was damaged in a parking lot 10/30/18 and I am still waiting for repair. It is now 11/8/18. I will be going else where. Do not rely on this business.

Used them since I got my vehicle from Southern Gmc. Staff is cool and very thorough when it comes to quotes and repairs. One issue I had about not being kept up to date with the progress of the repair was addressed very fast. However I would think with the type of work they do they should have been on top of things like that. Since some people dont have the luxury of having thier vehicle being delayed 1 or 2 days past the time frame they were told. Which keeps them from being 5 stars. If I had to find something else it would be there waiting room could use some attention and a make over.

They never say its impossible they are the best

Car was sent in for front end damage. Car has no front plate mount because it is not registered in VA and does not need it. When car was returned it had a front plate mount in stalled which damaged the bumper. Was never given any assistance with fixing this new problem. Poor attention to detail.

This was a SIMPLE tailgate repair on 2015 Silverado it was a insurance claim... first a 1 week repair time turned into 2 weeks and 2 calls saying it was finished. Each time it was far from professional workmanship with the bed liner being all over my new paint and the wrong parts on the truck. Then i went back for try #2 and the marks were still on the gate and the gate sat offset and the bedliner was 2 different colors and the panel that covers the tailgate handel mechanism was loose. Thay put all 8 bolts in but the four in the middle wernt bolted to anything just made it look lile it was in. Then on my way to work the next day that panel fell OFF into the bed of my truck. When i pointed out the problem at southern the management just looked at it and walked away. THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL BODY SHOP WITH NOT A CARE ABOUT WHAT THAY PUT OUT!!!!

I took my lexus here after bumper damage and specifically asked if they were good with working on lexus. They said yes! I should have went somewhere else. My bumper isnt in tight, my fog lights no longer work, nor do my headlights. Now I have to spend extra money to repair their damage to things that already worked before. I got a line up and tires and my car rides worst than before. I will not be bringing my car back here at ALL!!!!!

They were fast with repairing my car when it flooded. So excited to get it back!

The people and service was good.

Apparently my claim was to small for them to bother getting it right. They missed part of the damage and did not attempt to fix the problem. Also, a separate issue I wanted taken care of was never even started. After keeping the car an extra day then estimated I am super disappointed and won’t be back.

UGH!!! My car has been there for over a month. Was told it was ready twice. Both times I turned in my rental car and got dropped off. The work that they did do was pathetic. and incomplete. Im not sure if they dont want to make money or they just dont care about the customers. The ONLY star they get from me is for the girl that is stuck at the front desk putting up with all the grief from the unhappy customers and incompetent staff.
