We ran into a few speed bumps along the way, which were very frustrating, but he stayed patient with me and helped with all my car needs. Honestly, the process was really easy, 1k down who would turn that down right? Everyone is nice (at first)Despite the reviews i said F it im going to go here since i need a car. But it was the wrong mistake. The car was great the first few months. Then by the summer time anything that could be wrong with this car become wrong! Not only that these cars are being driven on the daily. My car i later found out was being driven by the financing person. He left his belongings in my trunk which later we had to meet for himTo get it.. but like i said everything went bad in my car. Transmission, alternator, engine light was on. Im highly disappointed, i was sold a lemon car for sure ! And not to mention i found out that the mileage had been tampered with… dont trust these people with your money…. These are not good vehicles. Trust the reviews. Customer is ok salesmen are great. But those cars are bad cars.

Although Keith was great...the company is absolutely horrible!!!! I’ve been trying to get this tint that is considered illegal off of my car for the past few weeks now and I have called, went by the location and even spoke with a customer service rep and I have been told that I would get a call back to get it taken care of...remind you in order for the car to pass inspection this tint needs to be a certain percentage...let me also remind you the car was suppose to be inspected before we took it off the freaking car lot!!!! DO NOT WVEE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Don’t do it!!!! They only want to take your money and will put you in a lemon. Once you receive the vehicle you’ll find problems within a few weeks. They will have you in a car that’s not registered in the state. They will lie about the dmv not sending your tags etc when the dmv never received your documents. (Personally spoke with a team member at the dmv on the phone on speaker in front of these guys) She busted them out and told them that they had 28 days to turn in the paperwork. They had absolutely nothing to say as they were ALL caught in lies. Don’t waste your money go elsewhere if you choose to deal with them have you a good lawyer like me. Some of the recent reviews are fake pages.

Warren was great to me. He sat down explained the purchase process to the T. I barely had to put as a down payment considering my credit is very low but that did not matter as he proceeded to get me approved. Regardless of what everyone says. These guys are good

I wouldnt purchase another vehicle from this company period. The level of customer service is horrible. This location wasnt bad although there were a few things that werent discussed at the time of delivery; however, overall I would have, should have went to another company period. Their business practices are to say the least arent inviting especially being the new kid on the block. I advise to take your time, search and research further before making your purchase here. Great car, payments werent back, but the overall experience I could have done with out.

Worst Customer support experience from American car center-They don’t respond promptly when we had some issues.-I bought a car from them, After two days I identified some minor issues asked them to fix those, they took almost a week to respond my call.-They gave me two installments per month and mentioned in the document how much per installment and agreed with that, when I open my online account they were over charging what ever they agreed for, trying to call customer support No one answering the calls.-you guys continue like this shutdown your stores very soon
