This is my second car from them was happy the first time thats why I came back..Grace is a awesome person

So I bought a car from Car of charlotte a good three weeks ago. On the second week, I had to take the car back for inspection. Before, the sales Rep Alison asked me if my engine light came on any time for the past to week. I told him that it didnt, they took my car to get service for inspection and brought the car back, I thought everything was fine. Until the third week, when the vehicle start to get hot. The car did not indicate any warning signs or symbols on the dash, I just noticed the meter go up. I had to stop the vehicle and discovered to my car had no coolant. I do understand that this establishment is a buy here, pay here, but I  dont think that a 15,000$ car should have coolant problems, within  three weeks of purchase. I am now being told I have to pay 175$ for something that I had no control over.

Best place in N.C that I can recommend.!

Well they came through again, last week I bought a H2 Hummer from Cars Of Charlotte 2 days someone ran into me and total it and without another down payment they put me in another ride, HEY THEY THE BEST!!

Horrible and unprofessional. I paid off my car and they gave me my extra key with a remote that does not work ... then had an attitude that they couldn’t fix it . They gladly take your money, but don’t care for their customers . Regret getting this car . When we left they didn’t open the gate for me to get out I had to open it myself .... LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE TO GET A CAR THAN HERE !!!

The woman who answers the phone is rude, rude and unprofessional, today I called several times to make a payment and the same woman leaves me waiting because I do not speak English well, terrible service! it will be the last time I buy something in this Dieler 😠👎

Car of Charlotte its no good. Allison is The sales rep you dont want to be in charge of your Sale. The reason why? My husband just bought a car and it only took 3 weeks for something to happen. The carton had no coolant and Allison being the person who attended my husband, he lacks respect.And Lugo lacks respect. I believe that people have to learn how to speak to people and more when there is money in the middle.
