The ease of this was amazing. The vending machine was having issues so we didnt get to do the whole coin thing. The car was represented accurately and has performed amazing for the first 400 miles. Overall experience with Carvana was smooth, simple, and kinda fun. However, their warranty company is a headache. Sends you to the cheapest possible service provider. Provider sends in estimate and half of it gets denied. When you call and ask about it they walk around the issue and tell you the first line of contact is the service provider. Luckily the service provider I got is going handle the repair as they’ve seen the same issue time and time again with Carvana’s warranty company. Super easy to buy a car, but if there’s defects that aren’t portrayed in the pictures on the website then expect a headache to get them fixed.

Buyer beware! You’ll breeze through underwriting with wonderful customer service just for them not to deliver your vehicle on time. You’ll pick another vehicle you don’t like as much and have your credit ran again without your knowledge and they won’t deliver that one on time either. Then they’ll offer you a minuscule check after your 7day back guarantee which is a fraction of what you had to pay in rental cars due to their error. This company is complete BS. Also they’re more expensive. Go to carmax or car gurus. It’s not innovative if it doesn’t work.

At first I was hesitant about using an online service for buying a car. Its a big purchase and a lot of moving parts...BUT Carvana was AMAZING. THIS IS THE NEW WAVE. Throughout this whole process Carvana had the best support and service crew. They helped explain any questions and concerns we expressed. The online experience with the paper work was a breeze, which was my main concern, and they were extremely kind. We had gone to the wrong pickup location from the one we designated, that was 10 minutes away from where they went, and without a hesitation they said that was fine and proceeded to drive to us. To top it all off they provided us with a gift basket. I am shook to say the least. No sleezy car salesmen, no hassle, no problems. Will never use a dealership again. Amazing.

Yes, it is as bad as everyone says. I wanted to like this experience, it seems like a great way to buy a car especially during a pandemic. But Carvana has been one headache after another. Long story short, they delayed my delivery 4 times at the very last minute, citing unspecified mechanical failures, paint issues, etc that they somehow didnt catch until the day of delivery.Each time I requested more info I was brushed off and told the service department isnt customer facing, ie they wouldnt tell me what even needed to be done to the car or what the problems were. Multiple times I was told Id receive a call back with information and never did. Each person I spoke with seemed to know nothing about the car or my case (although the reps were friendly). After a month of back and forth and paying for insurance coverage on a car Ive never even seen, I cut my losses and drove 90 minutes to a local dealer to pick up the same model vehicle with far less miles in great shape, and got more for my trade-in. Im glad the Carvana nightmare is over, I can only imagine what would have happened if I took delivery and was stuck dealing with these clowns.Stay way.

Let me start with saying that my first experience with this place was awful. The car was dirty as hell and in very bad condition. I cancelled the order and explained my concerns to Carvana agent. I decided to give it another try and found good truck😉 today I went to pick it up and I was surprised how everything turned out. Truck was extremely clean and I was given enough time to check every bit of it before final signing. Very happy with the purchase

Great experience, 2k lower than KBB.Mint condition, no issues and home delivery.Carvana finance is nice too, not as cool APR as in DCU, but for the first financing I’m happy.I’ve added an optional warranty, found tons of different reviews. But I hope everything will be fine.

BUYER BEWARE!! Carvana sold me a re-painted car. 2017 Toyota with one owner/no accidents reported carfax. After getting insurance and financing, I finally got to see the car...it had been re-painted over the whole front end. Even the side mirrors had been painted over.Carvana either bought this car as a re-painted car or they had it repainted. What happened to the car? Major accident? We may never know.Buy local and review the car beforehand.

I thought everything was going very smooth. I applied for my new car on the app, and the agreement was to sell them my old car on the day I picked up my new one. All done from the app! Fantastic! So easy!They couldnt deliver the car to me since they dont do that, so I had to drive down to them.When I got there, they had my new car, but somehow wasnt told I was going to sell my old car. Thats ok, they said. Leave your car here. Just call and make another appointment. We can do it all via zoom so you wont have to drive back down.I keep my new car during the 7-day trial. On the 8th day, once Im locked in, Carvana contacts me and said they are giving me $5,000 less for my old car because it has more miles on it than I originally took a picture of.The same miles needed to drive to Carvana.From my experience, they are pulling a scam on the car buyback. I wouldnt trust them. The car buyback hassle completely overshadowed the purchase process. I could have been screwed by someone local. I had to go to Charlotte to do it.Carvana will give you a guaranteed offer. They will then renege on that offer once you are locked in.

Let me give you an account of my recent experience with Carvana. I purchased a low mileage 2018 Audi and had it delivered to the south blvd location. This delivery was postponed….. twice. I was notified the evening prior on the first delay, and just hours prior on the second delay. Once the car finally arrived I went to go pick it up. This is where things took a turn for the worse. I signed all of my paperwork and they brought the car down for us to drive home. Well, below is a list of the abhorrent condition this vehicle was in.Exterior- Major scratches and chips on driver front wheel well and bumper. Minimized on website description-White paint sprayed over passenger rear wheel well. Not listed on website. (Car is dark Gray)Interior-Used and discarded printer ink cartridge sitting on back seat leaking ink onto leather (how does this even happen)-Warning on startup of vehicle: “Replace Key FOB Battery”-Smashed candy in foil wrapper in glove compartment-Crumbs in glove compartment-Crumbs and dust and gunk in every possible crevice-Wine cork in back seat 12 VDC outlet (This was just mind blowing. Unfortunately I dont have photos of this)-Peeling rubber off of drivers side interior door handle-Completely broken interior passenger grab handle. It was dangling down.-spilt liquids on center console areas-Red makeup on passenger side vanity and head liner-Brown scuff marks and stains on passenger side liner near seatbelt-Dead insect on dashboard behind Nav display-Giant stain on rear cargo coverTaken directly from Carvanas 150 point inspectionWe go the extra mile so that your car is looking as good as new. There are a lot of specifics that we wont list here (we wash, clean, buff, paint, polish, wax, seal), but trust us that when your car arrives, its going to look sweet.Needless to say we rejected the vehicle. Unbelievably It is already back on their website for sale. Apparently I have 7 days to choose another car. Do i even take the chance?Disclaimer: This is not our first experience with Carvana. We bought a used car 2 years ago and had an amazing experience. I was extremely impressed. Awful experience! I bought a car to surprise my husband for his birthday with family at our home. 6pm delivery rolls around and no car. I called carvana and stayed on hold for 15min, when the rep came back on the phone he said there had been a “hiccup” and they were unable to deliver the car and could not give me a new delivery date due to the car now having a check engine light on. No one called to tell me this before hand. Very upset with this service. This car delivery has been rescheduled twice. At least at a dealership you go home with the car that day!

What a nightmare. After being delayed for a delivery they changed my date to a pickup instead which apparently took a week to get the car from Concord to Charlotte. Then being told on the phone, that I didnt need my spouse to sign off on anything but get there and thats not the case because the call center ppl are in Phoenix not here. Then told my wife we could reschedule for Wednesday without checking, only to find out after the next day would be the 15th. Dont waste ur time with these people!!!

Complete joke! Purchased a used VW and had my plate transferred from my previous vehicle. My registration is due for renewal and it failed inspection. The window tint is not legal in North Carolina, now I have to pay for my windows tint - since its NOT legal. I called Carvana and was told to go scratch... horrible customer service!

Love the car, and honestly the service was great up until I received my registration.They registered my vehicle and misspelled my last name. I called them to correct the issue and they said it’s not their fault, and claims they don’t even read the paperwork. As they blame the DMV I now have to take time off work and go try to correct this myself.Would not purchase from Carvana again based on this experience.

Buying your used car is a SCAM!!!I have a 2019 VW Atlas. Perfect condition with upgrades.I received an online offer on 6/22/21.They needed more info on 6/24/21. I uploaded the required documents.Their website (where I uploaded the documents) said they would review the documents in 1-2 days then schedule a pickup.The next step is tell us how you want to get paid.Ive followed up with their virtual chat system which takes forever to get an actual person. Once you get a person they have no clue what to do.Ive called two times. No new information available.Headed to Carmax today to accept and offer for $1,500 less than Carvana. Dealing with Carvana isnt worth the hassle. I will walk out of Carmax with a check and complete the buyback in a day.Dont use their buyback program. Its a scam to get you to buy a new car.

Surprisingly simple and the value was very fair!I’ve bought and sold a number of cars in my 55 plus years and this week sold my 2013 Ford Explorer to Carvana after being low-balled by a local dealer for a potential trade-in. Some caveats for this review... First my vehicle was paid off and I had the title in-hand. That always makes things simpler regardless of how you sell your vehicle. That being said, I was extremely impressed by how easy the process was. From the initial online application to dropping the car off and having the payment initiated was... get this... 3.5 days! Yes, upload your documents, get an offer and if acceptable to you, it can be that fast. The staff at the South Blvd Charlotte, NC facility were very helpful, personable and professional . Like a hot knife through butter... EASY. This saved me a lot of time and hassle, so for me, it was the perfect solution!

Ive never bought a car this way and probably never will again. Other than the price they gave me for my trade it hasnt been a good experience. Going into the 2nd week I still dont have the car. The initial process was drawn out over 2 days and done so I thought. The car was supposed to be delivered last Sunday. Late Saturday afternoon I get an email saying shipping was delayed and contracts would have to be signed again. So I call and find out along with the shipping delay the car had a check engine light and would need repairs. That put delivery to this past Wednesday but due to work schedules it takes an act of Congress to get time out of work so I had to reschedule to Saturday 5/15. All day Ive had a feeling it wasnt going to happen as planned. Low and behold late today I get an email and yet again another delay and contracts will need to be signed yet again. Apparently the car isnt ready. That puts delivery to next Wednesday morning which due to work schedules will not be possible for me so I had to put it to next Friday at 630. Ive had to make another payment on my trade in plus per Carvana requirements add insurance to a car I dont even have yet. Im not quite aggravated to the point of cancelling yet but Im getting there. Ive lost faith in the process as well as the integrity of the car at this point and I feel like no one has made an attempt to turn this into a positive experience yet. Im hoping everything will work out and theyll convince me otherwise but so far it hasnt happened.

Update: THREE speakers had to be replaced! I can’t believe how many things were neglected before I took ownership of my vehicle including: paint all over the interior, 3 broken speakers, 1 broken key fob, a bad rear windshield wiper, and the tire pressure light was on. It has been extremely inconvenient to get these things addressed. I wouldn’t buy an older used vehicle from this company again because the inspection they do is a joke. I’m convinced they just vacuumed my vehicle and hoped I’d overlook everything wrong.My 1st experience with Carvana during the start of the pandemic was stellar. My 2nd experience last week not so much. There were several things wrong with the vehicle including black paint all over the interior and exterior of the vehicle. I have no idea how that got passed their inspections. I’ve been inconvenienced with having to have the vehicle serviced by 4 different entities to get the various things fixed. They did compensate me for these inconveniences, but I definitely feel weary of ever buying a vehicle or recommending them again.

Don’t waste your time with Carvana. These guys are the worst. Here is my experience - First they said I have to secure the funds else the car delivery will be delayed. Since 5th of July was observed holiday for the bank I had to CANCEL and book the car again, then they said the car would arrive on the 11th. Then the 13th. Now they’re saying it will arrive on the 17th. I doubt they have the car at all. A total waste of time. Go to a dealer and bargain the old fashioned way to get your next ride. Dealing with Carvana isnt worth the hassle.But if you do decide to buy from them, good luck with managing all the stress. Maybe some yoga and meditation will help…..

Had a great experience with Carvana. Evander was super laid back, friendly and helpful at pickup. Was supposed to deliver car to me but asked if I could come get and given a gas card in return. Also gave my kids a Chick-fil-A gift cards. They were very happy about that. Jeep is in great shape and we like it. I usually buy new cars but wanted to see what carvana had to offer. Disappointed would be my experience. After a schedule 2 weeks appointment and I called and spoke with a representative whom assured me today everything was set. After driving 2 hours .I received a phone call to let me know the vehicle had not passed a state inspection. I did go to dealership and was able to look at it . They then let me know it had to be cleaned. Total bummer wasted day of work and gas. I have to retake this 2.5 hour drive next week

They sold me a car with $5,000 worth of cosmetic damage and over $10,000 worth of mechanical issues that they said would have to be covered by myManufacturer warranty. They claim to have performed a 150 point inspection but unfortunately the tech doing that job must have been drunk. Do yourself a favor, buy a car from a real dealership.

I don’t not recommend Carvana. They wayyy over charge for vehicles. I did not research the actual value of the car I bought before hand. If I would have, I would’ve known that they charged me about $6000 more than what the car was worth. Their interest rates are also insane. I refinanced immediately after I bought from Carvana and was able to cut my interest rate in half. And the car they sold me has been nothing but issues. You’re better off going to a real dealership.

Easiest buying process in the history of car buying. Friendly phone reps. 2 transport delays caused the car to be a week late. First delay due to the hurricane in Texas but the 2nd??? The car arrived with extra, but minor dents. The delivery driver did point those out. Carvana is fixing those. I guess they washed the car prior to delivery. But what did the wash it in, dirty water from the pits of a coal mine? I’m on wash number 3 and still trying to remove that film of...whatever it washed in. Maybe I’ll just take it to a detailer. Oh, the delivery guy was super nice and helpful. I think his name was Ryan. Verdict is still out on car quality. A little more driving and inspection by my mechanic is needed before I can weigh in on quality of the car.

I bought my car 5 months ago from this Carvana branch and they delivered the car the process was seemless. I loved the car but have to move elsewhere so sold the car back yesterday. I got above KBB and a very fair price not far away from what I paid. I decided to drop off this time. The whole process took about 10min. There was no lowballing or attempts to reduce the online quote it was friendly and they even ordered me a free Uber ride home! elected to receive the funds in my chequing account in 1 to 2 days and I got an email immediately confirming the amount had been initiated. Absolute disaster, I purchased a 2019 F 150 back around Thanksgiving. The truck delivery date was rescheduled 3 times and each time I had to take time off work. When the truck arrived it had dried mud on it with a piece torn off and hanging down underneath the truck. We could not put fuel in the gas tank for some reason, and the windshield had basically a hole in it ( this was depicted, but much worse in person) so they had to take it back to get all of these items fixed. Fast forward to February! I am receiving letters from the NCDMV that the licence plate on my old car has been revoked ( so I guess no one told them I traded it in ) and my second temporary tag from Carvana is about to expire, still no tag for my truck! They keep saying it is the DMV fault, but I just bought a new camper and had the tag for it in 2 weeks!

My boyfriend and I just went and picked his car up from the vending machine and the appointment was so simple. His credit score isn’t the greatest but Carvana gave him a chance and after getting my own car from a dealership, I look back at it and regret it. The lady who helped us for our appointment was so sweet and so concise. The location is very nice and very clean especially during COVID times. I definitely recommend Carvana. I’m seeing negative reviews about overcharging for cars but that’s definitely not the case for us. If you don’t have an amazing credit score and need an updated ride, definitely check out Carvana.

I am very happy with my first carvana experience! I actually went to the location to pick my vehicle up and to use the vending machine, and regardless of other reviews, it was working on 1/26/21. It was a very fast, easy and fun process! The only bit of advice Id give for people thinking about checking out carvana.... you are buying a used vehicle, so even aside from carvanas 150 point inspection, there may be small things that the vehicle needs, so make sure to check it thoroughly yourself or have a trusted mechanic look at it. Mine needed a new key fob battery and also a filter. Otherwise it was in great condition. I loved this experience from start to finish. It was so easy and straight forward. I will purchase from carvana again and I will recommend to others as well 😊

Selling a car should of been better than this. I did all I was suppose to do via the site. I got the offer and uploaded the documents needed. I checked back daily for to see if any other docs were needed and it stated all docs were submitted and waiting on approval. The seven days were clicking away, but I figured since they had all my docs this would not apply. Well the seventh day Im seeing that my offer had expired and I needed to redo the offer. I call and do the online chat and after hours of hold Im told they emailed me to submit a payoff letter which had already been uploaded to the site before and since I didnt respond the offer was no longer valid. I then clicked to get the new offer frustrated and see the new offer is $1300 less than the first within seven days. This is the most ridiculous treatment Ive ever received selling a car and will stick with Carmax going forward. I suggest you all save your time and do the same.

I have purchased two cars from Carvana was attempting to purchase another and trade one in.They had difficulty verifying my paystubs told me they couldn’t verify my YTD income. I provided them with three bank statements at which time they still couldn’t accurately identify my income in short they were nearly $20,000 off. Granted everything prior to the visit was competed online. I didn’t have to take pictures of the car or anything. Just my drivers license and odometer. The offer that I received based on my VIN didn’t change. Be truthful about your vehicle, and nothing should change. Payment in hand at the appointment.-Now calling CarVana was definitely a challenge. Initially it seemed I found a great deal and service. I have filled out all the paperwork, got my I insurance activated, and was scheduled for delivery tomorrow. They called today and said delivery cannot happen for 17 days now. I could have found another car in the meantime. I was really counting on delivery this day and am extremely disappointed in this company for their last second change. Also nearly everytime I have called them I am on hold for more than 20 minutes. I thiugh I found a way to not have to deal with not having to go to dealerships, but carvana has obvious problems of their own.

Real Sketchy. They sold me a car, said it would be delivered in two days, then said they found a mechanical issue that would delay it by two more weeks. They refused to dock the price down (even though an additional mechanical issue is 10 times out of 10 a cause to lower the value of the vehicle), they refused to expand further on what the issue was, and were overall just shady and non transparent. Unfortunately, it seems like Carvana isnt going to be giving traditional dealerships a run for their money any time soon.

No hassle, no stress AND outstanding cars.It makes me very uncomfortable to go to traditional dealerships. I have experienced the old bait and switch where the dealership made a mistake and the car I looked at on the lot was $10,000 higher than my budget. Thats just bad business.With Carvana there is no sketchy salesperson trying to make their bonus. The customer service reps are phenomenal and give you updates during every step of the easy process.The team on site are incredibly friendly. Will not use again. Not transparent, incompetent staff, screwed up multiple times on my credit application via route one . They asked me to sign the application when the address,email,and date of birth is absolutely incorrect. Then have the audacity to tell ask me to sign it or they would have to perform a hard inquiry on my credit. This is their error they need to fix it or im getting an attorney. Im not dealing with this nonsense again.

I went through the purchase and trade process. They messed up the contract three times before i quit signing. They contacted me on a saturday giving me less than an hour to secure insurance for it in advance or theyd change my delivery date. I did. Then i began receiving date cancellation notifications and the site wanted all new info. They claimed it was fixed after hours of holding on the phone. Their site screwed up yet again and they cancelled my delivery day and time and wouldnt follow through with the confirmation email for delivery Id received. Thought I should wait an extra day for their mistake. Doesn’t seem long but seeing that they gave me an ultimatum, didnt follow through, and then expected me to change my insurance transfer (because i was trading in my vehicle same day); I cancelled on the spot. They proved they weren’t trustworthy. I already saw the trouble could continue since theyre known to screw up registration so I didnt want to spend that much and also take the risk. They hit my credit doing their multiple checks in the process. Such a waste of time.

I traded in my TSX this morning and picked up a RDX as its replacement. I was supposed to pick up the RDX Saturday, but due to issues beyond the reps control, my appointment was delayed until Tuesday (today). I arrived a bit early (drove from Asheville) and was promptly greeted by Nina. Nina was very professional and explained everything clearly. The WHOLE staff followed Covid procedures, and I felt very safe and comfortable in the office. While the delay was very frustrating and required some creative rescheduling on my end, Nina and the team treated me very nicely, and even provided me snacks for the long drive home. Going forward, Ill be recommending Carvana to my coworkers and clients who may need a car.Thanks again!

We were excited to go get our second vehicle. We brought our kids with us to enjoy the experience as a family. I worked until 7am and came down to Charlotte from Lenoir (an hour and a half drive). We arrived early and were told there was 2 people ahead of us. That was fine since it wasnt yet our appointment time. More than an hour PAST our appointment time and we are just now viewing the vehicle. I am exhausted and livid. Are they short staffed? I see a lot of people walking around but only one can show the cars and help with the paperwork? This is not the experience we wanted. Not sure when they will be done so we can make our trip back to Lenoir. Their niceties make no difference when my patience is now gone. Why bother setting an appointment if they cant make it anywhere close to when it was set for?

Dont Do ItMy fist car with Carvana was fine, the second one had issues with the radio and reverse camera. When I notified Carvana they told me to go to a shop. I went and the camera came back on. The shop said to bring it back when it wasnt working. When I did, Silverrock their limited warranty didnt want to pay because by that time the warranty was up. So I argued. Finally they fixed it. Within one year my transmission failed 3000 fix out of pocket and now the radio doesnt work and neither does the reverse camera. They lie about the inspections and then your stuck. Go somewhere else. Easy on the front end, pain in the rear. Good Luck

Ordered a car, took a day off work to take delivery on my confirmed delivery date. Carvana calls me the day before to say theres been a delay, bs bs, blah blah blah. Cancelled my order. Tried again 2 weeks later, same exact thing. Wasted two vacation days inside a month. Their employee who called me about the second delay was incredibly rude, going as far as to suggest its my fault for taking a vacation day based on his companies promise. I will never do business with Carvana again, and I will tell everyone I know to avoid them at all costs. You can get a better deal with less mileage at CarMax.

Buying a vehicle was so easy and the prices are great, but that’s the only good thing I can say about them.The warranty is a fake and will not pay to fix anything and the 7 day money back is a lie too, it’s a 7 day trade out. the vehicle is not in the condition that was promised and the repairs they promised was a lie too.The fog light was blown and the tpms sensors don’t work and they destroyed the rims delivering the vehicle. The delivery was late they showed up at night in the rain so I couldn’t see the vehicle’s condition.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Check engine light came on before I even got home from the dealership after picking up my car from the vending machine. I’ve had to get my car serviced 5 times in 30 days and the check engine light is still coming on. Who would think a car with only 43,000 miles would have so many issues! I loved the idea of Carvana and the car is great. Customer service when I call on the line is good too, people are sweet. The actual organization in getting things done- terrible. I called them to see what all I needed to make sure to get them for the tag transfer. Got the information needed the next day. Called them to check to see if they received it, needed a different type of picture with more specifics. Called them after I sent that in to check to see if they got that picture. They did but they actually wanted this type of picture instead. I have called numerous times and have been on hold each time for a LONG TIME. At the end of it- I am having to drive a borrowed car because my tag has expired after weeks of trying to get this taken care. They have told me they are expediting this, but the timeline is the same as it was when things were not expedited. They told me they would call me back, but only 1 of the customer service reps out of many followed through. They told me I was the one to blame and they will not do anything for me (helping with a rental or anything). I literally tried to get them the information the day after I called them to ask what they needed. Have been the only one the follow up with them. If you want a great car, yes, go with Carvana. I you want to actually be able to legally drive you car and not get the blame casted on your after spending hours of your time trying to reach out to them- stay clear!

Would never buy a car from this company. I never expressed interest in doing so but they somehow got my email address from a lending tree site where I was researching interest rates and finance offers. Carvana has spammed, harassed, and ignored my many unsubcribe requests as if that would actually make me want to buy from them. Such a joke that the company name is a spin on the word Nirvana as their unsolicited and incessant contact is anything but.

This was definitely better than going to a dealership ! I loved the experience! With COVID-19 going on the verification of my pay was a littler weird but I understand the process! The drop off process was great and knowing that I had 7 days to change my mind was a good feeling! I love my car but the sanitizer they used to clean the car stinks and I had to do a lot to get that smell out of my car. Glad to know it was clean though! Definitely a great process and I will probably continue to use then in the future. They were honest and everything is exactly as they said it would be. 😊

Ive purchased three cars from them and sold two cars to them. The process couldnt be simpler. They take care of all of the paperwork. If youre not happy with the car within the seven day period, theyll pick it up no questions asked. Also, if you discover cosmetic damage that wasnt identified on their website, their insurance company, SilverRock, will cover the repairs.

Man its so easy to buy a car here. You do all the research and paperwork online. Takes less than an hour, this way you actually get to read the contracts at your leisure and no Saturday afternoon negotiations till the dealer beats you into submission . Shout out to Tea Young for going above and beyond. I became very upset during the buying process and Tea was the only one who did everything in her power to fix the issue and then go beyond with making our whole family feel loved. All I wanted was the issue corrected where Tea fixed the issue and went overboard with helping get the best car buying experience. Highly recommend using her when you buy your car. We got our car from the vending machine which was way cool. My daughter got to drop the coin in and was so excited to see the car come down. The car was perfect and so clean like came down the show room floor. One neat thing which seems small but there is no dealership sticker on the back of the car. I hate when car dealership advertise with a sticker I can’t take off on my car, so I was happy to see no sticker. Even though we did have an issue which made use very upset, overall, we left the car buying experience happy and look forward to the next car.

This is an update to a 1 star review! I have now raised it to 4 stars. The initial process could not have been easier, but that is where it ended. It seemed as though the follow-on to the transaction was wanting at best. No one was able to really tell us exactly what was going on and it took nearly two months before everything settled out. That said, the warranty has been excellent and we love the car. We will buy from Carvana again.

Carmax will have better pricing and mileage options on ALL comparable vehicles. So i suggest looking at carmax first. If you do NOT like the loan terms or do not get approved at Carmax, then Carvana is an Excellent option.The place to shop! Experience was great. Fast and pre-approval is accurate as long as the information you put in is. The only bad thing I could find (outside of if higher pricing) would require a simple code upgrade. You got to change delivery and your current date and time are auto dropped. They should not automatically drop the date. You should be shows dates and then if you find something, confirm the switch AND have a feature that allows you to choose to be connected if an early date becomes available..

I bought a car that had to be shipped from Arizona to NC. My appointment to pick up the car was for a week later. The night before my pickup time they sent a text saying it was postponed for two more days. I called and was told the car “missed the transit”, as if it was the cars fault rather than a mess up on their behalf. So I waited two more days, again, it was postponed. I canceled my order for the car, went to Carmax and got the same vehicle, only newer with half the miles and an eight percent lower interest rate. Carvana is NOT living up to all the hype. Very disappointed with them, but LOVE my new car that came from their competitor!

Bought a car from them 11 months ago and worst decision I have EVER MADE!! Has been in this shop 6 times today will be 7 and while the extended warranty I chose is paying for it I am having to pay the deductible every times even though it is all steaming from the same problem. This started 15 days after purchase. NOW with that being said it is costing me hundreds if not thousands of extra dollars with getting rental cars and and the deductibles. which should have been resolved on the first repair. I was bringing it to pep boys which was the authorized repair facility. They failed to notice the HUGE oil and power steering leak that my whole engine needed to be taken out for the repair. I have now been bringing it to the Chevy dealer but the warranty company will only cover small amounts of the repair at a time costing me time and money! DO NOT BUY FROM CARVANA
