Stopped in to buy a new battery. After waiting several minutes while one worker stood around and ignored us and another worker chit chatted with their friend, we were asked if we needed help. Explained I needed to buy a car battery and needed help with the install. He said he’d have to check if they could do the install. After looking up my car model, he said they couldn’t do it because it would take longer than 30 minutes. I understand that there are exceptions to everything, but maybe consider making it more clear on your website which models you can and can’t perform battery installs on.

Not recommended, there customer service is disappointing. this review is to get manager attention, please train your associate on how to do a simple parts swap. Do to this situation, I would take my business elsewhere.
Just went in to ask for help and customer service would rather be on their phone behind the desk than help me. So I’ll take my money to another.Update: Went 3 miles down the road to O’Reilly Auto Parts and was able to get my problem fixed within the hour and their customer service was AWESOME!!! THEY will be getting my service from here on out!This Auto Zone have A LOT left to be desired.
Took an uber to pick up a battery. Once I got back to my car found out it was the wrong one. I called the store to let them know what happened and they drove to my house to give me the right one. They came in about 10 min. Definitely went above and beyond with customer service
I have always receive great customer service at this location. Staff members will take the time to discuss your issue and ensure you are buying the right products.
They definitely carry whatever auto products you might need.
I was in the store for almost an hour and not one employee approach me asking if l needed help. Finally l grabbed an item and asked the cashier if it’ll work for my type of vehicle and his response was don’t know, never owned that kind of vehicle and don’t know anything about it. So I just responded, oh okay. I obviously had a confused expression and all he said was sorry I’m having a day. Just never experienced anything like that in an auto store, but it was my first time shopping at that location.
Alijah who served us to put the new battery on was having issue and told us to drive our car (without tightening the new battery) to Toyota dealership to buy the parts he needs to install the new battery. We argued that we dont feel comfortable doing that. He got all offended and said installing the new battery is out of courtesy and not part of his job. Then we told him that we prefer someone else in the shop to install the battery. He left (saying Im done!) to grab the store manager, who installed the new battery in less than 15 minutes like a rock star. AutoZone has always been my favorite place to go for car battery and its the first time I was served by such a rude and unprofessional staff.
Awesome service! Ive purchased wrong part twice and was able to return it and guys who work there were super patient explaining me what I really need.
Any time I go into this place, I ask them for help but they arent ever willing to help me. Ive asked what I needed and they look at me like why dont I know. Ive gone into auto stores before where the employees make sure I find exactly what I need. At this store, they do the bare minimum.... its so irritating. Cant ask the employees here ANYTHING
The young man who assisted me was very knowledgeable and eased my fears when I came with a broken windshield wiper. He installed it for me and he was so helpful.
Misleading advertisements posted all over the store, straight up price scams, egotistical college kids pretending to be mechanics, this place has it all.Gotta love the automotive dystopia that is Autozone.

What h out for Autozone! I ordered an A/C condenser on line to pick up in store. It’s listed as a“Spectra Premium”brand which is a Canadian company. When I picked it up it was labeled TruGuard or something like that? I showed the manager my receipt which stated Spectra Premium and asked why it was not what I ordered. He said “ I have no answer for that”??!! Asked for a refund and went to O’Reilly Auto Parts and ordered a Murray. Guess what? When I picked it up it WAS a Murray just like I ordered! Go figure!

Terrible experience at this location purchasing a replacement battery for my car. The two guys working were just miserable in every way. I cant think of any other way to describe them.
The staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. They’ve helped answer my questions and find items quickly. Which is great because they’re just down the street from me. I just recently decided to work on my truck on my own and I like the atmosphere there. They don’t treat me any different just because I’m a woman.

Both me and my father are immune compromised, we were greeted with an old bald man with what should’ve not even been a mask on. Not covering his nose or upper lip. With the state law being broken I don’t recommend going to this place. I’ll be reporting to the county health department with my photo evidence.
There guys there are amazing!! They deserve a raise. I came in 2 minutes before closing and they stayed longer and helped me out when other places shut me down

Refused to warranty coil solenoid that was recently purchased from them because of some store policy about individual solenoids and solenoids that come in packs. (Part was in stock) They do not care about customer service. Napa would never do this.
Very courteous staff. They are open till 9.00 pm daily. Before coming here I went to Havana Auto Parts. They downright refused to do a code scan for me. It takes about 30 seconds but the were about to close the empty store in 6 mins and with just two of them there, they were not going to move. Auto zone gave the code, they have the part in stock. No pressure to buy. Very impressed. Will use them for car needs onward.

Recently visited the Centennial store, when my dead car had to be pushed to the store. I was really frustrated but had the priveledge of meeting Kevin Cunningham and Brian Brink who both went above and beyond helping me diagnose and getting me back on the road. Kevin, after his shift was over stayed on his own time until my car was safe to drive. What a gift and a blessing! Friends for life!

I had a problem with my vehicle less than one mile from this store. The manager was on duty, this was a Saturday afternoon June 1, 2019. Every Autozone I have been to, the people are above and beyond with being helpful, but this is THE BEST I have ever been treated by them. They even loaned me some tools to do a quick repair. This isnt in my neighborhood but I will go out of my way to shop here again if I need anything major again.

I looked for what I needed it wasn’t there. Waited a bit to get some one who knew if they had it or not. They didn’t know, they asked the other employee and got a snarky “over there with all the others.” It wasn’t. Finally he checked the computer and confirmed that it was not in store. Maybe we should have skipped the walk back over to check where I had already looked thoroughly. The man who helped me was nice.

As always with my trips to AutoZone even though80% of the time I end up spending way more money than I want to be AutoZone employees certainly do make it easy LOL most of the time theyve got exactly what I need to finish the job++ Excellent service and good, fair, market value prices on most auto repair and replacement parts.
Store is clean and organized. Staff helped out with running error codes, and explained how I could fix them myself. Love Autozone for this reason. In and out in a few minutes, and peace of mind about the error codes. 😀
Brought a light bulbs and they said to me immediately that they don’t install those. It’s fine with me but the way I was treated when I spend my hard earn money was unacceptable. If AI replace these people I don’t mind. People worked with zero pride these days. Ordering from amazon now on. Not worth your time

Customer service here rocks! Ive bought a few items here over the years, and I always receive respectful, individualized attention. Nobody has ever been condescending or made me feel awkward because Im a girl. The manager here even went out of his way to help solve an issue from another location when that locations manager was rude and unhelpful. He didnt have to do that, but chose to anyway. Keep doin what youre doin guys!

Any place thatll give you a free diagnosis electronically speaking or the plug-in box and offer you tools to do the work yourself well you can figure the rest out
Have been here to this store a couple of times and there was a problem with my order a few months back and Felix got it all straightened out and got me back up and going with my vehicle. Recently visit the store a day ago and Felix was being very professional when helping me out with getting more parts for my vehicle and making sure they were the correct ones.
A helpful staff sometimes, other times it is hard to be noticed! The best one I have been to is in Parker if you are lucky enough to be there when the young woman in working.She is a great employee!!

This autozone is a total JOKE! Do not go here, the employees are practically non existant. I came in to get tools for a project and spoke to a man who just pointed to the pictures of tools that were displayed by the register. What should have taken 5-10 minutes took 30 minutes. The woman who was “helping” me had absolutely no knowledge on the tools that I needed and rather than helping a customer she found it more important to talk and exchange numbers with some guy in the store. Once she finally decided to help me she made me walk with her behind the registers to look up the item number from the computer, something any literate adult should be able to do independently.

Store is new and clean, staff was helpful but unfortunately they did not stock the part I needed. Further, the AutoZone website does not show me which stores have the part in stock. Im not going to call or visit stores in person anymore -- Ill simply shop elsewhere.

The staff was very helpful and nice. They tried to help me get a code off the car to find out what was wrong. Unfortunately it didnt work, but they sure tried.
The selection was great, as always, and the staff was very helpful. My roommate and I shopped around for over an hour while he taught me the purpose of certain parts/accessories and the staff was very patient in not ruahing us out of the store.

Called to get a price on a part for my car. Was given a price of $190 with core. Came in with core, was told cost would be $251+tax. Explained what was told on phone. Associate was unwilling to help, would not listen. Left, did not buy part. Will probably never shop at this location again, will not recommend this location to anyone, even if its the only place to get the parts that theyre looking for.
