The installation tech, Christopher, was professional and knowledgeable. My appointment was scheduled for two hours but took half the time. All my questions were answered thoroughly. The most important part was I was treated with respect and understanding. I am beyond happy with the service I received!

There’s one guy that’s here all the time, and he’s great all the time! Have never had an issue or bad experience here. This is my favorite location so that’s why I come here. The guy has done 4 installs and transfers for me so I definitely trust him.

The hours of operation on Saturdays show 9a-1PM and then 1:30 to 4 PM. I have been sitting in the back of the store for over a half hour from 130 till 2 PM and there is nobody here. Me and three other vehicles are waiting and nobody is in sight or answering either the front door or the back door. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service!!!!

I called and asked about the fees.I show up and they throw a 100.00 dollar fee for removal of the device when you complete the necessary time.Dont be fooled when the say they dont charge a installation fee. They sneak it in your contract when you show up.

Service was good. The tech stopped doing an installation to hook my device and get it calibrated. I did not get the techs name but he was very efficient.

Hours posted aren’t accurate on website or on their door. Phone number is just smart starts customer service line which is garbage just as much as the company. They need direct numbers to their locations to make it more accessible. I’ve driven to 3 locations and they’re closed. I understand drinking and driving is wrong now after learning the repercussions of poor decisions from when I was younger but as someone who works out of town on the weekdays trying to get serviced on the weekend is a joke.

The gentleman that works here is not rude. Hes the only one working there. Hes blunt, to the point, and quick with his work. If you have an issue he tells you exactly what it is. I had a battery issue. Before my last visit he adjusted my interlock that was showing an error. It was totally fine until I had it removed. Which took only 15 minutes.

Not all Smart Start locations are created equal. The guy who mans this shop is awesome. He is pleasant, works quickly, and is very professional. I intentionally drive past my closest location (Highlands Ranch) to come here. Best possible interlock experience you can have.

I’ve had ignition interlock in my vehicle for about 16 months as of today, all of which have been with SmartStart. During that time I’ve been to quite a few locations in the Denver area just based on where my current job site is when I’m required to go in for calibration and payment.This is the best store I’ve been to by far. These are not fancy places and when I say by far I’m not implying that these guys are going to roll out a red carpet for you and clean your windshield while you wait for calibration. We chose to drink and drive, we exposed ourselves to the risk of being leveraged and therefore are not in a position to make petty complaints. I was in at this location today and whoever was working is a stand up employee. He came right out and asked what I was there for, handled the whole process efficiently and professionally and I was on my way. That’s what I’m looking for and I may go out of my way in the future just to have the peace of mind of knowing I can expect consistent results.I have had absolutely down right terrible service at two locations, I’m talking about aggression to the level where I thought these employees were going to try to fist fight me over the smallest, most trivial details but I’m waiting to tear them to shreds in a review until I’m done with my breathalyzer requirements due to being scared of them running me through the mud with the DMV somehow. I’m to close to being done to risk it. That being said, if you’re in need of a calibration, go see this guy in Centennial. It’s worth the drive to get a solid service. SmartStart if you’re reading this, recognize today’s employee and do your best to retain him on payroll.

Got a appointment through smart start. when i looked at reviews, i was a little worried. My experience was, I got there 5 min. early, he got me in . Said his name was Ivan, told me it would take an hour or so. He was done in 45 min. ( I got a older PU Truck, no computer stuff. ) Went so smooth, I told the guy I would give him a good review, because the ones I read were bad. an that just wasnt my experience. my experience was .... Prompt, smooth .... no problems......

The gentleman working was very rude. I arrived at 5:50 and he said he takes last calibration at 545. I explained how I rushed to get there and that it is near impossible to get my car in any other day before that time. Any other employee I have had calibrate for me always took my calibration as long as it was before 6. Very disappointing I hope no one else has to deal with this angry human being.
