Went there wanted to dye my hair gray..the girl there wasnt. Very helpful or knowledgeable....bought a product and I asked her if I needed something else with it or would it burn my hair out..she. Said no ..i bought it..it burned my scalp and my hair..i could smell it...will not return go somewhere else

I showed up at 6:30pm Saturday, 2/13/21, and the door was locked already and the cashier was just standing behind the counter looking at me. They were supposed to close at 7.

Friendly staff and good selection

I am usually able to find everything I need in this store whenever it comes to hair maintenance. Sometimes the people here are not entirely knowledgeable about their products or what you are trying to do with your hair, So please do research before you come into the store to purchase your things so you dont buy the wrong products on accident. All of the products I have purchased have worked out for my hair wonderfully. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!! WAS ACCUSED OF STEALING!!!Ive been a Sallys customer since I was in highschool and still shop there frequently. I had previously bought some maraca (about four days prior) and saved it in my purse for the next time I saw my sister, because Im forgetful. Well the obese woman working the counter saw the contents of my purse when I went to pay and saw the mascara. She then proceeded to demand a receipt I didnt even have anymore and accused me of stealing, even though I had an arm full of stuff ready to buy, including mascara. She then came around the counter and blocked the door saying she saw me put it in my purse. I told her that I had already paid for it a few days ago, so I tried to move around her and the PHYSICALLY pushed me back with her fat stomach to keep me from leaving. I told her to keep all of the other items I was going to purchase. Then the SECOND time I tried to move around her and she told me I could give her MY PAID FOR mascara, or she was going to call the cops. Ill be calling her manager about the rudeness, unprofessionalism, and the physical harassment

They never have what you are in to purchase or when you name a specific item such as topstick they have no idea what you are talking about. Save time, just go to broken arrow to begin with.

Didnt find what I needed which is unusual for me I think Ill stick with Tulsa hills sallys they are more friendly
