My Elderly Father purchased a vehicle from there on 9/11/2021. He bought the car as the family helped research cars in the area and has never purchased extended warranties in his life, he literally drives 5K miles per year and is 82 years old, so there is no financial upside. The finance guy took advantage of my father and did not explain or sell the additional products totaling $ 6,136, just added them and had him sign paperwork. This was supposed to be a cash deal and even more odd is they required he pay two payments on credit cards and the rest on check. The family did not discover this until 10/19 and calls are not being returned by the finance department. We all understand that dealers make most of their money in the finance department and service, but this is predatory at best. This will be an evolving review as we work through this issue.UPDATE 10/29/2021. Still no call back, apparently the finance person is no longer with the company and apparently they still dont care they cheated an 83 year old out of 6,136. Still giving the benefit of the doubt, but not looking good for this dealer not caring that someone who works or worked for them essentially extorted 6,136 dollars on top of a COVID priced used car that was a prior lease vehicle. Will wait another week to see if they do the right thing. A call back and apology would go a long way, but that apparently is too much trouble. I will update this review 7 days from now.
Service department:The customer service here is nothing short of amazing. It’s difficult to find a dealership that you can trust, or try to not up sell you. I never feel pressured by this team and I always feel like they do a thorough job. This last time I had the pleasure of working with Austin. I’m IMPRESSED! He was attentive, informative, and honest. This is one of the reasons why I continually come back to get my car serviced. Excellent people all around.
Phillip R. got back to me and I changed my review to 3 stars. They werent able to get all the information I needed but at least they got back to me with something. Treat your employees better AutoNation! Theres way too much turnover. Phillip R. was great and got me the information he could get for me.-----------------------------------They treat you wonderfully when youre going to give them money but if they wont be making money off of you, you can expect terrible service. When you need something like an end of lease contract copy (aka they arent making money), you get forwarded about a dozen times and get told they are short-staffed (despite AutoNation being a multi-million dollar organization). That *never* happened to me when I was at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe with money in my pocket for a lease on a brand new vehicle. Due to this greed and obvious lack of care for their employees, I likely wont be back to *any* AutoNation location.Im leaving this review here until I get the information I need and will update my review reflecting my past positive experiences with AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe.
We have purchased two cars here now, most recently a week ago. Both experiences were top notch. Their service department is also top notch from our experiences over the years. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The waiting area is nice and there are workstations available if you need to work while you wait.
Recently took my Forester into AutoNation Subaru on Arapahoe and hada perfectly smooth experience. In the past I have found service therefrustrating but this time it was easy and quick. I was greeted right away, the representative took notes on the several things that needed to be done. I asked him to please replace the batteries in my key fob fully expecting him to point me to someone else but he walked me over and waited while theperson in Parts took care of it. The car was ready when he said it would be and everything had been taken care of. They were completely great!
Great experience with a wonderful sales rep, manager and finance rep. Ross in sales, Mike the Manager and Alejandra in finance were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Because of the way the world is now, there was almost no inventory, but I was lucky to find the car I was looking for. The entire process took less than three hours and we were a walk-in without an appointment! Im very happy with this buying experience and highly recommend AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe!
I worked with the salesman David Elia and he was very helpful. He was not a high pressure salesman, but he did explain everything in great detail! he made sure all my questions were answered. David followed up with me during the process and afterwords, but not just trying to get my business, he was making sure I truly had no questions and seeing if he could help in anyway! it was definitely a different experience compared to other car dealerships and I would absolutely go back to this location and ask to work with David again!
Great buying experience, but getting warranty service and recall services performed has been nothing but a headache. The first time we dropped our car off for service (8am) we were told it would take the full day. We were fine with that, and waited til 5pm that day and never heard a word from anyone. When we called to find out when our car would be ready, they hadn’t even put our car in queue for service (!!!!). It wasn’t in their system, it just sat in the lot all day. So, we then had to rush to get back to the dealership via Uber ($$$) before they closed. The promised customer service recovery for this botched appointment was the use of a loaner car during our next service appointment so we could be mobile while they took their time working on the car for however long they deemed necessary. Now, I’m here again to drop my car off for the original services and pick up the loaner car that was promised (we confirmed with them twice that we would be getting a loaner before this appointment)- only to find out the loaner was never reserved, and they don’t have any available. So much for their ability to communicate between themselves, much less with the customer! They then told me the work would only take a couple of hours, so I wouldn’t need a loaner car. Presumptuous and unapologetic! It’s great that it won’t take long, however, I feel like there was absolutely no compensation or expression of contrition for our trouble during the first visit. The lack of communication skills and disappointing customer service means I will never return to this location for any warranty services.
So far this place has treated me great. The only issue I am having right now is that I was having problems with my phone connecting to the car. Some of the features work but some features dont. The features that dont work are phone book and messaging. I think that I can live with that. The service department showed me that my phone is not compatible with the car. I will have to keep this in mind when I get a new phone.
My lease was about to expire last month and I was under a lot of stress trying to figure out what the next move would be - but the team at Subaru Arapahoe made the experience a breeze. I ended up financing my car with the help of Terry, who took care of everything and made the process quick and simple. Ive never financed something before, so I was also thankful for Bob, who made sure I sure understood everything I was signing and was super informative. A few weeks later I got a flat tire and called Terry because I was having issues with the jack, and he dropped what he was doing and drove to where my car was and replaced the tire himself. Talk about top-shelf customer service! Also shout out to Nick and Christopher from the service department for helping me select the perfect set of winter tires and hooking it up with the 3-for-1 special. Thank you AutoNation! You guys have a customer for life :)
My original review is not appearing when I am not logged in to my account, so this is a second attempt.I brought my Subaru Impreza in for a regular service and a dead taillight. They were very busy when I dropped my car off and my information apparently hadnt transferred from the online registration Id filled out, but we got it sorted out and everyone was polite and helpful. I was updated about additional things they found that needed addressing in a timely manner, the service was completed the same day, and when I picked up my car everyone was once again polite and helpful. I had a perfectly pleasant experience and would have given them a great rating.However. When I got home I checked the itemized receipt they gave me and immediately noticed two things.First, I noticed that they had input an email under my contact info that was not mine: tamponspads (at) gmail dot com. I can guess at how and why this happened, and it is absolutely inexcusable.Second, I noticed a note on the Multi-Point Inspection sheet that my front right tire had a tumor, and that they recommend to replace it. At no point in my communication with the service representative was this shared with me. Im angry about the email, but this was downright dangerous to have not explicitly warned me about before I drove home.I have lost all trust in this service center. If this is how they treat women who come in to their service center I cant say that I fully trust the work they recommended I have done, or if I would trust them again in the future with my car.
Bought my car from here and have it serviced here. Can sometimes take a while when youre looking for service, so plan a ride home or to hang there or nearby for a while. They do good work, so I suppose it makes sense that theyd be busy. That said, the people are great. Ive been helped by Austin more than once, and he always goes out of his way to make sure Im all set and shares extra tidbits on how to take care of my car.
Jesse and Bob were professional, helpful, and accommodating to my time crunch. It was a great experience and I now am an owner of a brand new car for the first time in my life. Kudos for really great customer service. I even received a follow up email from another employee just checking in on my experience. Highly recommend!
I was only searching the web for a good car. Auto Nation Subaru show room caught my eye on the Chevy Traverse. I set up a drive test for the next day. I never thought I would be buying the SUV. The service was awesome and very helpful. They searched for the best deals and got me one. With my credit score I got a 7 apr, never been on this range. Fantastic price. Recommend this place. Eddie,Bob thank you, Auto Nation Subaru thank you great staff and service.
Great Dealership to work with. They were very professional and friendly to work with. Made purchasing a vehicle quick and easy. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pleasant experience, Also fair with my trade in. Ask for Terry G, he is the best!
Austin is the best, always super helpful and accommodating, will be back, received superb service! Waleed also extremely helpful and professional 👍
When I purchased vehicle, I was concerned of time it would take to get service and if it would work out having to travel 200 miles. I was pleased they were able to work me in on schedule when I had to travel there on certain day.The service was great and timely and personnel very friendly.
I had an unusual experience because my car was stolen in Denver while I was visiting. I decided to buy my car in Denver while I stayed in another state. Michael was very helpful in explaining the process and helping select a car. Because of the pandemic there has been a shortage so I had to wait for the car I wanted. After my initial intro with Michael, I was transferred to Todd for further sales support. Todd was very helpful and even picked me up at the airport to bring me to the dealership. He was flexible about timing and thoroughly showed me the features of my car. He prepared all my paperwork before my arrival to help expedite the process.I had a great overall experience at AutoNation.
My first time getting serviced here and just moved from Georgia. The location was clean and I was helped out immediately! Everyone was friendly and when I called to make the appointment they were super helpful in getting my car serviced as quick as possible. No long waiting and proficient service.
I cant say enough great things about AutoNation Subaru on Arapahoe. In particular, I cant say enough good about my sales rep, David Elia. As a former car sales rep for a luxury car brand, I have very high expectations & standards with vehicle purchases. David has exceeded them by far. David was by no means pushy, he was patient with my many questions and always committed to his promises. I was very impressed with how I was treated and respected as a customer.I would be remiss to not mention how great my experience was working with Tawseef in finance as well. Hes a straight shooter and is not in the business of wasting anyones time. Im not one to buy extra back-end products (tire & wheel protection, maintenance packages, windshield protection, etc.), but he made an exceptional offer I couldnt refuse. I loved this. Quick and seamless process. If youre in the Denver area and in the market for a new or used Subaru, I truly believe you would be making a mistake by not first visiting this dealer. Furthermore, youre making an even bigger mistake by not working with David. Save yourself the trouble, time and headache in your search; you will not regret it.
Great speedy service. Ian was very informative about my service and possibly replacing my tires.
The sales person Daniel did a great job in helping me find the vehicle I wanted. His approach and demeanor was was not typical of what you would hear about car sales people. He was not high pressure, in fact the opposite. He made the experience as stress free as I have ever experienced. The staff I had interactions with were freindly and accommodating.
The service rep called me up with recommended service for my outback. he asked if I wanted a tire rotation and I said no. I went in to pick up my car and quickly paid the bill. When I got home I noticed that they had charged me for a tire rotation. Isnt it always the case that when an error of this sort is made, the consumer - not the corporation - is the one that is screwed. I called Subaru and asked why they charged me for work that I didnt want and they didnt do. They said they will reimburse me. Watch out for these guys! Better yet, go to a different dealer for service on your Subaru.
Would highly recommend this place for first time buyers! Valerie went above and beyond to deliver a memorable experience. She is knowledgable about the cars she is selling as well as kind and considerate. Matt, the GM, even took time out of his busy day to come over and chat with us and make us feel more like friends than customers. Bob, the finance guy, actually made paperwork and finances fun. I definitely give high praises to this place for making car buying a smooth, easy process and will definitely use them in the future!
Great experience! Waleed was kind and helpful and my car was ready in just a few hours.
Truly excellent customer service. Their parts guy, Not, is awesome. He keeps you up to date and really knows what he’s doing. 10/10 will return for the kickass service.
This is, without a doubt, the most frustrating automobile service department I have ever dealt with. If you ever have any issue with your service, no matter how small and potentially easy to fix, and you hear a phone representative tell you, I will have your service rep (or a manager) call you as soon as possible, what they really mean is, Im going to say whatever I have to so that youll hang up and I dont have to deal with you anymore.I brought my vehicle in back in February 2021 for a very expensive 30K-mile service, during which I requested a minor problem with the fuse box cover be fixed. I was told that they didnt have the clips for it and that they would order them and let me know when they were available. No notice ever came. When I brought the vehicle in for its next service in July, I again asked for the same problem to be fixed. This time, they gave me a new cover and charged me for it, even though I already had that part and had even shown it to them (and the cover was not the problem anyway). When it fell off on the way home, I called to ask why this was such a difficult thing to fix. I was told that my service rep, Stephanie, was busy and would call me back within the hour. Five hours later, I called again, only to find out that she had left for the day and was told that she would call me back the next day. That didnt happen either. Things come up and people get delayed, I understand, so I gave her two days to call back. Nothing. I called again and was told a manager would contact me. Maybe Im jumping the gun, but its been over two months and Im starting to think that neither call is coming. This is a very minor fix on an otherwise excellent vehicle, but it begs the question that if they cant fix the simple things, how do I know if they can handle the more important things, like the recall repairs theyve supposedly done? What stands out the most is the extremely poor service. I can understand and live with not having parts on hand, and while Im frustrated at the incompetency surrounding the multiple attempts to fix this minor problem, I could forgive that if it were ever completed. Its being completely ignored that irritates me to no end. My apartment complex is literally adjacent to the AutoNation Subaru facility, but I will be going elsewhere for future service and when it comes time to get my next Subaru in February 2022.
We have been Subaru customers since 2019 and in that time have dealt with Subaru service departments in Scottsdale, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; and now here at Autonation Subaru Arapahoe. The service here at the arapahoe Autonation is night and day above the other experiences. The minute you pull in to the service garage a service advisor meets you. They already have your info and have you walk them through the issue. Most recently, and why I’m writing this review: we needed a new tire for what was a mysterious leak in my front tire. Our ascent is new as of February so it always stinks to have issues so soon but hey. That’s CO interstate driving for you ha!Taylor was our service advisor and he got things done!! We had been waiting 2 hours when I asked for an ETA. Taylor was super honest that he really didn’t know how long this last step would take. I bugged him again about 10 minutes later and he told me he’d see what we could do. Walked off and came with with news we’d be done in less than 10.Every business is short handed right now. Every person who works is working hard and likely more than they would want. My request to “get things moving” was not timely but Taylor was professional, decisive, and extremely helpful!!I also have to recognize Denny who assisted me on my last visit and was above and beyond! Truly. Both guys are super and not only have technical knowledge but that edge with their customer service. Awesome!!! Thank you both!
Chris Turner is by far the best service person at this location. My experience at this location was made right with his attentive and authentic service approach. I cant thank him enough for his hard work and efforts in navigating various ups and downs in getting my car back in tip top shape.
We went in on a Saturday to look at new cars and had planned to visit other dealers, as well. We arrived right when it opened and were helped right away. Jeff, our salesman, easily helped us to fall in love with the 2021 Subaru Ascent and we ended up buying one that day. Even though purchasing a car can be a long, tiring process, we had a positive experience the entire time we were there! Our finance officer was great, very caring and helpful, as well! After we purchased the car, we also ordered seat covers for our Subaru to protect it from our dog. The service parts team was very helpful and gave me regular updates to let me know when those would arrive!Overall, wonderful experience!
Wonderful staff and excellent customer service! We were taken care of and given priority when our car needed attention. Will recommend to anyone needing service or would like to purchase a car.
Taylor Cox in service is awesome! Great communication and happy to help fix my car which was done fast and perfectly. He even followed up to make sure I was happy with the job as well. That’s wonderful customer service. I’ll go back to him every time.
Ean Barberi was very helpful explaining the various service’s my car needed
Brought in my car for a recall service. The service rep was very polite and useful, answered questions and noted my request. Service was timely as promised.
The service areas and showroom were clean and comfortable. The recommended maintenance was completed without issue. My only problem is I could not schedule additional maintenance online. I asked for a callback from service and never received one. I have generally liked the service and prefer OEM parts.
I took my car for a 105K service on my 2011 Outback. It cost over $2K, but I decided that it would be worth it to keep the car going strong. 3 months later the dashboard lights start flashing on my way to work. Long story short, I take it back in and find out there is a problem with the transmission and a solenoid in a valve body in the transmission needs to be replaced. The technician says it is because the transmission fluid was dirty and hadnt been changed in a long time. I went and looked at my receipt from 3 months earlier and the transmission fluid was checked and marked down as good, not fair or bad, but good. The only explanation I can think of is the technician just marked it down as good and didnt check because it is highly unlikely it went from good to causing damage to the transmission in 3 months.I am giving 3 stars for the sake of the second visit. The second visit everything was explained clearly and completed in a timely manner and I havent had a problem. It has been about two weeks since the second visit.
The entire staff at AutoNation is incredible! They go out of their way to take excellent care of their customers. Who is the best representative ever? Mike O! Thanks Mike! We will not buy a car anywhere else!
Philip got me upgraded from a 2019 Subaru Impreza to a 2022 Subaru Outback and I could not be any happier! I had the best experience with both Philip and Alejandra. 10/10 would recommend working with them for your next Subaru. BIG thank you (:
Superior service department. I arrived early and they took me right in and completed my service in less time quoted. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.
Scheduled a 7:30 AM appointment for oil change and tire rotation. After waiting about an hour and a half a representative came out and told me that there was in alignment issue and asked if I wanted to take care of it as well. I agreed. The total time for oil change and tire rotation as well as alignment ended up being over 2 1/2 hours. After driving my car for about a day and then realize that the car is pulling to the right and steering wheel is not centered anymore. Additionally they did not replace the oil change stickerIdentifying At what mileage the next appointment needs to be at. I understand that this is not a quick service but after paying $125 and waiting 2 1/2 hours I would expect the service to be correct. Finally after calling him and wanting to schedule another appointment to get the issues fixed I was told that The appointment would be at least two hours working 8 to 5 this is hard to accommodate. I will need to find a new place to get my car serviced in the future.
Normally, when Not is working, things go great! This time around, I went on a Saturday, as cars are no longer courtesy. They cost 50 dollars. So, Saturday it was. I went, with an appointment at 11:15, for an oil change only. I expected to wait somewhat longer than usual, but after 4 hours, everyone else had come and gone but me. When I asked, my car was just being worked on. Why did I bother with an appointment? 4 and a half hours later, and half my day spent there, and it was finally done. Needless to say, I very much missed Not that day!
My experience at this dealership was completely terrible! When I went to buy the car, in cash, the whole ordeal took about 7 hours and I still left without the car. They delivered it about a week later. The check engine light came on 10 days after I got the car. My mechanic fixed they issues costing my another $1000 after I had already paid $9800 of the car. I was just going to let it all go until today when I went to the DMV since my 60 day tag had expired, just to find out they have not registered the title with the DMV. So I paid for a 30 day tag and have tried to contact automation they sent me to a couple of different voice mails. I guess they to care after they get your money. Find a different dealership, these people are completely incompetent!
My issue was diagnosed and fixed in record time. Austin was responsive and kept me informed. I really appreciated his help.
Taylor was great to work with. I was able to get my car in for a service quickly. He notified me during the day about the condition of my car and the work that was needed. When discussing pricing, he was able to negotiate better pricing and match or beat another service provider. The work was completed timely. Thanks Taylor and Subaru service team!
Terry was a great salesman. Very personable and knowledgeable. Sales and financing went very smoothly
Ryan was super cool. Matt was super cool. Process was pretty legit. My used little Honda CR-V hasnt blown up or broken down yet, so Im pretty psyched. Id buy a new Subaru from these guys in a minute, wish I could. They should have given me money off the sticker price or a short-term warranty -- bottom line because the window sticker said they would, but they didnt... bailed and called it an admin mistake. But theres no room to argue these days with these so called Chinese chips and everyone out to pick up a used car. Otherwise, two pretty darn decent guys.
I had an amazing experience at Autonation Subaru on Arapahoe Road. I took my Subaru in for some maintenance and I dealt with Chris Turner. He was absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. It was a very good experience and Chris is awesome to work with. The vehicle was done when they said it would be done and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. Work with ChisTurner as he will make sure the job is done and done right. Thanks Chris
Do not take your car here. I had an issue with my Forester where it would start shaking (intense, not subtle at all) any time I drove over 65 and would turn my wheel slightly to the left (like going around a curve or switching lanes). I brought it in telling them I was leaving for a road trip through the mountains in the morning and wanted to make sure it was safe to drive. I told them exactly what was happening and how to get it to start shaking. Several hours after they told me they would have it done they finally called me saying they didnt feel any shake, everything was completely fine, and I probably just needed a tire rotation. I was upset that they said there was no shake because it was definitely there and obvious but I didnt have time to deal with it at that point since they had taken so long. They promised me my car was safe to drive so I went on my road trip and made it home (thank god) but when I brought it in for an oil change at Brakes Plus a few days after, I asked them to do a tire rotation and to look over everything. Not long after I dropped it off they called me and asked me to come take a look at something. One of my ball joints had a huge crack in it and was on the brink of busting completely. The worst case scenario if that were to happen was that my wheel could completely come off while driving. Obviously the Subaru mechanics didnt even actually look at my car at all or they would have noticed it (the Brakes Plus mechanic showed it to me and even I, who knows nothing about cars, could notice it). Me and everyone in my car could have died if the ball joint broke while we were driving on mountain roads for 14 hours and it would have been on them. I will never take my car back here nor will I buy another vehicle from this dealership. Also, they told me I needed new tires (I just got new tires two summers ago) both brakes plus and a tire shop that I took it to said my tires were perfectly fine and were no where near needing replaced.
My overall experience has been pretty well but one thing that grinds my gears is that I bought a brand new 2019 Subaru Outback and it has only been two years but at my last service appointment they told me my tires were getting dangerous measuring at a 3 and needed replaced ASAP. The fact that I bought a brand new car off the lot and two years later they say I need new tires seems like garbage to me. All my tires on previous cars have lasted me five years. I guess they put cheap tires on their brand new cars. Disappointing to say the least.Besides that though I feel like I have received good service and look my Outback.
I will never take my car back to this place. The car went in for some recall work that took a total of 1.8 hours and they kept the car for 10 hours. I was driving home and I went to put the radio on but the screen and buttons were all dark. Funny no one noticed. No radio, maps etc. I drove the car on Saturday and when I got into the car on Sunday, the car was dead. Nothing would turn on apparently because someone was running in the engine all night. I presume this was the ignition coil that they were supposed to fix. They also fiddled with my infortainment system as all the icons on my screen are in different places and some are new. Never again.
Working with Lucas was a breeze from inquiry to sale. He walked me through the entire process from viewing, to test driving, financing, warranties, CarFax, detailing, and more. Dylan in financing was great as well. Recommend 5/5.
Appalled at the lack of customer service and refusing to call me back after I reached out to Auto Nation Subaru multiple times to inform them of my experience. I had an appointment for a Subaru recall and asked them to check leakage around the transmission area of my car. When we went to pick the vehicle up the service advisor informed us that the repair on the transmission leakage would be $2,313.75. He informed us he had checked all warranties related to our vehicle and it wasn’t covered under anything and the fact that we hadn’t signed up for the extended warranty, the full price of the repair would be our responsibility. After doing a quick Google search I discovered that Subaru had extended the warranty on our vehicle from 5 years/60,000 miles to 10 years/100,000 miles for the transmission (my vehicle had 65,749 miles on it) and the work needing to be done was in fact covered under warranty. With this information, I made an appointment with Heuberger Subaru in Colorado Springs, where we purchased the car, and confirmed with them on the phone that if the vehicle was in fact leaking from the transmission that the repair would be covered under warranty. I was extremely disappointed in Auto Nation, had I taken their advice we would have been out $2313.75 for a job that was completely covered by warranty!!! I am only reporting this due to the fact that I have made numerous phone calls to Auto Nation asking to speak with a service manager to inform them of our experience and have yet to hear back from anyone. I have left several voice messages over the course of 3 days. I did miss 1 call from them and called them right back only to be sent to voicemail again. One phone call resulted in me being transferred to a manager and being on hold for 35 minutes until the call was dropped. I simply wanted to inform them of my experience with their service department out of concern this may have happened to other people who are getting charged for work they shouldn’t be. I wanted to inform upper management of what transpired because I believe it’s imperative to conducting an ethical business. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the lack of customer service I’ve received from Auto Nation.
You would think if you make an appointment for something simple like an oil change you could get it done within 90 minutes. Not here, with an appointment its 3 hours. Glad my time isnt important
Have gotten excellent maintenance and service from this dealership. Stephanie was very pleasant to work with. Be aware this shop is not observing masking or cleaning protocols now, and there are small toys in the childrens play area that cannot be safely disinfected. Also, when booking appointment I requested a shuttle ride, only finding on check in that the shuttle service has been eliminated. If Id known would have planned differently, not spent hours in the waiting room.
Our familys experience at AutoNation Subaru was amazing! The whole team from the sales team to the financial crew was great. They helped us every step of the way and helped us to get exactly what we wanted. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family for any automotive needs. Thank you autonation!!
5 day return policy is great. Sales people were friendly and timely, and the overall purchase experience was fine. However, bought a car with 33K miles on it that had gone through their 150 point inspection only to find two weeks later the rear brake pads were down to metal and chewing up the rotors. Wouldnt any inspection want to be about safety first?
Scheduled my 30,000 mile check up/oil change for next day! Efficient and kept to the timeline (+15 min) that I was told when I dropped my car off. Very nice waiting area too. Everyone was friendly - as it is in most of CO. Yep I’m a transplant.
Great and attentive staff. Shout out to Phil and Bob for helping a bad day get better.
We are from out of state and this by far has been the easiest process we have had to deal with. On top of the fact that they are very polite and helpful with our questions. We had Ross as our salesperson and he is just the kindest person we have meet he went above and beyond for us along with the finance department they were just as helpful and efficient. Hands down a great company Thank you guys
Taylor gave exceptional customer service. I brought my car in several hours before my scheduled appointment and he got it serviced earlier and called when the work was completed. He took the time to explain what was done and what service would be upcoming.
This was my first time shopping for a new car by myself and, Autonation Subaru Arapahoe exceeded my expectations! The process was incredibly smooth. I felt comfortable and left feeling confident about my choice. Terry was extremely informative and helpful making the whole experience a breeze. Highly recommend this place and am so excited to be a part of the Subaru family!
These people are absolutely incredible. Customer service is excellent. Bobby Clamage helped me find the perfect car for me! He was super helpful and went above and beyond. I am very satisfied with the service I received.
Subaru auto nation can be excellent. I brought my crosstrek in for a few recalls. While I was there I asked if they could do an oil change and 60k check up. While they did check it out, they missed the opportunity to call me to get the money for the oil change and 60k things. They forgot that I had asked to please call me so I can give them the go ahead to do it so I wouldn’t have to make a separate appointment later in the week. While they where very quick and completed my car before 4 pm (which was requested and delivered) I wish the second request would have happened so I could have provided more business to them.
Purchased my first Subaru with Todd in Sales. He was professional and very knowledgeable on all the Subaru vehicles/technology. He was very patient with all of my moms questions. They worked to get me the best numbers possible. The Finance manager Alejandra was so kind and pleasant. Definitely recommend asking for Todd if you want help with all the tech stuff involved in all these newer vehicles .
I took my car in for a safety recall and was treated wonderfully by the staff. There were some mishaps along the way, but they handled everything in a timely and professional manner while ensuring I was comfortable and taken care of. Stephanie was very honest and transparent with her communication, and made the whole situation much more bearable. 5/5 would recommend.
My car was serviced in a timely manner. The representative went over the services needed very thoroughly and gave me a chance to give input on what I would authorize. The representative kept me informed as to progress, gave me ideas for where to grab lunch and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. Thanks!
Extremely friendly, explained what was going to take place. Russel Denny did a great job. I wish you were closer or offered a loaner car when the car needs to be left all day. Thank you
Outstanding customer service. I came in to get some keys reprogrammed and also purchased new front wipers. When I got home and tested the wipers out, wiper fluid was pouring down my wheel well instead of spraying on the front windshield. Big shout outs and thanks to the representative, Not, for telling me to drive back to get it looked at again and to the mechanic, Shawn, who totally found the problem and took extra time to completely fix it. Their priority was to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. Even though there is a closer Subaru dealership within a mile of my home, in the future, I would definitely choose to drive the extra 8 miles to get work done on my car at this location, as they truly care about their customers.
Beware of this dealership! We took our Subaru Forester in for a recall. Once there we asked them to check the transmission for leaks. The recall was completed and when we went to pick the car up they informed us that there was a transmission leak and that it would be $2,313.75 to fix it. The service advisor said that he had checked for any warranty coverage and that we had none. Once home I checked online for details of the repair and discovered that Subaru had extended the warranty for the transmission from 5yrs / 60k miles to 10yrs / 100k miles our Subaru had 65749 miles at the time. We took our Subaru to the dealership where we bought it and the transmission leaks were repaired UNDER WARRANTY at no cost to us. I’m only writing this review after numerous attempts to contact Management (to inform them) have failed.
Went into the service center for a standard oil change. Although I normally do not have a positive experience at this dealership, this time was different. I made an appointment ahead of time and they were ready for me. Ean provided excellent service, answering all my questions. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Two hours later I was on the road. No issues, just a normal, easy oil change. Hooray!
Every time I go in for a service appointment, it’s quick, easy, and doesn’t kill my wallet. This past week I went in for an oil change and air filter replacement, and Christopher was fantastic from beginning to end. I was in and out in just an hour, and he even replaced my wipers for me at no extra cost. Just a great experience from him and from Autonation Subaru in general. I’ll be comingback for my next appointment, and I know I’ll get fantastic service!
I took my wifes 2020 Subaru Ascent into this dealer yesterday for an oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint courtesy check. I had a 9:15 AM appt. scheduled. I am pleased to report that the dealer was very pleasant from the first Hello, on time, very professional, and had my vehicle ready to go in one hour 15 minutes as promised. Not that I minded waiting since the waiting area was so pleasant. They even provided a complimentary antibacterial wipe-down of the interior. I was very pleased and will certainly use them again.Bill W.
My recent purchase with AutoNation-Subaru was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Working with Lucas was awesome! He is attentive, responsive and helpful and the dealership honored their commitment to repair the concerns I had after my mechanic viewed by purchase within the 5 day/250 mile return policy. Everyone went above and beyond in customer care and Im extremely impressed. I will be going back and I WILL ask for Lucas again!!!
This is truly the BEST dealership! I drove up here from Colorado Springs because every single person at this location treats you like royalty. Today, I had two recall issues, oil change, and tire rotation done. I also purchased my Crosstrek as the lease was completed. All of that was accomplished and I was in and out in less than half the time they suggested! I brought along a novel to read while waiting, but I never opened it because I was given so much personal attention, the time just flew by! GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!!
I have been going to AutoNation Subaru for my 2018 Forester general maintenance [Oil change and Tire Rotation]. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. Overall it has been ok and these services have been completed as expected. Customer service truly depends on the individual and training with any industry. Yes mistakes happen. AutoNation is no exception. One time the service tech entered in my mileage incorrectly for the oil change. The mileage was way high and this showed up on the CarFax report. This could result in the vehicle being flagged for odometer manipulation. They werent much help with resolving this concern and I ended up having to submit a dispute with CarFax to correct their error. Not a hugh issue but frustrating as it took time to resolve the discrepancy. Lesson learned. Carefully review the service paperwork before leaving and have them correct any discrepancies immediately. And for fun here is my Subaru.
Always great service. I never have an issue when I get my vehicle serviced here. Fast and efficient!
Ive been a an AutoNation customer since moving to Castle Rock. I have been pleased not only with the service, but also the communication and customer service there. Every experience was great. Ive got nothing but good things to say about the people and service. Most recently (Oct 2021)....Waleed took great care of me. When the mechanic told him that a bolt was seized and the repair would take longer than expected, he got me a loaner car immediately.
This is the second Subaru Ive purchased from Auto Nation and the first time Ive ever purchased a car completely online. Daniel Ballez was incredible throughout the entire process: prompt with phone/email responses, knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure. He quickly found the car I was looking for at a price I could afford and 10 days later Im the happy owner of a brand new 2022 Outback (my fourth!) Lets just say that I doubt Ill be making the 4 hour drive to Denver again to waste a day at a car dealership buying a car. Great experience! Thanks Daniel!
Coming from a Subaru ambassador.... Find any other subaru dealership. This one is unreliable, never has time for anyone and Im not sure their employees ever are on the same page or know whats going on. Mike Shaw in Thornton is far superior to whatever this place thinks they are.
We called Bobby in advance to let him know what vehicle we were interested in. He had the car pulled and ready to go by the time we got there. Absolutely the best experience with the team at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. Typically you can expect to be car shopping for an entire afternoon, but we were in and out in 2 hours, with our new car!
Things went smoothly, only problem is on my inspection sheet i was given, drive axle was marked as needs immediate attentionIm partly to blame as I over looked this inspection sheet and just drove off as one of the employees said i was all good to go. That being said im unsure of what exactly the problem is and im unsure if the car needs immediate service or not.
AutoNation always reminds you when you need to have an oil change or needs to be serviced theyre excellent company, I love my Subaru outback, thanks for your prompt maintenance on the vehicle.
I struggle each time with the decision to go to this dealership for Subaru service. It is the closest to my home, dropping off is great, they have a great waiting area, clean, pleasant….and then it comes time to get the car back. Always a problem. This last time, they had an issue with the mechanic for 2 days, kept my car for 2 days, comp’d me the fix on one issue to make up for it, but it is always an issue getting the car back. I will try the one off Broadway next time. They are incredibly busy but even friends who have been here regret it.
This my 2nd visit to have repairs done on my car. The 1st appointment they completely dropped the ball & never performed the requested repair, only estimated and left me wondering & waiting for over 30 minutes. I will pick up my car tomorrow soI am hoping for the best. Taylor was helpful & efficient this morning.
They tried to get me to buy new brakes and tires. I declined and took to get a second opinion and they said I didnt need new brakes or tires for probably 6 months.
I had an awesome, seamless experience purchasing my 2022 Subaru Outback from them. Would absolutely recommend them to others who are in the market. And I love my new outback too :)!
Today March 29th marks the day....I will NEVER use Subaru service center EVER again. My vehicle was due for 30,000 mile maintenance. Many things on the list my mechanically sound boyfriend did and crossed OFF the list. I bring in the list I got 3 months ago and the list they printed off for me today was Hell of a lot more expensive and apparently they cant cross items OFF a list. I highly recommend not going to a Subaru service center because I have proof of the price gouging pictured below.
Fine customer service, Sergio did a good job when the car I purchased needed work. Buying used needs extra diligence to find problems. Any dealership is going to do the minimum, which I understand being a business. However, do not trade with them. I immediately extremely regretted trading my old car. Got an absolutely awful trade in value, definitely my mistake for taking it but let the buyer beware.
This dealer has a great facility. The people at the service center are more pleasant to talk versus in sales. The sales staff lacks customer service and surely doesn’t respect time.
Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership and this is every time Ive worked with them. Go anywhere else. Phil was great at first and helpful and communicative however when it came down to it promises were made and not upheld and he pushed me to other team members so he didnt have to work with me when I called him out on his lies. This was a similar experience when I used them years ago and vowed to never go back and I had no choice this time. I can now say I gave them a 2nd chance and the blew it. I will never go back
I initially gave a one-star review due to the experience detailed below, however they really made an effort to correct their mistake so Im revising. Chris did a great job understanding my frustrations and once we got the car in the final repair was finished quickly. Its unfortunate it came to this, but in the end they do listen to feedback and take it seriously. The work on the car was fine but they have some real internal communication problems. Brought my 2012 outback in for 200k service, also the left mirror casing was broken and needed repair. Parts needed to be ordered, so we decided to just leave the car there until everything was complete. Over the weekend a different person took the paperwork off the attendant I was working withs desk and even though he didnt know anything about my case called me to pick it up. The attendant who checked me out blew through the paperwork for the myriad of things that were done so quickly that I didnt realize the mirror wasnt done until Id paid and they brought the car around. When I asked about it nobody there had a clue what I was talking about. I didnt have a ride home at this point so I had to take the car - no offer of a loaner or a complimentary uber to get home so they could fix their mistake. The guy I was working with called me once after to apologize, but after I returned his call to say I still wanted the mirror fixed he didnt respond. I havent had time to follow up on it since so the mirror sits still needing repairs, of which Ive already partially paid. I accept partial responsibility for not calling and asking about the mirror before going to pick it up.
I arrived at my appointment time, was greeted promptly, and quickly connected with a service representative - Taylor Cox. Taylor did a great job of listening to what I needed done and answered several questions and concerns I raised. He explained the costs very clearly, and offered additional services which I declined for the time being. My car was serviced professionally and promptly, and I would definitely recommend AutoNation Subaru and Taylor for any service needs.
Great new car buying experience with AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. Zaheer provided expert, no-pressure sales consultation and accurate information about when my car would arrive. He was a pleasure to do business with. Tawseef kept everything flowing well through the financing and final paperwork steps and was great to work with. All in all, a positive and smooth process given the inventory challenges faced by the industry right now.
Very easy to buy a car. Sergio was very accomodating and went out of his way to make our group comfortable. He also came and picked us up from Enterprise which was great.Scott, the finance guy, made financing fun. How often can you say that?We drove from Colorado Springs and will drive up again to buy the next car.
Jessica was an amazing service provider! She communicated quickly and got my car in and out! I am looking forward to working with her again in the future.
I am always hesitant to bring my car into dealerships. I do most of my repairs myself and kept pushing off my airbag recall due to a bad experience at another Subaru dealership up north. I requested an appointment, requested to not have an inspection done, just the airbag. The service provider was friendly and kept communication throughout the day with updates on when the airbag would be done. It was maybe 5-6 hours, which I did not mind. Easy drop off and pick up. I felt like my car was treated the way I would treat it even though its not that fancy or new and they were not making money off of me.
Routine service done on my vehicle. They were very thorough and gave appropriate recommendations without trying to oversell me on anything.
