Purchased a 2008 Honda Civic from Cary Auto Sales. They give you the CarFax printout free, which is a great help. The car is in great condition, but the cruise control wasnt working. They got that fixed before we bought it. After we bought the car we noticed some other issues and the guys took the car back and got them fixed up for us, even though they werent even technically in the service agreement. Great service all the way around!

If there were an option for negative stars I would have chosen it. Two weeks ago I co signed for my daughter to get her first car on her own. Initially she was excited about her 2013 Subaru Outback and felt like the salesman Luis was very kind and trustworthy. One week after having this vehicle she was driving and it began to make a whining noise. It has been inspected by a mechanic suggested by the warranty company (thankfully we purchased an extended warranty) and have discovered that this car has been spewing coolant, oil, has split hoses, likely a blown head gasket, and will probably need a transmission as well. There was STOP LEAK in the radiator and the fluids were all flushed before the sale so that this would go undetected long enough to sell it. We have photos and documentation from the mechanic who charged nothing for this service stating that there is NO WAY this was not known. We will continue to update these reviews as we go through this process but Sam so far is not interested in refunding the money because he says we bought the car AS IS. This is accurate, however it is illegal to alter a vehicle to sell it and we have contacted an attorney. We will also be filing a complaint on these same grounds with the DMV on Monday. I encourage everyone who has similar experiences which Ive seen in the reviews to do the same. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business

Honestly, I am speechless. My experience with Cary Auto sales was absolutely THE BEST ever. I had done my homework on the cars we were looking at and was ready to negotiate. But, Luis first offer was lower than what I had as fair value. A week later we ended up buying another car from them and had the exact same experience with Amjad. They were patient, friendly, helpful and generous. IMHO, Cary Auto Sales is the only place you should buy cars from.

I’m here to add on a second part to my review.. as you guys could see from my first review I had a really great experience w/Cary auto sales.. but not even 3 weeks into me own the vehicle I’m having problems w/my coolant levels in my car which mean I was sold a car w/a bad radiator and I was told that it’s nothing that they can do for me seeing that I’ve already purchase the car and it was also little things I have also notice about the car.. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

When contacted, they were outright disrespectful to both my wife and daughter.PLEASE, look at the negative reviews before you shop here. Its always the same story; breaks down immediately and the dealer blames the customer! Excellent Customer Service with the guys here. Only disappointment is the finance rate on a car for $9,995 to end up being $18,000 due to an 18% apr, through lendmark finance services, it is ridiculous, I should have drove away in a 2019 or 2020 vehicle instead of 2015 for that much! So I gave only 4 stars because of all the finance charge/percent. Other than that very nice, polite and welcoming atmosphere at Cary Auto Sales.

I am leaving this review after a year from when I bought a car from here. They do have good cars and all but. Its not what it seems. The car I bought has lot of issues. I do not think they have their car inspected properly. Within a month I bought my car I found that both front wheel axle where in really bad shape. Car AC compressor was not working. These are the two big ones. And there were some small ones. It did come with 30 day warranty but it barely covered anything. They do talk to you nicely to hide bad stuff and before you know you bought the car. I do not recommend this dealer. Or before purchase at least have you car checked by mechanic on you own (Not sure though if they will let you do that!).

I’ve had my car for six months now and I’m really happy with the purchase. I work on my own cars and I checked the 2014 Subaru Impreza out before I bought it and it was solid, and still is. I have an OBD code scanner so I can look in the car‘s computer and I have found no signs of trouble. The car runs well, and I took my family on a road trip to the beach right after we bought it. I’ve done one oil change and have had no issues with the car. Sam and Luis gave me a good deal on my trade ins and a fair price on my car. I will be buying my next car from them!

Please check your car thoroughly before purchasing. Make sure you have spare tires, the spare tire kit and the correct battery for the car. They are nice at sales but the product isnt the best.Edit: I did not get a spare tire with my car and the tire pressure light has been on ever since the day after I got it. I also discovered that my car battery was not correct and smaller than it should be and rattles when I drive. Cary Auto Sales has been calling me to take my review down.FYI: I was a first time car buyer and had no idea that I should check for basic car accessories, like a spare tire. I was not informed that it wont come with the car.

Beware of this dealer. The owners name is Sam. He initially comes off as an honest guy, but hes really a wolf in sheep clothing and a liar. My husband purchased a Nissan Altima on Nov 7th for me . He let me test drive the car so He was unaware of the acceleration issue. He noticed it on the way home. He called them back a few days later due to his busy schedule. They told him that the car is sold as is and that it passed inspection. He even offered to take a loss of money for the mileage that He put on it on the ride home. He also asked if He can get back the vehicle I traded in. Sam said that he no longer had my trade-in. Funny that its for sale now. Its a 2010 VW Cc. Dont buy that car it has problems and potentially a bad turbo. The check engine light comes and goes. The code says turbo under boost. Im not making this up. You can actually see the check engine light in one of the photos. Dont say I didnt warn you about this dealer. Dont spend your hard earned money with these snakes.

They sold my sister a car 7/1. The car started misfiring and flashing a check engine light hours after buying. BEWARE: Cary auto sales pressure wash and shine up under the hood really good to get rid of any residue that you would see from leaks or overheating. Then they turn off the check engine light and sell the car. She called the same day and they refused to do anything unless she signed a waiver with sketchy terms. She took the car to the Ford dealership, where she had to pay for full diagnostics, and was told the car had bad coils and spark plugs and needed a tune up and a camshaft sensor. Cary auto sales refused to do anything to resolve this issue. I would not recommend them to anyone. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY SOME OF THE GOOD REVIEWS LIKE SHE WAS!!

Please don’t do business there. The owner is terrible. I purchased a 13 Ford Escape 7/1/20 and the check engine light came on the same day. He told me to come back tomorrow. I did and he tried to force me to sign a document so they would look at. I didn’t sign. He rode in the vehicle with me and witnessed the misfire. I took the car to the dealership code for cam shaft censor and coils. Next day which is day 3, transmission has gone out. I’m out of $8,300. He won’t do anything about. Say it’s my car I bought it.

This was the first real used car dealership Id been to that wasnt a big name brand. The prices are cheap and the pictures look good online, but the reality in person was a bit underwhelming.Alot of the cars I was interested in were parked underneath the trees along the edge of their property, and every single one was dirty and/or had spiders and pine needles. Some looked and felt like they hadnt been opened in weeks or months. Im fairly sure their concept of detailing involves maybe taking any trash out of the car and thats about it.Just after telling me that their cars are all inspected by sending them to a dealer for an inspection and that they dont sell any that dont pass, I couldnt get the transmission to work in the car I test drove first. As in, the car wouldnt go from park to drive, no matter how many times I tried. I assure you, I was doing it right. Then it comes out that this car has a recall for the transmission on it, but that they will take care of it if I decide to buy it. Why not take care of it before even selling it?Honestly, these cars looked way worse than some rentals Ive seen, on both the inside and outside. My advice is to look elsewhere or be really careful when you test out the car. An inspection at an independent local auto repair place is a must!
