Have owned 2 jaguars, and 1 range rover. Just purchased an F-pace from this dealership. Amazing machine. I have owned other great cars too, but as far as value and quality of workmanship, I tend to come back to this vehicle. Now for the dealership, top notch service and staff. Logan has excellent product knowledge and treated me like a million bucks even though Im a dinosaur. Please dont hesitate to buy a car from him and this dealership. Wanted a used car at a good price, well I purchased a Highlander at $600 below retail and got a fair price for my trade. No hassle, no pressure and a full tank of gas. Led by the Sales Manager, Chris Kenny, and followed through by Bryan Nelson, our experience was nothing short of exceptional.Unfortunately, I picked out a color combination of a 2020 Discovery that was not only unavailable locally, there were only six in the country. Chris personally took the initiative to locate and procure one of them in two days. They were fair and quick in their sale negotiations. Very well impressed!!!!!I went in with zero expectations but the way how Logan Stanley helped me to find a F-Pace that I wanted shows how much he is dedicated towards customers. I would say this is one of the worst dealerships I have ever stepped foot in. We were greeted at the door and met by Rick Bagel the car salesman. He came right off the bat saying if you don’t fit the criteria where we can sell your basically waisting my time and I have other cars to sell today. Mind you we are laying over 6 figures for a vehicle and this is supposed to be a pleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone nor Rick as your salesman.

Overall experience was top notch. Dusty and Ted tag teamed the process and worked very well with each other and didnt show any emotions on a split deal vs. full commission deal. If I could, I would give zero stars. They sold me a vehicle with a bad transmission. I used it for a month and that was it. Warranty doesn’t want to cover it because they said the transmissions oil and all that stuff wasn’t being changed or taken care of. Way to go Jaguar Land Rover in Cary, now I’m stuck making payments on a car I can’t even drive. Definitely would not recommend! UPDATE: was told to call manager on a reply but I left a voicemail two weeks ago and haven’t got a call back from them.

Just recently purchased a 2018 velar 380 from Jaguar Land Rover of Cary. The experience thus far has been horrible. I would have never thought such a high class dealership would be so shady. Jeff was a great salesman, but his supporting cast has failed to come through. Everybody from his manager to Peter who is the service department manager has done nothing but lied. I have paid out of pocket over a $1000 for the damages they have done to the car, and only had the car for 3 weeks so far. My first payment is fast approaching and if everything is not fixed in a timely manner, then they can keep the car. At this point I am fed up!!! Im hoping everything will be taken care of in a professional manner because my wife loves the car.

Just bought a 2017 Jaguar XE. Very friendly staff Veronica assisted me very well and was accommodating to my daughter as well. Put together a great deal and we’re extremely communicative throughout the process. Brad in financial handled the paperwork throughly and even got me a better rate through a bank of his than USAA offered me. No games but they are a no haggle pricing. Wasn’t an issue for me as I had looked up the car and the price was already competitive. Cary Jaguar has a VIP program to get vehicle for service and leave a loaner with you. Will provide update as to how the service department experience is with their VIP program once done.

Very friendly staff. I called about a Honda Pilot they had in stock, not realizing it was 15 minutes before they closed on a Saturday evening. Ted told me no worries and was waiting outside with the vehicle pulled up out front with keys in hand when I arrived at 515pm. Quick trip around the block and we were ready to sign the papers.The only issue that arose was an outstanding recall on the vehicle that had to be fixed before we could actually take possession of the car. Ted Nash kept us informed of the situation and personally delivered our car to our house, which is over an hour away. My wife and I went to the dealership to look at a slightly used 2020 Lincoln Navigator L Reserve. Met Tom Higgins who showed us the car. He was extremely nice and helpful, showing us all of the features of the gorgeous car. We found his assistance to be very helpful and decided to purchase the vehicle. Just spoke to a manager at the service department at this location to resolve an issue with a part I bought online. I purchased the part and on the face of it looked new. When I began the installation I noticed the part was actually used. I reached out to request that at least I get the part for a used cost. The manager said that they would send me a new part instead. Which I guess is a reasonable solution if I do not take into account that I have to redo the work I performed and then waste my time to drive to FedEx and send the part back. In my chosen profession I make about $100 bucks an hour which means if I redo the work again and ship the part I am out 150 bucks. I requested at least a hundred bucks off the part but the manager was not having it. He would not even take a look at the pictures. I asked him if he preferred to lose all the customers that will view this review than to make 100 bucks. He said that was fine, he could not accommodate my request. I will say that the three people I spoke to were very cordial and pleasant but I would not recommend any purchase anything from this dealer. I got the part for $388, with tax and shipping it turned out to be $425. I saw the part at other websites for $459 so I saved $25 but I was lied to and taken advantage by someone either Rover Cary or Land Rover not sure who but clearly customers are not their concern. Stay away from this place and pay the extra cost.

From the very first moment we walked into the showroom until we left that evening with our brand new Range Rover Velar we were treated with kindness, respect and care. That might seem nothing to give 5 stars for some would infer this is normal.As a black couple it is not normal treatment for us. Sadly we can and do get questionable looks and asked “why did you come here today?” comments when we have an interest in purchasing furniture, homes and yes cars too. It is our reality and we have become numb to such treatment, looking past those who treat us that way and stay centered on our desired transactions.The Friday we arrived at the showroom we did not necessarily plan to buy a car. We were casually dressed, in other words not looking our best. Yet as we expressed a desire to see and test drive the Velar we were treated as if we were wearing evening dinner clothes and of high fame and fortune.I have shared my experience with my friends. It is my hope others who have backgrounds of my wife and me might read and then to see for themselves the type of treatment we all assume is standard.As for the sales agent and the head manager - they are top-shelf. I cannot recall their names yet when you walk into the showroom the sales ref has her desk on the immediate left. The head manager’s desk is at the end of the showroom. Tell them both I said hello.

I left my fully operational car with this dealership at 7:30am for a simple inspection that should have taken a few hours at the most. The dealership kept my vehicle for more than 24 hours and made no attempt to keep me in the loop as to what was going on. Had a great experience, called at 4pm said i was 2 hours away Pete Nash said no problem he would stay even when they closed at 5. Found the perfect car. Pete and finance guy stayed till 9pm to make the deal complete. Thank you guys will definitely come back..

I’m just amazed at the level of service by Land Rover Cary. They easily accommodate my busy schedule and take care of my vehicle for me from beginning to end, including detailing it before bringing it back. There is just no comparison to other dealers on the customer service and attention to detail anywhere.

I had the best purchasing experience at the Jaguar Land Rover, Cary NC location. My Sales Representative was John W. John gave me the keys to over five vehicles to test drive and I had no pressure. I purchased a 2018 Jaguar XF Premium with low mileage. It has the smoothest ride and I left the dealership very happy!

The finance person who handled the final portion of the transaction was very personable and easy to work with. We love the car and consider this dealership well worth working with in the future.

Alex Haubenreisser was freaking amazing! I have never had a salesperson do so much and answer ALL of my questions so promptly! I was out of state and he sent me additional photos, the service history, and even a video!! I feel bad that we werent able to put a deal together on the F-Type (my fault for procrastinating) but would highly recommend Alex to ANYONE looking for a new / preowned Jaguar!

Do NOT buy a car from here! Do NOT take your car to be serviced here. The service department is driven by sales quotas and does not provide honest work. Jex was my “advisor” who told me $9K in repairs were needed on my car, (to try to force me into a upgrade situation) when I took the car to a different mechanic, the problems Jaguar “identified” were suddenly gone! No $9K leak. Crazy how that happens! Jex is a sales guy driven by a quota, his job is to up sell you in the service department. Their whole philosophy is about upselling and money, not about the customer.I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, where they provide good honest trustworthy work, and most important focus on the customer first

I am a travel RN who attempted to purchase a Range Rover Velar with this dealership from out of state, only for them to backout at the last minute. I had my financing set, they had all of my personal information, ran a review of my credit (which affected my credit score), and paid a down-payment to have the vehicle held. After two days of getting things settled and the hassle of getting everything prepared, they decide they would only sell the vehicle if I wired them the money to cover the cost of the vehicle. Jonathan Martino, the business manager, refused to complete the proper steps of filing a dealership credit app to initiate the process of payments with my lender (capital one for goodness sakes). This was all because Im out of state, but yet they continue to list vehicles on a site for nationwide sales 🙄. THE ABSOLUTE WORST customer service and treatment I have ever experienced. I do not recommend this dealership at all!

A few days after purchasing our Land Rover Discovery, the check engine light came on. We notified the dealership and they made an appointment for us immediately. The salesman and management kept in contact to ensure us that they would take care of whatever the issue was. We were given a replacement vehicle while the issue was being resolved. Everyone at the dealership was a pleasure to deal with!
