He also took the time to help me look around again until I found what met my needs. It didn’t even end up being a Cadillac however, Jay took the time to find the car I wanted and put me in it. Our experience at Hendrick was phenomenal! We had just left another dealer earlier, and comparatively, it was a night and day difference. We hadn’t even considered the make and model we looked at with Hendrick. Dwight was professional, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful! We took the vehicle for a test drive, and then the entire team was available to help close the deal! I really feel like we were valued as customers, and treated that way from the moment we came into the lot. We love the new car! And we left really happy with how we experienced the buying process with Hendrick! Highly recommend, especially in a time when car buying is difficult and a little cut throat. Hendrick is amazing and exceeds expectations on every level!

My cars check engine light was on. Turns out the pistons, rings and timing chain needed replacement. The work took about 8 weeks. They honored the warranty and provided a loaner car. Working with Kyle the service technician was a pleasure. I will be purchasing another vehicle from Hendrick.

Went to the dealership and got great service. The staff was very professional and friendly. They stayed past closing time and provided some incentives to make sure we got the deal done. Eric Herring was the sales associate and has always answered any questions even weeks after buying the car, he is still always available. Entire staff is great from sales, to finance, to service all the way up to the management. Great experience from this dealership!

Our salesman was very attentive but needed a little more training to round out product knowledge. He did a fine job in the final analysis. The finance person was somewhat impersonal and made some inappropriate comments. I.e.. sign this form so if your check bounced we will be coming after you. Maybe meant to be funny but we feel he was out of line. Had it not been for our salesman this would have been less than five stars.

Wow, just wow! My wife and I are expecting twins, so we were looking to trade-in our small Nissan. We called in to set an appointment due to COVID, and it was booked a few days later. We were welcomed in and not bombarded by salespeople, which was completely unexpected. Rick, the Operations Manager, introduced us to Jay, who became our salesperson.The experience was unique! Ive always dreaded going to dealerships because of prior engagements, but this felt totally different. Rick and Jay asked us questions about functionality and got to know us rather than just throwing prices at us. We didnt even have to walk the lot, which was great for my pregnant wife.After discovering why we needed a new vehicle and the functionality we were looking for, Jay showed us the 2020 Acadia. We test drove it and fell in love! After we did some of the paperwork, my wife got hungry, so I asked them if it was ok that they start the paperwork while we eat. They didnt even bat an eye at that, so we even surprised them with lunch. We came back and were introduced to David, the Finance Manager.Before we started the strenuous finance paperwork, my wife told Jay that she liked his sunglasses. He then told us that they sell them there and that we could use our Reward Points and get some. No joke, I was floored and had to go look at the selection because I needed some. Well, I found some Oakleys for $210 but used my rewards and got them for $105 -- needless to say, I was very happy.Back to the story: David walked us to his office, and everything we did was electronically on his desk, which was this giant screen. He was just as personable as Rick and Jay. Nothing felt like we were just another number for them for the day. It literally felt like we were family now. This is not a joke, and I really dont leave reviews, but I felt compelled to because everyone should be aware of the service that Hendrick Cadillac in Cary will deliver and the people they hire. We are forever grateful and will continue to purchase future cars through these guys.So, long story short, I got a new car, sunglasses, a happy wife, and fantastic customer service!Thank you, Rick, Jay, and David!

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They sold me a CT6 plug in hybrid - the charging system didnt work properly and the car had a damaged wheel along with a leak in one of the tires. The car has been in the shop much of the time since I have bought it and they still havent followed through on getting it registered - it has been over three months now. The service manager agreed to reimburse me for my out of pocket repairs and now will not return e-mails or phone calls.

Overall great service..but they overlook items at times. Several times requested a quick wash after service..majorly of times they forget. Most recent visit was fine till I got notified that my car was due for an emissions inspection two days later..that should have been brought to my attention since I drive 30 minutes to the location for service. Just unsure about taking my car there anymore. Just doesn’t seem like before. I try to be loyal but when little things keep happening..well it’s not what I would expect from a premium dealer....many years with Hendrick..but competitors are hungry.

HORRIBLE. Now imagine you Drop your car off at 9am for a 1.5 hour oil change and tire rotation. Spend half the day trying to get someone from the service department on the phone to get an update on when you will be able to pick up your car. Then being told they have 5 other cars in front of yours for servicing and need to keep it until the next day for a SIMPLE oil change! Because I didn’t feel comfortable waiting in their waiting area DURING A PANDEMIC with my children and dropped the car off they assumed it was ok to service everyone else’s car and ignore mine. What is the point of having an appointment. This wasn’t for any serious engine work it was a simple oil change. They have no respect for other peoples time.

The sales agent, Curtis, was polite, knowledgeable, and we came to agreement to purchase the RAV4 fairly quickly.. We did test drive the car and found that a check engine light was on and the car would have to be put in the shop to find the problem. I told my sales agent, Curtis, that I wanted a copy of the shop work order to understand what the problem was and how it was resolved. That was on Thursday. The car wasnt available for pick up until Monday morning. I asked for the copy of the work order and was told that the Detail Shop had thrown it away and he would have to get another copy. Ive reach out several times by email and still have not received a copy of the work order. When I asked what the check engine light indicated, I was told that he though it was a weak battery and they replaced the battery.Another issue, when I received the Key FOB to the car, I was told that there was only one key. This was not disclosed to me until after the sale was closed. Replacing a Key FOB is very expensive and this should have been disclosed prior to the sale, or the dealership should have replaced the second key fob.Im not happy with this Hendrick dealership and will not be buying another car there if these issues are not resolved.Larry

Always well prepared the advisor knew exactly what warranty work and non covered work was required and once we agreed on what services were to be performed, he estimated how long it would take. I do not appreciate waiting for a call back, or speaking to two or three people before I get to the person that I need. The people are nice and the service was good but very limited covid protection. When I arrived there were a couple people behind the service desk without a mask and the mechanic drove my car up without a mask on. I was shocked and drove the first couple of miles with the windows down. I won’t be going back anytime soon. Stay safe people.

Hendrick Cadillac was great to work with. They had an incredibly extensive inventory to choose from, their employees were personable and professional, but not too pushy. We worked mostly with Jay (Jarron), and he was awesome. Cory, assistant service manager at Hendrick Cadillac, was amazing. He carefully explained all proposed work on my DTS and why repairs were needed. Because the car would need to remain at the dealership garage over night, he also arranged for Lyft transportation home and then back to the garage when the work was done. Driving down the highway I got a warning on my vehicle for low tire pressure. As I saw the PSI drop I realized that a flat tire was eminent. I made the decision to drive to the dealer and just made it at 10PSI.The service folks were perfect. They greeted me and understanding that I was now at their mercy they offered to repair the tire there or get me enough air in case I wanted to go somewhere else.I had purchase the tire/wheel protection package after multiple tire damages and wheel bends on my previous cars. So made sense to have it fixed there.They had the very same tire in stock, replaced it and got me on my way quickly.Top notch service and always willing to help

Brought my truck in for service of an AIR BAG light. Paid the diagnostic fee and learned that my air bag would need to be replaced. I was informed that the part would need to be ordered and would come in 3 days later. I was promised a call when it came in to schedule the install. I was also quoted $1300+ dollars for the work. I gave my credit card to the tech over the phone and was told I would receive a call on Tuesday.Tuesday came and went. I forgot about the service as the air bag light was no longer illuminated...until Monday the following week. I then called to schedule the service appointment and dropped my truck off on Saturday. When I picked up the truck, the service and install of the new air bag was completed and I was informed that I owed $500 plus dollars. I asked why as I was sure that I had completed payment when I gave my CC over the phone. I was told that was for the part to be ordered. The labor was to be paid today. I asked why that wasnt included in my estimate and the tech said that it was.Come to find out, they charged my card for the ordering of the part at the beginning and then the amount for the labor was to be due at pick up. The estimate was accurate, but the communication was poor. A simple explanation wouldve been sufficient. Also, I never received the call back to schedule once the part was in.

Lee G. was the representative who worked with me to understand my issue/concerns and get it in right away without hesitation. By the end of business I had my vehicle and was back in business. I had a pleasant experience with Hendrick Cadillac of Cary until today. Purchased used vehicle on Dec 10, 2020. Washed wheels one time with plain water and they are peeling. Spouse is a detailer so he knew not to use anything but water. Had them look at it today and of course they are saying their is nothing they can do although it’s obvious they knew it was an issue when they sold it ( had it covered by their rim guy). I am highly disappointed to have just purchased this vehicle and they not wanting to cover the cost to repair and just tell us to pay 650 for the repair.

I will not recommend nobody to this dealership. I seen a vehicle I was interested in on March 3rd speaking to Mike Douglass which he informed me that someone was coming to look at which they were already 15 minutes late and I didnt hear back so I called back 3 hours later to find out he had left for the day and was off the next day therefore, I asked the salesman Dwight Eldredge if he can assist me since he checked to see if the vehicle was still available. I scheduled to meet with Dwight the next day which was Thursday and test drove and heard a noise which was going to get sent to maintenance department to see what it was. My husband and I went over paperwork with finance department that night. I was advised the next day (Friday) that they had to order a part which was not going to be in until Monday and I was OK with that and requested to talk to a manager and Dwight advised me he would have Zach to call me which didnt happen. We left a check to purchase the vehicle on Thursday cause they stated someone could come and purchase while repairs are being made. I called on Monday to get status of vehicle by Dwight and he stated they are repairing the one side and I asked why not both and I would not take a vehicle to a shop and replace one side of a break without doing both and asked why the manager did not call me on Friday liked he stated therefore, later that day the manager called stating he knew nothing about calling me on that Friday when I stated I had been waiting for his call since Friday. I advised the manager how unsatisfied I was with this deal so far but he stated my vehicle is being repaired on both side cause it does make sense to do both rather than one side(hub assembly). My vehicle didnt get delivered until Wednesday March 11th and it was full of dog hair throughout which Im allergic to and i called the manager the next morning since it didnt arrive until that night of the 11th which the manager apologized for the dog hair and I asked him why I have been paying for car insurance for a vehicle i didnt have and he stated he would reimburse me for insurance and to get the vehicle detailed to get dog hair out which he stated he seen the hair in it before it was delivered to me. I let the manager know the 3rd row seat was broke and he asked me to send him a picture so he could order part for me to bring in on that Friday cause he noticed one seat was up and other was down but he didnt take time to see why before it was delivered to me. I drove the truck on Sunday and it seemed not wanting to stop with making a noise when pressing on brakes and shaking after I had put $50 worth of gas in it cause it was full when I test drove it but on half when delivered. I called the manager first thing Monday morning which he responded by text being in a meeting so afterwards he called asking what he can do to assist me. I told him what was going on and how unhappy I am with everything that has been occurring with this vehicle so he stated i could return it and I agreed so he sent a tow truck to pick it up cause it could not be driven that distance. I asked about another vehicle located at a different store and manager stated he will see about it and call back but, I have not heard anything yet therefore, I started searching for another vehicle and found one with lower miles for same price.

The service started great until my vehicle extended warranty ran out. I called them 5 times and left messages and NO ONE returned my calls. I called them to price extended warranty details and left detailed messages and NOT a peep. Totally curved my initial review of their service. Started out great with great people and then flopped. Totally disappointed.Considered buying another Cadillac Escalade from them but NOT after the no responses. Decided to go to Johnson Lexus and the service was IMPECCABLE and the care for us and our experience has been impressive! Lexus’s great service reminded me of our initial Cadillac purchase. They didn’t do 5% of what Lexus did after purchase a 100K truck purchase ..Before you buy, make sure you will still get GREAT service from start to finish and they won’t drop you....

I did not buy my car from this dealership - this review is of their service department.I have brought my car to Hendrick Cadillac in Cary twice for service under my maintenance plan. The first time, someone there stole a pair of Ray Bans out of my glove box. In fairness, I did not bring it up to them or give them a chance to make it right. I figured if someone needed an old, scratched pair of Clubmasters that couldnt be worth more than $20 badly enough to risk their job and legal consequences, they definitely needed those glasses more than I did.My maintenance plan is almost expired, so I called their service department again to schedule an appointment. I explained why I wanted to come in (my maintenance plan was expiring and I wanted to get anything done that I could get done) and that I had about 40% oil life left, and the person on the phone told me that despite the percentage on the cars computer, GM recommends changing oil every 6 months. Cool, perfect - I scheduled my appointment and brought my car in. After I dropped the car off and was headed to the grocery store with my wife, Kyle from the service department called to tell me that GM does recommend changing the oil every 6 months, but theyll only do it under the maintenance plan every 5k miles or 1 year. If I wanted the oil changed, I would have to pay. He would not make any concessions and changed only my engine air filter (a task that I could do myself in 10 minutes for $15). So, despite very clearly stating my intentions to the person I made the appointment with, I was lied to and got bait and switched, and the service department refused to make it right.This dealership has stolen both my time and sunglasses. I wont be back.

JB was super helpful in the service dept with getting my oil changed and also diagnosed for a number of concerns I was having. There was a small miscommunication about me picking my car up at the end of business but JB took the time to clear things up and make sure I was able to take my car that evening. A pleasant experience overall!

Stay away from this dealership. I purchased a new Escalade here in 2015. The people then were great, but not now. These people who work here now think they are doing you a favor to sell you a Cadillac, thats if you can get anybody to call you back . Had to send a nasty email before anybody would contact me back. I was trying to purchase a $105,000 Escalade and they acted like they could care less if I bought the vehicle or not. They also tell me they are adding on $1500 worth of accessories that I explained I didnt want. The managers response was well maybe this isnt the car for you. Really?!! Now hes telling me what kind of car I need? Also the salesman never told me about any add on accessories. I have owned 5 Escalades and will tell you I wont own another one, especially from this dealership. Also it would be zero stars if I could give it. Before you look for a new Cadillac check there reviews. They have 1 stars for a reason !!
