Brent Morris is amazing! I had been looking online for weeks because I knew the car I had was about to bite the dust. My credit is way less than good and I didnt think Id even be able to get financing, but Brent made it happen. Completely average dealership. The employees are nice but they do not update their online inventory often enough. Theres often cars listed online that they either no longer have or cannot find.

The service advisor was terrific. The technician was fast and efficient, did what he was asked. The price was fair for what was done. The shop appeared clean and organized and the waiting area provided adequate space to keep a reasonable social distance.

A decent car buying experience. But an exceptional service experience! Had a few issues with a used vehicle we bought here and the service guy went to bat for us to have Subaru and their shop take care of what would’ve been expensive repairs. I feel they truly care about the experience of their customers. From the communication, to the way they handled the repair and delivery, I was very satisfied.

First, a disclaimer- I have been in Tennessee once in my life, for my brother -in-laws induction into the WBHF, and I know one person who lives there. Being the local car nut, I am involved in many purchases with friends and family. The Kia I wanted is rare. There were 17 east of the Mississippi. I live near Philadelphia. I called the internet managers from all 17. Some of them advertised sale prices $3000. below sticker. When I called, they added $3500. in additional nonsense. Others just plain charged sticker or $1000. over. Others would not even sell to me because I was out of their area. Dave DiFillipo from Wallace Imports was one of the managers I called. We were on the phone for a while, and ended our conversation without me purchasing the car. I was impressed that Dave spent so much time on the phone with me, when I live hundreds of miles away and was a questionable potential buyer. A week later, I received a form e-mail from Dave. Because it was so well written and he was cordial and professional on our first phone call, I called him back to again see if we could get to a point that was good for both of us. He pulled up his history on my call, and we began to discuss where I needed to be. Dave was calm, professional, and friendly. I am a business owner and I sell also, and I appreciate being treated with the appropriate respect with no b.s. Steve Pierce, Daves manager, was in the room, too, and Dave put our conversation on speaker. We were laughing through most of the negotiation. In the end, we reached a point that was good for both of us, and I bought the car. Whenever I called him over the week it took to do all of the paperwork long distance, he returned every phone call when I did not reach him immediately within five minutes, including on his day off. Steve Counts, the finance manager, did an great job dealing with the out of state paperwork, and dealt with any state law differences immediately with my tag person. Overall an excellent buying experience, and I recommend these guys to anyone who expects excellent personal attention and service.

Took my wifes Subaru Crosstrek in for a recall. The service was great and everyone was super friendly. When I left I had a check engine light come on. I figured it most likely was a sensor that came disconnected. They took me straight in and found the sensor that had come loose. They reconnected the sensor and sent me on my way. Was really impressed with the all new Subaru Outback. (Have had 3 other outbacks, but the 2020 is all new.) Didnt want to go through the normal hassle at a dealership so I contacted them online to lean more. This worked way better than just walking in. Made arrangements to drive a new outback and loved it. Decided on a white, 2020 Subaru Outback Touring, but they didnt have one. We continued our discussion, worked out a price and signed an agreement. Two weeks later I picked up my new Outback. Love it and they gave me 3 free oil changes. Get your New Subaru at Wallace as they are going fast.

First of all Dave was great helping me and my wife into 2011 Nissan Rogue, He did what he could do, we drove down from WV, right at 3 hrs away, with Dave I do give him 5 stars, and knows get stuff done, BUT noticed the next morning when I went start it for my wife for her to go to work noticed a timing chain knock, I didn’t notice it the day before where they went got the car ready for us to test drive, me and my wife be trying to work it out with them to make it right, if there good people they would, I never had no problems with dealers up here in WV the all ways help with stuff happening with there vehicles even a year or so down the road they at least help pay for half on what needed to be done, and not counting the oil wasn’t done and needed tires so u know it wasn’t inspected before sale, so me and my wife got two tires and got oil for it, I would like to say I’ll be back for my future cars and trucks, If they do make it right and fix I could get something else there, if not I’ll be more then happy stick with Mountaineer Ford, or Cherry lane here in WV, Do make it right with the Rogue or something else I know there is opinions that can make everyone happy
