Bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue from them! Car was immaculate! I can’t speak highly enough of the family. Everyone was so friendly, so helpful, and most importantly upfront about the car. They know everything about their cars and give you pictures. I will definitely be buying my next car from them and recommend them to anyone. This is this first time I could have a reliable, NEW car with low miles without any issues! I also live in NH and didn’t have any issues registering and inspecting the car as this car had already had its salvage inspection from CT.

I reached out to the dealership almost a week ago about a car, and have had minimal communication from them since. I asked for the car fax, and they instead told me about what they had done to it (in terms of salvage and repairs, which I was already aware of). I asked again for the car fax and was sent an email that supposedly contained a link to the car fax, but didnt. They were never to be heard from again. I replied, telling them that I didnt receive a link. Then again, asking to schedule a test drive. I explained that I live 2.5 hours from the dealership and needed confirmation that they were open and would be able to show me the car. I also called twenty (not an exaggeration. actually twenty) times over the course of three days, leaving around 4 messages asking to be reached out to. I emailed them at the end of the second day, since that was the only successful form of contact I had received at all. I finally decided I would just make the 2.5 hour drive to them, and see what was up. Right as I was about to call it a night so I could be rested for the long trip, I checked the website and the car was sold. I wasted my whole weekend trying to contact them, and have STILL not gotten a response since the email that was supposed to contain car fax but didnt. I would never recommend them to a friend to buy a car from. The communication just was not there at all.

Long story short the install went perfectly and the service and expertise given to me is some the best I have had.Adrian and his father were a pleasure to work with. From the moment I got to their shop I was treated like family and they explained to me exactly what they were going to do to the car and why before completing the work. Their quality of work is great as well, there are no exhaust leaks and they put the car back together perfectly.I highly recommend A.D.
