I recently took my Car to Stephen Toyota after a minor collision, and received probably the best service I have ever gotten in my life. I have been to Toyota Dealerships all over the country, but Stephen far exceeds any other place. Specifically, Dave Griswold, who worked at the Collision Center is one of the most caring employees I have worked with. Dave helped me navigate through insurance issues, through rental car issues, and sent me daily emails (without my even asking) about the work on my car. He finished far ahead of the time in which I expected to pick up my car, and even sent me an email after to make sure everything was alright. Additionally, the car was washed and cleaned to perfection when I picked it up. I felt like I was getting a new car! Great experience, courteous and very fast. I was interested in getting out my lease and into a Tacoma. Romario was very helpful throughout the entire process. TERRIBLE customer service experience! I ended up making 5 trips to the dealership to buy out my own lease, which I leased from them three years ago. Should have been a simple transaction, and it turned into a five page compliant to corporate. The staff is unorganized, their communication is poor at best, and in my case I was lied to and manipulated. Please go anywhere else.

I called from springfield about a SUV i offerd 8k for . i was asured all good with that cash price but when i got there they tried hustling me not caring about the money spent going there. I also called for a tow to pick up car as i tought the deal was done luckly the tow did not show otherwise that would have bean 200 dollar lost. Scamers come in all size and shape .i just found a better suv less miles for same money lol God is good

Jason was very good in educating myself on terms, interest rate, and flexibility. I wanted to stay under a certain amount and he did that. There was no back and forth or haggle with Jason. I appreciate going into a dealership and getting information that is helpful and always looking out for my best interest. I will definitely be back for another highlander.

This is a delayed review. In the moment of a sale, most are at their best. 2 years later dealership has shown the same level of attention they provided during the sale. I visited them looking to replace an older Sienna. I knew the range of features I wanted, salesperson didnt deviate from my interest and casually showed me options on their lot. Within hours I went home in a new Sienna. That included a drive home with new van to get families approval. They took my old van as it was(embarrassing but incredibly conveniet). The van I arrived in was well abused, many times carrying a full 7 passenger load and most likely filled with a week of fast food. They helped me gather all my belongings and processed the paperwork with effientancy. My experience with sales and service definitely makes this place worth considering if youre shopping for a new car or just need Toyota service.

Worst dealer experiences I’ve ever had!With a lack of communication and serious delays in registration and paying off my trade in, I’m disgusted at how this locations runs its business. I had my new Toyota a month and Stephen Toyota has neglected to pay off my trade in a month after I legally signed and turned over the car. This is horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION! If you do, expect everything to go wrong and to be paying more money than what this place is worth! Unbelievable! Does this place even have a customer service manager?

I recently bought my 3rd vehicle from Stephens, and each time the experience gets better. I had very specific needs for a used minivan for my family, and the team at Stephens came through with flying colors. They found the perfect vehicle efficiently, and gave us a great deal. The entire staff was attentive, courteous, responsive, and professional. No pressure or stress, just good old fashion great customer service.

The thought of buying a car stressed me out, but everything went so smoothly and Jason explained all of the features in my new car. He introduced me to the service department staff, and they already scheduled my first service appointment. I got a RAV4 and it is an awesome car. I love not having to dig around in my pocketbook for my keys to unlock my car. It drives so nice.

Be advised, watch your vehicle like a hawk if you have them work on it. They have never taken responsibility for the extensive damage they agree they caused. Their response was it was just a matter of time and it could just as easily have happened after you picked it up and drove off . To which my reply was we will never know now will we because it happened after you worked on it and was it was broken immediately before you gave it back to me whereas it wasnt broken when I gave it to you . They agreed but never accepted responsibility. I gave my 4runner to them and asked them to check why it wont go into 4 low but it has no problem going into 4 high and 2 wheel. It was that way for at least a year. I never needed to put it into 4 low because its a beast in the snow in 4 high. But for some reason after they installed new everything brake related I asked them to take a look. They gave it back to me and all the lights on the dashboard blinking and it is stuck in 4 high. And they tell me they arent going to do anything about it! This story gets even better because I went next door to their Chevy dealership and I asked the manager there what he would do if someone did that to their car. Ha he said he would kill them. I didnt tell them it was their own Toyota dealer next door. This story gets even more bizarre because he then called someone he claimed was the best Toyota mechanic anywhere. Too much detail to keep this story going here. Toyota vehicles are great but every mechanic everywhere needs to be watched like a hawk, if you have someone you trust you are lucky. If you dont and you have a vehicle thats like mine 10 years old with very low miles their eyes may light up when you drive in. Sorry if the truth hurts.

I recently bought a 2018 Tundra from Stephen Toyota and can’t thank Boris enough for all of his help! I went looking one Sunday afternoon just to see what they could do for me with trading in two vehicles down to one. He explained both options between buying or leasing and what would work best. He came back with a great option for me and kept in touch until I picked my truck up Wednesday, since they had to order the truck in. He sent me options for the side steps and had the truck shined up with them on and ready to go! Boris definitely made the entire process a breeze and I will recommend him in the future!

All buyers beware. My girlfriend and I was looking for a new car for her and we wanted to do some window shopping and ask for numbers and numbers only. We went inside Stephens Toyota and asked what are her options and they only gave her one option. Anyway we looked at some paper work and the salesman George tells us that he will get back to us the next day with numbers. The next day while I was at work, my girlfriend gets a phone call from George to come down and talk about some numbers. My girlfriend drives in the dealership and realized the car that we were looking at has brand new plates and her phone started receiving messages that she registered and insured a brand new car without anybodys consent. This is a sneaky and rare tactic dealerships do. Anyway we went to our original dealer at Torrington Toyota and they hooked up my girlfriend with a better offer then what Stephens Toyota originally tried to pawn on us. We will be writing a letter to Toyota Headquarters about the horrible experience we had at Stephens Toyota.

They only care about money, how shame is that they treat old customer like this, I have been a customer there over ten years. I sent my son with disability to do oil change on last Saturday, and I received his call to ask if we are going to do their recommended services, they recommended about $1000 services, and I directly talked their service lady on phone to stop other services except oil change and something leaking, but they told me they already opened my car so they still charge the labor for nothing. I did not agree and said I would talk to their manager. The thing is a lot of their recommendations are not necessary. For your money, please go somewhere.
