I bought the cars out the place was great and staff was great little to my knowledge at the time everything you told me that this is a car prior to me buying it its not done at all!! Are going back two times already just because it breaks now I have to get an estimate from somebody else
They took good care of me when I bought my Camaro but they never changed it to my name and it is the reason why I cant have the title or registration and, most seriously, the dealer disappeared and nobody could help me with the problem, the new owners of the dealer They say they dont know anything and they cant do anything because they are different companiesI want to give them 0 stars but I cant.

I took my Jeep to a Jeep dealer a year ago. They said to figure out my issue with a starter would run about $600. I said forget it, and took it to Bristol Motor service and they said it was an easy fix and it cost me a fraction of what it would at the dealer. taking all my cars to Bristol Motors for now on. Good folks there, honest, down to earth.
Tim & Chris were honest and professional. They went over and above - even stayed open late so my Cadet from West Point could drive down after training. Honest and fair pricing with no hidden fees or games. Definitely the most respectful experience buying a car!

I stopped in last week to the service department to get some information about getting some work done on my car. I was greeted right away. The young lady who helped me was very friendly polite and very knowledgeable.

My husband and i purchased a car from there today. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Vivienne was very knowledgeable and worked with what we could afford. Me and my husband have bought cars from different car dealerships before and i usually feel like their just trying to put you in something you cant afford or thats a piece of crap just to make a buck. But today was different, i would definitely be doing future business with them.
Great expierence at first until 3 months later I still dont have my tags and title! Every time I go in there for an explanation as to why I get treated with disrespect! They have my money and signature! Why should they have good customer service anymore! So disappointed! Will never return or recommend this dealership so unprofessional!

I was on the market for a new service department for my car, when I called in and spoke to Ashley she sounded so friendly that I scheduled an appointment for later that week to have my oil changed. The staff were all very kind and friendly.
I was in for service last week and it is always a pleasant experience, Mark gets the job done quickly and efficiently, Ashley is the new service receptionist and was so kind and signed me up for their new rewards program. Bristol Motor Cars has such a friendly staff, I wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Great service. I would give em 5 stars if they opened before 9am, considering every other repair place opens up around 7:30 or 8am.Not everyone has the typical banker hours.
Always very helpful and honest! They service my wives Volvo and have always done a great job at a reasonable price and on time.
False advertising. Ive heard plenty about this place and how they can get you into a car with a low down payment even if your credit isnt good. I checked out a few cars, found one that I liked, and they tried to get me to put down over $4000 for a down payment. Dont advertise a low down payment with a bad credit score if that isnt the case.

Purchased a car from them in November of 2019, still do not have any tags or a title. When called about this issue. I was told my phone number will be forwarded to the old owners. That was 3 months ago.
Tried to help a friend purchase a truck. Was told the truck was $16,500 over the phone. He took it for a ride and was putting down his deposit and then was told it was $18,500.... But not to worry they would work on the price. Well they only came down $500. The old used car lot trick is now used at the so called family dealer. Never stepping foot on that lot again. Watch out for the blue ford and white chevy pickup. The under coating is covering all the rust.

Spoke with Vivian today about a car for my son, appointment on sat. She offered great customer service and told me not to worry ( so I wont ) I learned about BMC from a commercial on TV today, while getting my car washed. Ill write another review after we meet and talk credit and finance. I really hope they are as honest and helpful as Vivian appears to be. 5 stars are for the phone customer service.

Went there with all my information. How much need to be with in, Owe of current car, pay stubs, what my credit score is, and about my credit. Let them appraise my car. The sales person recommend a particular vechile. Knowing we was waiting for about two weeks for taxes to come in. Well the day befor called. Went in right after working all night. Was going leaving me to address other clients. Then did numbers and stated that the one car would not work by numbers. And then looked at another car. Had me test drive both of them. Pushing more of the second car. Was told I was in charge of the test drive but then was told to make a turn at different place than I was going to. Call back that night cause they ran my information on that day. Cause was told that banks only let the deals be for a small time. So finally got the information about 7 at night. Was told that was cap at a certian cost. The second vechile was just a little more than the cap was. But they had to resend all the information in for the second car. To call in the am. So I did call. Told all look good... Was making final plans to go and sign all the stuff. Get a call saying yea after we poked around the deal. It wasnt really a deal. Cause of information on credit and all that the deal is not going to happen. Feel like was bait and switched. Pissed cause they had all information from jump street....

This involved not only their repair shop, but an outside body shop, window tinting shop, and upholstery shop. The level of patience, persistence, communication, and caring that they lavished on our car and to us, their customer, was on a level that is simply nonexistent in today’s times.We not only feel that our patronage was valued, but that we were dealing with friends, not some uncaring organization that was just trying to “make another quick sale.”Thank you Bristol Motors!
