Simple question was to inquire on cost to unlock phone and received not the price but general resume of how long the guy had been doing cell phone repair.Still no answer….. Clear communication not there strong point. Please find elsewhere that can properly communicate answers to simple questions.

Save yourself the trip. Con artists selling knock off cases they claim are otter boxes. Same exact price as the cell stores in mall but they are in fact knock offs. When confronted 20 minutes after sale with receipt you’re told no refunds.Don’t waste your money or time. You don’t save money and you have no warranty.Contrary to the response the so called management gave. This is in fact the correct kiosk. No they don’t sell actual otter boxes. They do however pass them off as otter boxes complete with the yellow backed packaging. Don’t buy the BS.

They charged almost $150 for a new screen and saver that busted, without dropping, after 2 days. Rude staff. Owner was throwing hands in air and got angry because I called them out on their fraud screens. Also, they don’t wear masks and they are around thousands of people in a mall. Go to Apple or a reliable store, don’t use this place.

I went to cell tec because my phone wouldnt show anything but the apple screen. The first person I dealt with basically explained he would try to hard reset my iPhone if the issue wasn’t the battery, processor, or motherboard. (I’ve had iPhone since they first came out so this isn’t my first rodeo) I told him I could just do that myself and come back if my issue wasn’t resolved. He insisted he would only charge $30 if my issue wasn’t resolved after try numerous measures. Mind you this was around 1/2pm in the day. I came back at closing around 7:30pm and they still could not figure out what the issue was and said to comeback the next morning. When I came back he states he restored my phone, I asked again what the issue was to begin with so I can understand what I would be paying for he says again “I have no clue, but I was able to restore your phone.” Now it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out all he did was hard reset my phone which I said from the beginning I could’ve did myself. He states the price would be $50, which I’m fine with. He gives me my phone back with out my case that I had on which was a front and back waterproof case, he says some other person lost it and offers to give me a new case, tells me to pick from three bottom rows. I pick a case that’s similar to what I had, a waterproof front and back case. He says that case is a $50 case and he may be able to discount it, now I’m confused because he offered to replace my case for free initially. I explain to him that it’s basically the same type of case and he finally says he’ll give me the case to replace what I had. (Not sure why he tried to renege anyway). We come back to the counter and I hand him $50, he rings me up and says with tax included it’ll be $65.10. At this point I’m tired of going back and forth so I paid and left. I looked at the receipt he rang me up for $60 and the sales tax was $5.10 so in the end he still swindled and got over on me. I highly do not recommend this place.

While they would have been able to help me. The Sales associate was very pushy, and they asked for twice what everyone else was asking. I was even quoted a decent price on a phone call.While they maybe convince with 2 stores in the Brandon mall, i felt like i was an inconvenience to the employee and i felt my time was wasted.

They fixed my cracked screen and even stayed past mall closing to make sure I got it back same-day. The next day I had a small issue with the iris scanner following the screen repair and they took a look at it and fixed that too! Very nice, professional guys. Would recommend to anyone needing phone repair.

Paid 330 Something and the replaced lcd screen went out literally 3 weeks later. I call and the employee tell me it’s out of warranty when I was told warranty is 30 days but now I’m told it’s only for 2 weeks. No receipt for my transaction either. Definitely NOT apple products. I was lied to. I’m heated that this has happened and you all aren’t even willing to replace my screen. I haven’t dropped it or anything. Case on it too!

TERRIBLE! I fixed my iPhone 11 and as soon as I walked out first the screen was popping off my phone and I could see the little screws, the next day when I was changing my case for a stronger one the screen cracked!! I went there, and they were very disrespectful people! Don’t waste your money on them! It’s cheaper to go to apple because they will actually do a good job!

Decided to buy a case for my Iphone from this company.I normally buy my cases from amazon, because i can get it for a fraction of the cost and amazon has always had excellent customer service unlike this company. i went to cell tech and paid $35 for the case, the case lasted me 3 days before one of the buttons fell off. When i went in for an exchange for the EXACT CASE, mind you i was not asking for a refund, i just wanted to keep my phone protected. The boss refused to help me out, he was rude, belittling, told me there was nothing he could do and that my only solution was for me to buy a new case. This is literally mind blowing to me that someone would treat their customer the way he did me. i have never in my life experienced such bad customer service. had the case been cheap i would not even be writing this review, However, when your paying almost $40 for a phone case i expect it to last. Had he handled the situation differently, been polite, offered me another solution i would not be this upset. i just dont want someone else to go through this situation and be out $40, when you can literally buy the EXACT phone case on amazon for $10. Im writing this review in hopes of helping someone not go through this situation. I am still in disbelief, but i will be contacting the BBB about this company because it is simply not okay to treat customers the way he did me, and offer products that are incompetent.

We came in on 11/12/19 with broken back and front glass on the iPhone X. The sales representative looked at it, gave me a quote, and then told me it could be done while I was in the store. It was just after 8 pm and the mall closes at 9 pm. We followed the sales associate to the kiosk located on the other side of the mall where the work was to be performed. Ace, the business owner, was the one working on the phone. He told me these type of repairs usually take about 2 hours to perform. He started work on the phone around 8:40 pm and continued to complete the work well after closing, till about 10pm. The phone looks AMAZING! Brand new again. Ace is fantastic. Not only is he an expert in his craft, he is an amazing person. I highly recommend CELTEC to perform any repairs you may need. Also, strike up a conversation with Ace. You will be happy you did.

So glad I stopped to get a new case here! I ended up getting a protective case and my screen fixed, all for a reasonable price! The customer service was beyond amazing. BEST PHONE REPAIR SHOP IN BRANDON!

I asked to have water diagnostics done in my phone while I ate lunch and they said they would call me and tell me what was wrong with it but what they really did was look at the phone and fix it without my consent. Later that day we took it back since it started power cycling and they said they would take the phone overnight. It turns out that they took it for a while 2 weeks. When we get the call from them they said that they had already done all the work on the phone even though we specifically told them not to do any work on the phone and to just see what’s wrong with the phone. Now it has been a week since I got the phone back and every five minutes the screen on my iPhone goes unresponsive until a turn off my phone and turn it back on multiple times. Personally my experience here sucked so badly, but if you want you can waste your money here.

I had my iPhone screen repaired. within 2 weeks screen stopped functioning just by slipping from couch to carpet. It was Very weak and poor quality one. everything he saying he wont get manager. When i request to connect with Manager, he didnt share number. The guy providing repair is rude.This is in response to the reply from owner. he promised to replace with np cost, but when I reached to get it repaired, they asked for discounted price with no warranty is phone will function.
