I came in to the metro store by later Rana Loca and was helped by Aaron was polite professional and very helpful with finding the right plan and phone for me highly recommend was here for 15 minutes left with a new phone .

Arron & Neff are excellent but now the is a very great big problem when you buy a new phone with a new number beware because the called ID has not been refreshed and seems it cannot I have been trying for over 2 weeks metro is now being run by Newstar this is also a telamarketting company my name appears as a Mr Burnett 80 persent of my calls do not get answered because it shows a man named Burnett instead of my name Donna Neff and Arron have tried there best.( Metro the support center is useless) please check what name appears when you make your calls not happy now that Neustar is in control.!!!!!!!!!

I love this place! Theyre very knowledgeable about all things MetroPCS... From devices to rate plans AND how to save you a buck, but their customer service is exceptional. I never feel like theyre just trying to sell me something and push me out the door. When you walk in youre greeted with smiles, they are always willing to answer as many questions as you have and if they dont have an answer for you they go out of their way to get it. Honestly, its a rare thing these days to feel like your business is valued and appreciated.
