I went to this store to have my new sim activated. They activated my sim, but they also added a Complete Protection to my plan without having my consent. I learnt about it when I saw my bill. This also happened to my brother, so this could not be an accident. Make sure to check your bills folks (especially if its auto-pay).
As a sprint customer for 14 years I would say this is the best customer service I have received! James and Allen were both very knowledgeable and polite the whole experience. I feel they really looked out for my best interest. Highly recommend!
Sprint has the best customer service - hands down. This location has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. They communicate with each other very well, so if you go in multiple times, they know your exact situation. The sales rep Jay has gone out of his way to ensure little action is required by me to get what I needed with my plan change and phone upgrade.
Worst customer service ever. We walked in the store, Allan was the first person we saw In the desk. We asked him to help us with the SIM card on my note 5 because the store from Edina sent us there.He quickly replied us that they dont have it. Someone else in the back heard our conversation and he brought the SIM card and gave it to him. Then he gave me a dirty look on his face and threw the SIM card at me. Is asked him how you put the SIM card in, then he snatched the phone in a mean way. He didnt put in it and made us do it. I asked him to help with the instructions from the Email that was from sprint but he refused to do it.He said that I had call a number and he was not able to help me.Never recommend this store again.
I concur with other bad reviews of customer service, especially James. Have had him twice now. He is condescending, flippant, and probably only cares about his commission. Went there to activate a couple phones. After some grumblings about doing it he said, all done. Restart in 15mins and shld work. We left and guess what, didnt work. I had to call sprint directly on said phones by pressing #2, and they walked me through activating it myself. You got one job, do it right! If u go there for service expect bad service. Manager or sprint needs to send secret shopper here!!! Go to other nearby stores post haste!!!

I saved $750 by going to the Best Buy next door. 0 stars.Aside from telling me I would have to pay an outlandish price for my phone they wanted me to close a contract my family has had for 20 years with Sprint. Im not sure if they were actually bold-face lying to me or simply just did not know about Sprint contracts.Either way, Sprint should probably do its name a favor and close this location ASAP.
I must say it’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The poor excuse for a manager Alan, should be FIRED immediately!! I waited around for 45 minuets before I could get any help! They lied and messed up my contact on my previous visit, then would not resolve the problem knowing fully well what happened! 🤬 This place is a SCAM!!! Don’t go there ever! Horrible customer service . gentleman working was not gentleman like at all. He was very rude, and unhelpful. I left feeling emotionally and verbally abused and unhelped. I would not ever go there again. Dont waste your time going to this store until managment can get friendly helpful employees.

Amazing experience at this store! Went in on a whim to see if I would even renew my plan and left with one of the best customer service experiences ever - they are great here! Im referring everyone I know to this store.

Was walking by the store on my lunch break today when a corporate individual was outside panhandling to get customers into the store. I told him I was with Sprint didnt need an upgrade and was happy with the service. I did inquire if he was able to help me out with the service outage issues from the weekend in Minnesota. He said of course we can help you brought me inside passed me off to another customer service individual who promptly informed I have to call customer service to deal with the issue. What a waste of my time I have been a customer with Sprint for 5 years plus. I wouldnt have even stopped if he didnt misinform me outside . Thanks for wasting my time just trying to get me in the store to sell me more.
Trashhhh..This Manager is lazy. He avoids doing his job and rather make up excuses. When the out of country customer service line helps more than an in person rep, you know theres an issue!

This place is the worst! The customer service is out of control just out of control... They are very rude and they are always trying to sell you something and screwing with your service plan. Avoid this place at all cost and take a short trip down the road to the main Sprint Corporate store in Edina at the Centennial Lakes park store. And good luck on trying to find a parking spot here we had to park across the street and walk over. Never going back.....

Terrible customer service. We were barely greeted when we walked in, the customer service representative just asked us what we were there for. And then after a moment she turned and walked away, with zero explanation. It’s not that hard to smile and be friendly but apparently at sprint it is.

DISGUSTING CRIMINALS. The most awful customer service I have EVER received. Manager is rude, does not make eye contact, will not address his employees lying and committing fraud. I was signed up for charges that I was not advised of and Sprint advises they can run in store promotions like this and only they can make the changes. Unbelievably rude and disrespectful staff that lies and has customers signing agreements they know nothing about.
