Last week I experienced less than good customer service HOWEVER yesterday (6/30/2021) I had an EXCELLENT experience. He was able to work through the few small issues with my account, he was very helpful and explained things in a easy manner that I could understand. I thought it was going to be an unpleasant situation but it turned out to be easy and quick. I have dealt with the same employee a few times and every time he has been outstanding to work with.

Deserves negative stars. Middle aged man working there always acts inconvenienced having to help ppl. He wouldnt even let me use the stores wifi to get my service working again after a sim switch. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION FOR GOOD SERVICE

Man was rude, my 60 year old mother walked in to transfer her number/SIM card, the man present, sent her off stating she had to do it over the phone and Customer service was just giving him unnecessary extra work. Of course we couldn’t do it over the phone, screen is broken.Went to a different location, better service.

Bad service. No warranty. I bought a device, it doesnt keep charge. GM said he doesnt exchange or repair. I must pay again for new equipment or cancel service and leave.

It was bad, I went in because my speaker was not working so people could not hear me at the other end no matter who called who. Metro told me they cant help me because I didnt buy it from their store. Im up here for a couple months from Florida and my phone doesnt work. In Florida all the stores help you but in Minnesota you have to go to where you bought it. 😩

The VERY worst experience ever. ... I drove an hour and a half 1. 5 to be dis respected, the so called MGR. Told me that I was being RUDE, Upon explaining my situation to the other worker and then called the 🐷 on me, I was in disbelief BCUZ she was the 1 doing ALL the talking. I went with a defective phone and told that 1 was ordered to be sent to me. Well to my SURPRISE ALL OF MY INFORMATION HAD BEEN DELETED AND NOTIFICATION OF THE TRANSACTION IN THE BLOOMINGTON METRO PCS, HAD BEEN WIPED OUT.... SO SINCE WHEN IS THIS LEGAL TO DO....THANKS METO @ BLOOMINGTON.

I was on a tight budget. The manager was very helpful. I know he gave me a great deal. I recommend anyone needing to upgrade or a new cell phone, come here first. Big Bang for the Buck.

Very helpful and patient. Plus they had the phone I wanted in stock (thats not as common as youd expect). So this was a great experience! Will def go back to this site whenever I need to see someone in person.

I prefer this location over all others even tho its out of my way. The gentlemen that runs this place is so nice and fair. I had issues with a screen protector I had purchased and the next day I went in and he refunded me in full. I recently went to another store and Im positive they messed up account and lied to me. Im going back to this one so he can fix it for me.

Very disrespectful young mexican girl and boy. They where talking to my pregnant wife very rude. They take a long time and the young girl has no idea what shes doing everytime i go in there shes on the phone with her boss and even after that conversation she still cant finish her job. They never have the phone you want all in all they need 18+ workers who has great customer service my wife fe complained on her about 2 months ago and nothing seems to have changed she give false info and she needs to finish high school before coming into the business world because she has no idea what shes doinf or how to speak to people unless their mexican!
