I came in the store today with a phone I had bought online, and having trouble with it. The salesperson tried very hard to help me on that and I decided that through the promotions that he presented to me I was better off buying a new phone. I certainly do appreciate the professional help on this. The person was very nice and helpful

I had a phone charging issue with my Galaxy A50...only 25% charge remaining and it wouldnt recharge. Feeling the urgency, I went to this store, wondering if I was going to get some help from someone with some experience.I couldnt have picked a better location. The representative who helped me was knowledgeable, and listened...then directed me with cost effective options for me to choose from.It was great to have courteous, friendly and professional assistance, and I highly recommend this Verizon location.

Kaleb was great!! He was so helpful in choosing a phone, getting me a great trade in and picking out a case! Then a few days after I got my phone I lost all my face book messenger, messages information, (Im not a computer wiz!). I worked a day and a half try to figure out what had happened. In less then 5 minutes he had everything working back to normal! I appreciate so much all of his, and Verizons help!! Thank you so much!!

Very unsatisfied with the service of Verizon so far. We switched from AT&T hoping to receive better service all the way around (customer service and cellular service). Customer Service at this location is very poor and lacking. We spent over 4 hours at the store on Saturday switching to Verizon leaving the store to have to complete transfers at home. We were told the employee we dealt with this night would be in the store the next day. Went back in the next day to receive poor service from an unnamed Hispanic employee and Kaleb. We discussed how Evan communicated he would be in the store today and were told We cannot control Evans personal life. We were trying to transfer pictures/contacts from one device to another and explained how another store completes this process. We were upfront told by the hispanic employee that They are not Best Buy, very rudely. We once again left the store with only half of our content transferred leaving the rest for us to figure out.On another note, we were told by Evan we would receive two $500 rebates and one $350 rebate. After visiting the store today we were told we would only receive one $350 rebate. Very unsatisfied thus far with the service and hope things will change in the future.

I had needed a new phone for some time now. Came in and pre ordered a new I Phone and picked it up today. The entire process from beginning to end was easy. From ordering to transferring and finalizing. I highly recommend the Corydon Verizon Store.

This store was absolutely AMAZING!!! My boyfriend and I came in to buy 2 new phones on plans, we had a few hiccups in the process that prolonged our waiting time (nothing the store did) and he still managed to meet all of our needs.
