Good for only person ever being there. Not great service

I had initially rated this location higher but now after several years I am sorry I did. The customer service is severely lacking. The worker is in the back all the time and theres only 1 person there to help you. Their products and phone accessories are very overpriced as is their hidden ($25 )setup fees. Its much cheaper to get a phone online buy the accessories online And set up your service online. Theres no need for a store. Especially a store that nickles and dimes its loyal customers. I tried to exchange a screen protector after 8 days and the worker, ahmad, refused to let me exchange it citing a 7 day policy. There was no policy posted anywhere not in the store or on the receipt. He sold me a $7 screen protector for $15 and left in the middle of my phone purchase to go home and asked that I come back to finish the purchase. Ill never go there again. So unprofessional. So discourteous. I suggest you do everything online or at another store. Its cheaper and less hassle.

Well ever since Samantha has been fired or quit which ever wave it went. The people that are in there now are horrible! Theyre never there. Theyll have the sign that says open. But yet no ones in there and the door is locked. Then when you call and ask about the hours of operations, they tell you theyre there until 7. They dont like what you have to say, then they hang up on you and then proceeded to not answer the phone. Thats how they treat their customers. I would advise. To go elsewhere for phone service and anything else

Ahmad - Was very helpful and patient. His customer service skills are above reproach. Store became busy while he was helping me and he was to help each customer in timely fashion with extreme professionalism.His customer service made my store experience very pleasant.

This store is normally very nice to me and everything but after paying in store since i was merging my friends accounts into mine. He said the bill is paid but my phone service is now shut off

Contrary to what other reviews say, I received sub par customer service when I came to check out why my phone was not working.Eventually, the store associate was able to help me to solve my problem but I had to go back inside for them to do so (versus them helping me the first time I walked in).To give you a quick example, instead of digging deeper to see why my phone was not working correctly, he stopped the troubleshooting process and showed me other phone options as if my only other option was to by a new phone...The store associate was also more interested in watching a video of phone scammers being trolled, and while I will admit the video was kind of funny, it removed the focus from the customer (me) which did not provide a quality experience.

Theyre very helpful. They got great deals on phones.

The owner is rude and wants to argue. I was nice & now I do have a problem with that store..They charge you to turn on the phone but if you call you dont have to pay. They charge you to help if you have questions, problems & other stores dont.

Cheap friendly service

The phone service itself is dodgy. It doesnt work in certain areas of my house. The people at the local store are really nice.

Not there when there supposed to be open and they said my old wifi box would work at my new address so I paid my bill and come to find out I have to purchase a whole new wifi router for new address

This store is horrible stay away the lady that sold me and my wifes phones lied about us getting service. We live in Linton and dont get service at all when we told her she said oh well it was up to us to know if boost mobile service works in the area we live in. She lied about a return policy Terre haute has a 3day policy and corporate has a 7 on at least devies. She stole 248.00 from my family by sticking us with phones that dont work.

Boost Mobile is okay as a service, but the customer service here is severely lacking. Will not honor online pricing. No notification posted that sales are final. Refused to provide managers contact info. Staff was poorly dressed.

The employee was so rude to me and my husband we went in boost Mobile cos we had issues with our phones and he said oh well and than said if we wanted replacement we have to give him 200 I told him thats what the insurance is for to help repair them I wouldnt recommend this phone carrier to anyone there liars and rude

I used to use boost, they could work on those prices and service I would come back.
