Ms. Shawn always make me feel welcome when I enter into her shop..the owner is pure pleasingly pleasant all times. She makes you feel as part of a family..no matter how bad my locs were, she never criticizes me or my hair. This is the most positive place and setting I have ever been to in my life..you have to go to experience what I am saying .. you will walk out of the shop like you were paying but you got, so much more mental valuable for free!

Not professional at all!! I was given the run around. I simply wanted a consultation, the lady gave the the hardest time. She asked me to take photos and send them. I did. Still have me the run around for a whole week! Then she blocked me!I was simply tryna support a local business.I wish I had her name, she was so rude to me.

The lady told me to send her a picture of my hair and how I want it did and I never heard anything back.

Very unprofessional. She asked me to send pictures and said that she would get back with me about my appointment...well she never did. I contacted her twice since then and nothing... I guess they dont value new clients. Ill just take my business and money elsewhere.

My son got his loc retwist here and it was quick and done very nicely by Kayla. Will return if I can get into contact with anyone.

This is a great place to get natural hairstyles. The owner is friendly works quickly and does a great job. She also talks to you about hair maintenance and answers any questions you have. She makes suggestions but leaves the decisions up to the client. Every client that was there while I was there left pleased. I will return whenever I want my natural hair done. They also offer other services as well. I felt safe while at the shop. The area was clean and in a nice location.

Went to get a great style for my natural hair. Spoke briefly with the stylist about what I did and did not want. I didnt like the style and she recommended a crochet style which would be extra on top the basic style fee, (I stated I didnt want any weave) anyway $70 later I am taking the style down as I drive away. This experience has me leaning back toward a perm.thanks for taking my money for nothing. I will not be back.

I DID love my hair until I found out I actually didnt have sisterlocs nor was my hair locked. I found a stylist who has been doing my hair since Feb. She had to do a lot of repair work. I still wont hair Sisterlocs but I will have locs very close to Sisterlocs!
