These people has the worst attitude Ive ever seen, as if you really have to shop with them. You go into the store looking for one thing and comes out with another. Anything to make a dollar knowing full well its no refund no exchange. I live a few blocks away but will go a country mile to get friendly service.. and a thank you my number one store is in Fulton country MLK Jr driver right there at Fairburn road. Kindness goes a long ways as well as a thank you and this store has it all.

If I could leave a negative 10 stars I would. I went and purchased a pack of hair and BEFORE I checked out I asked JACKELIN if they accepted returns. She said YES as long as the hair is in the same condition. Came back because i found better hair at a different location they tell me NO returns. I told the owner to play the camera back so he can see that the lady told me otherwise. He refused to look at the footage because he knew I was RIGHT. He was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY AT THIS PLACE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I’m so disappointed because I shopped there all the time. This establishment truly doesn’t care about their customers. Will never recommend anyone to shop here. PERIOD!!!

This store has absolutely almost any hair product. There is so much it could be a little bit overwhelming. The prices are reasonable. Customer service is a little slack, however, I would definitely recommend going here.

I know and understand very well the entrepreneur strategic mindset and goals in order to be a successful distributor but my goodness they are tryna pocket SERIOUS REVENUE.... PERFECT EXAMPLE: Sunny Beauty Supply sells the 0.50 fl oz tube of L.A. girl Pro.prep HD Primer at $7.99, whereas you could find it at a MAX. RETAIL price (retail price meaning: the manufacturer selling price + the distributors(sellers) profit price) being at $5.99 (Not including the state and federal sales tax)..... thus being said...... think about how much more you are TRUELY overpaying for each and every product you are putting on top of the checkout counter when you go to shop at this store.....

A rip off during a difficult time... We needed a good set of gloves not one that would rip easily and instantly!!! Rather than do right, the owner responds as a disrespectful teenager... The lady stated an exchange was possible yet this did not occur. Okay... so there are many reputable beauty supply stores in Douglasville. You can pretty much get anything you need for your hair and more at this store. Happily surprised with all the different choices of hair products. You name and I bet they have it.

They only care about goin home. I got there 10 minutes before closing and they turned me away at the door and rudely said we closed. I said i have 10 minutes and they slammed the door in my face and said we closed down the registers. The manager didnt even help me and acted like i was bothering them from goin home. Sad. Will not go there again...

Went there to exchange a unopened package of hair but I couldn’t because of the new policy that wasn’t in place at the time I purchased the product. The owner wouldn’t even give me store credit. I’m disappointed because it could have been so simple.

Found Real Me shampoo and conditioner!!!!! I’ve been ordering these products online since 2014 when I first went natural. I was so surprised when I found it here along with other products from this line.

They probably have the largest amount of wigs and hair types/texture that Ive seen in a beauty store in a while. Lots of different product lines. This will probably be the new hair spot

Horrible service. The guy in the store was rude and in front of a full store proceeded to tell me that,I,had not been in the store 5 minutes before. All I wanted to do was exchange and he refused to do so. The woman who helped me never gave me my receipt that says the rerun policy so he was rude and told me to shut up and be quiet. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AND ADVISE ANYONE ELAE TO STOP AS WELL.

I wasn’t at this store but the sunny beauty supply directly across the street because the same people own both stores. I will never give them my money again. The man refused to exchange the hair which was not used it didnt come out the pack until he pulled it out. He saw that the packaging was still intact (i mean rubber bands and all) but still tried to say the hair had been pulled!!! He got another pack of hair to make his case but they were exactly the same. It was only 5.00 but it was the principle he KNEW I didn’t use that hair just didn’t want to let me exchange. I made my last purchase with them!

HORRIBLE customer service. Arrived at the store 10 mins before close trying to buy one item. The doors were locked and an employee ignored me standing outside as she walked by. I knocked and was told they were closed. After stating it wasn’t even 8 PM, they let me in, directed me to the item, and told me I had two minutes (even after 5 mins it wouldn’t be 8pm) I understand (as I work in customer service myself) that they’re tired and ready to go, but this situation was handled very poorly. Had they just given me the few minutes I needed, I would not be leaving such a bad review. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

I used to love this store but the customer service has failed..The men are men and not helpful. .I went on the store looking for a certain product. I looked around several times before deciding to ask someone..when I did the man became annoyed and quite angry and even told me he was too busy..What type of business is Sunny running. This Asian lady by the register is a trip! I bought my wig and tried to exchange it but they have a final sale policy. But she never said anything when making the transaction. They need to step up their customer service or theres gonna be a whole bunch of black ladies coming to get them.Not trying to be rude but Some Asian owners try to manipulate black customers.

My son and I went into this particular location 6067 Fairburn Rd Douglasville. Im very disappointed that these Koreans are in business. I was asked three times to bring my bag back. I expressed to them something must be wrong with the equipment. A man came from the back and ask for the bag and ask that my son and I walk through the detector. My son the whole time is asking mom what does this mean I said son wait one moment and Ill tell you I was cooked on the inside. I had already requested my monies back and the clerk checking me out and two others are speaking their language and I assume their having conversation on what she did wrong and their messing with the machine etc and say now your okay I said give me my money back ! I went outside and explained to my young child what had taken place. REAL Life situations which people are falsely being accused ! An eye opener for me. They put stores from conner to conner and prey on the African Americans to spend their monies, indicating theres no trust with sensors on just about everything ! However we want your money. Never mine again !! For the first time in life What an insult and humiliation with my young son. And your machine is faulty ! I will be contacting the BBB and the News
