Would not honor the True Car price but I decided to stay and negotiate anyway, We agreed on a payment of 395 per month for 72 months and the payment turned out to be $395.99. I pointed out the discrepancy to the finance guy and he shrugged his shoulders. I signed anyway so silly me. ** edited the review after Dave from the office called. Thank you Dave! I appreciate the follow up. I upgraded the review to 3 stars because of how Dave handled his follow up. Very professional and courteous. My experience was from 2019 so is not a reflection on the current staff. I should have posted this in 2019.

At the end of June, my husband and I went in to the dealership to view one of the Rogues that they had on the lot. We walked in and were immediately helped by Bryan. He got the keys, pulled the car around, and we were able to test drive the vehicle with no problem. We got back to the dealership and let Bryan and Dave know that there were other cars at other dealerships that we wanted to see. They did not play the usual mind games that other dealerships play when trying to keep you on the lot. They told us to give them a call if we changed our minds and then when we returned later, they warmly welcomed us back. The quality of service that we experienced here was fantastic, and that was what brought us back to Nissan World of Springfield. We purchased the Rogue that we previously test drove, and have been happily driving it for over a month now with no problems.I highly recommend buying your vehicle at Nissan World of Springfield. Bryan and Dave were incredibly flexible, understanding, and accommodating throughout the entire process. There was no stress involved with this car buying process whatsoever. Well definitely be back in a few more years to buy our next car!

They are nice up to the point that you agree to buy the car and accept the price. After that its very high pressure to close fast. Their strategy is to over quote a lot after very effective and slick sales pitch and then reel you in really fast. As a result, I am paying much higher than I should be on the lease. Yes, I got gypped. Please protect yourself by verifying any lease price they quote directly on nissan finance. I signed a lease whose with a monthly payment 35% higher than what Nissan Finance is offering directly on their website for the same car. This was the first time I leased a car - live and learn.

I would have left zero stars if it was possible. I have been a loyal customer for around 15 years, leasing multiple vehicles from Springfield Nissan. This last visit I attempted to negotiate a deal for the Nissan national lease price on a vehicle. I understand if a deal cannot be made, its the nature of the business, but it was more than that at this last visit. Salesman and Sales Manager would not explain why they couldnt match the deal, only to say they dont have to. The entire time the General Manager is standing watching instead of stepping in, to maybe explain what the other two couldnt. Then when I asked the General Manager for his card, he rudely just said no, I never had that happen at a dealership before. I felt like they didnt care for my business. It was a horrible experience and I also contacted Nissan USA to complain about the dealership

Shopping for a new car alone as a woman is an intimidating experience, and my salesperson, Emma Gomez, took the time to help me feel at ease. Emma made me feel comfortable from the get-go and did not pressure me to make a decision, but instead listened to my needs and worked with my very limited budget. She gave me a lot of options for how I could get a new vehicle--buy, lease, or lease to own--and she was willing to take the time to explain each one and let me do the math and make the decision that was best for me. She also took the time to give me a tour of the whole dealership, which made me feel more comfortable and like I could return there for service if I need to do so in the future. Finally, she sat with me in my new Rogue Sport and explained how to use all of the safety features and Apple Carplay. Her manager, Dave, was also very helpful and receptive to my concerns. He explained all of the financing paperwork and optional extra insurance options without pushing them on me. Overall, my experience with Nissan World of Springfield was a very positive one and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle, but especially a woman car-shopping alone.

Last time I felt extremely disappointed by the service and how pushing the dealer agent was by asking me to purchase everything. This time, it was a different story. The sales person treated me with respect, patience and had a great capability to listen to all my concerns, she is definitely a rising star, and if I go back to Nissan is due to her charisma and the quality of the vehicles.I did not like when I was told that I had to pay a difference on taxes, which once again was something I was not told before signing the paper work. However, since I love my new Nissan, I let this go for now.I want to let customers know that Nissan takes really serious the maintenance of their vehicles and they have the best team working at Parts and Services. This department is phenomenal. They always provide a 5 🌟 service to my vehicle.

Very disappointing experience. I came in to have my rearview mirror reattached to the windshield.I was told a new rearview mirror needs to be installed and it would take about one hour and a half... Fine. After about an hour an a half of waiting there with a small child in my care, the service person tells me they couldnt help me today because they need to order a special part... She wasnt even apologetic about wasting my time until I pointed out that this is something I could have been told shortly upon arrival, not almost two hours later. Even then, no one really seemed to care that I just wasted my time waiting for nothing.

Went in for an oil change and they were all really nice but when my dad opened my hood (less than a week after) the windshield washer fluid was completely empty and the antifreeze was also almost empty. They didn’t fill any of them or let me know that I should. Will not go back there for servicing.

I purchased my Rogue Sport from another dealership and lets just say the service I received there was horrendous. Nissan World is just a few miles from my office so I crossed my fingers. From the moment I walked in Evelyn greeted me warmly and listened to my concerns. She pulled up my records and started the ball rolling to have it diagnosed.I thought there was something wrong with my brakes, but the diagnosis was actually not my brakes, but a substantial over inflation of my tires from my previous dealership. John took me for a test drive to be sure I was satisfied afterwards AND both he and Evelyn found a problem with the front crash sensor… something the other dealership told me was normal. All taken care of… including wash.Long story short… I found my service home.. and I found my service advisor in Evelyn. I haven’t felt that level of comfort and confidence in a service department since I bought my Nissan. Please don’t change a thing.

Diagnosis of my passenger air bag error message was never done, the tech just suggested replacing several thousand dollars worth of seat belt retractor and seat cushion to see if that would fix the problem.When I drove away after refusing any repairs, the error light was no longer on and the vehicle has not indicated any further problems

Went in for an oil change and transmission drain and fill. Oil price was good but $299 for transmission drain and fill thats overboard. Service advisor recommended throttle and something else cleaning all they did was add two different bottles in the gas tank and connected another one to a hose and car ran for a while. Walked out paying over $800.00. During the diagnostic they found a faulty front sensor and to replace and calibrate they wanted to charge me over $1600 meanwhile the vehicle is a certified pre-owned with extended warranty to 100k miles and at the time vehicle had 60.8k miles. Service advisor said thats not covered meanwhile I paid $2000.00 for bumper to bumper protection. Wow between salesman or Service rep one of them are BSing. I see no customer satisfaction.....

2015 Nissan Altima, was told that it will cost me $136 to replace 1 front headlight bulb and that my washer fluid is leaking and needs replacement which another mechanic checked and found nothing wrong!!! I’m not kidding $136 for a light bulb that costs $18. IF THATS NOT A RIP-OFF THEN I DONT KNOE WHST IS. Local mechanic did it for $30. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU NEED ANY WORK DONE ON YOUR CAR. ONE BIG SCAM AND RIP-OFF!!!!

Had a 2pm appt. for an oil change and when I arrived, I asked how long, and was told at Least 2 1/2 hrs. which was unacceptable. So, I had to reschedule for another day. I shouldnt have to wait that long, for an APPT. I didnt just drive in and expect to be taken next. So, I had to make 2 trips instead of one. Ill think twice before I make another appt.Yes, the work was completed correctly, but not until my second visit.

In June 2021 I went in person again, and they finally gave me my registration after they saw me upset. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT. Contacted several other dealerships, and just kept getting transferred Dept to Dept. I was very frustrated because I was simply looking for a part for an older vehicle and it seemed like no one wanted to assist me. I finally called this dealership and spoke to a gentleman named Joe, who was extremely helpful! He answered all of my questions, knew exactly what I was looking for, and even went and made sure the dealership had the actual part before I took the 45 min drive! I’ve been hesitant on entering establishments since the pandemic began. At my arrival I was greeted safely by staff. Everyone was friendly and wearing proper PPE! It was comforting to see all precautions being taken seriously. I was scheduled for an 8:30am servicing but arrived around 8:05-8:10am. My wait wasn’t long at all! Maybe an hour tops! This place has one of the worst Service Departments. I scheduled a service way ahead of time because a part had to be ordered. Two hours after dropping off the car I got a call that the part was never delivered. I had to plead with the representative to get the part from another dealership nearby as I cant take any more time off to service the car. The worst part is that when I showed up to pick up the car 45 minutes before the closing, no one was present in the Service Department. It was a Saturday and everyone left one hour early. One of the Sales Managers thankfully helped me out but I literally had to walk around the whole place asking for help. This was an awful experience and one that will definitely turn me away from dealing with Nissan again. There are so many other dealerships that actually value their customers. This one, unfortunately, is not one of them.

At first I was skeptical because of the amount of negative reviews, but I gave Nissan World of Springfield a shot since it was closer to home. I just turned in my old lease for a 2020 and unexpectedly, had a great experience! Amer Mohamed was very thorough and he didn’t waste my time, unlike many other brand specialists have in the past. I test drove the vehicle on my own, due to COVID restrictions of course. Although I was not very confident that I would drive away with a new car today due to past experiences, I was pleasantly surprised with Amer and his customer sales and service skills. This dealer also has a decent sized showroom, and a big lot. I also let Amer know that I had to finish by a certain time, and he had me out with time to spare. Went in to turn in my 2018 Rogue lease and what I thought would be a smooth transition was far from. Found out they were not honest with and had no problem taking the deposit. I should have stayed with Edison Nissan! Called Nissan Corporate!!! I have nothing but great things to say about this Nissan location. Amer has been helping my grandfather for years now with his leases. Amer sat with us and explained every part of the vehicle and its features. He even helped put on my grandfathers new license plates. He respected and honored the social distancing guidelines and was patient throughout the entire meeting. On Monday, March 8th I went to Nissan of Springfield, NJ. My lease for my 2018 Nissan Altima SR Midnight Edition was due. I talked with salesman (Ahmar) and we talked about staying near the same price with the new Altima. I told him I liked the remote start and dark interior and exterior, and I did not need the leather seats. Ahmar showed me a Nissan Altima SV with AWD. I liked it, but realized it was not as pleasing to the eye as my 2018 and seemed to be missing somethings. Ahmar told me that this was a better car because of the AWD and it had the same features except heated seats (which I asked about). I regrettably signed the paperwork knowing it didnt feel right. When I got home that night, I knew I wasnt happy. I called and left Ahmar a message the next morning (3/9) of my concerns:Paying moreLonger lease termLess mileageLess features1800.00 downAnd I was not getting anything more.When I got to the dealership that day (3/9), he said he didnt get my message. I began to tell him and Paul that I was not satisfied and felt like I was taken advantage of and wanted to see what a car equivalent to my 2018 Nissan Altima would cost or get something cheaper or give me my money back and I would leave. Paul and Ahmar rudely while interrupting my long speech why I felt like I didnt get a good deal and pretty much said there is nothing they could do. Paul told me to call Nissan Financing and maybe they could do something, called them and they said they did not know why the dealership would say that.I then spoke to Nick (GM) who more pleasantly told me his hands were tied and I should have said something before I signed the deal. I told him that I felt pressured and was assured the car was better. And I realized how disappointed I was with the car when I got home and compared the 2 cars.They only thing that I see that was better was the AWD. Which I told them I did not need, but it did seem like it made for a better driving car. The 2021 car is much smaller, less features, higher monthly payment, less mileage allowed, and longer lease agreement. I feel that Ahmar did not clearly state the differences with the 2 cars, did not give me option of another car, continued to use terminology that I didnt understand and said I didnt understand, I had to keep repeating what he was saying then using wording that I thought were true so I could somewhat know what he was talking about, he also at one point told me that the payment would only be $1.50 more a day (depending on lease term) and wouldnt make that much of a difference. Which is over $30 a month and a huge difference especially during these times and who is he to tell me what only $1.50 a day is to me? Anyways, I have been a Nissan customer for over 7-8 years and I am very disappointed in the level of empathy, professionalism, and honesty that came from the dealership. I am now stuck with a car that I am not pleased with for 4 years and cannot wait until this lease is over so I can go somewhere else. I really do love Nissan, but this left a bad and sad taste in my mouth. This is now a hard lesson for me that I should have went with my instincts and said no, I dont like this.Sincerely a DISSATISFIED customer

John Flores and team were exceptional. Not a pushy salesman and was very honest. I told him my budget and though he did attempt to sale me a higher bid, he later did sale me my dream car right in my budget. I know it’s business, but it’s the experience and the person that makes this worthwhile. I will be working with Nissan moving forward.

I drive over 30 minutes to come to this dealer instead of the one 5 minutes from my house but the dealer completely ripped me off and over charged me. I looked up online for Nissan controllers + labor and the dealer charged me 4x that amount. I said something and then they gave me a discount but it was still too much money and then wanted to add $1,000 more in service. I refused to have unnecessary work which I was advised the vehicle didn’t need it. This dealer is in the business to make money off people at whatever cost!

From the time I pulled in the gentleman asked me what I was their for. I told him I made an appointment to have my oil changed and that the lady on the phone told me I was due for my 35,000 mile check up. I also showed him that I was missing a screw in the front. They took care of everything for me and he told me next time I would need an ailment. I always get my oil change with them, and last time I was rushing and went to Jiffy. I was so disappointed with them that I went running back to Nissan. I would tell everyone to stay with this dealership. They are the best in customer service

I was very satisfied! They did a recall on my vehicle and gave me a loaner vehicle in the meantime. I was able to get to work, and more importantly, I was able to pick up my vehicle past 5pm because one of the service guys waited for me to get there. Very very nice of them!
