I love Jaslyn. I love Michelle. Oh my Amanda is a gem as well... they are super consistent! O stars for me due to the Natasha chick. She is unhealthy for customer service. She is a culprit for business and like a cancer for this location. I am extremely HAPPY she runs to the back when she sees me coming. Her gossip gets back to me but shes not worth me confronting about anything. I definitely dont ever want her help with nothing but my space when I visit this location. She has a HATEFUL energy and very envious... poor thing!! Thank you to everyone who has awsome customer service and is there for the customer experience. You all are the real MVPs.

Great customer service, super deals, I love the christmas scents. I cant get my hands on strawberry pound cake. I wish they would make the strawberry bourbon vanilla, its the best. The gingerbread latte is awesome as well! As you can see Im set for life! But I cant stop lol

It’s been a long time since I’ve walked into a Bath and Body Works and was treated kindly and friendly. Lovely staff and great selection. I’ll be coming here from now on!

I went in and had a very wonderful experience. The young lady that works there named A’Keva helped me out so much. I didn’t exactly know what I was looking for but when I explained to her what type of candles scents I was possibly looking for she helped me out in a big way.

I love B&BW. They give money saving coupons. In my mailbox and love the new scents they come out with every year especially for the spring and summer.

Friendly and helpful staff

Walked in, no greeting, just a bunch of employees standing around in a circle. Found my candle I liked, took it to the register with a candle I just got for a Christmas gift (less than halfway burned) to change out. The lady proceeded to tell me I couldn’t swap the candles out even though I use to work at bath and body and I know there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like something you can exchange it anytime for something you do like. They told me at the register I can only get $5 for the candle no exchanges. I was never asked if I needed help the entire time I was in the store. I love bath and body and use to be an employee, but I will not be back.

Had everything and great customer service. Just wished they had more spaand skin care line.

The customers here ruined the shopping experience more than the store itself or the employees. Fellow customers are extremely rude and uppity, acting as if they are entitled to something extra, as if they arent shopping at the same sales as the rest of us peons.Store is small-ish, basic B&BW layout with the usual over friendly employees.

Im already went to Bath & Body Works at The Summit Birmingham with my Mom and sister Jessica earlier this afternoon.

I love all the candles and other things. Customer service is amazing too.

This store had a great selection of candles. I also liked the fact that the staff acknowledged me when I walked in.

Amazing customer service. As soon as you walk through the door, an associate will greet you and offer their help. They are also very friendly about using coupons and even let you do multiple transactions. The store is always very organized.

Everyone I talked to was very helpful except for the cashier. Great experience until you check out. Not sure her name but she had kind of a Mohawk. She needs a chat from management clearly. Huffed and puffed when I asked questions and threw my stuff around like she was having a temper tantrum. Prob wont shop at this location ever again.

They always have an amazing selection and the staff here is so friendly. I just wish their prices were a bit cheaper so I could get more for my buck. But even with that being said, you do get your moneys worth, most of the time.

Didnt have a great selection and the store had only two people on the floor who were helpful. The cashier was another gem! But yeah it wasnt thw greatest shopping experience.
