If I could give this review 10 stars, I would. I ordered my products on a Sunday night and received them on Wednesday morning. The items were packed tightly to avoid movement during shipping and had protective taping across the tops to prevent spillage. I am truly impressed with your company and look forward to doing more business with you in the future!!!

This is the store if you are trying to find hard to locate items and odd items. It is well stocked along with friendly customer service. I would shop any day of the week at this store and friend the same customer service and helpfulness.

I must say I am beyond satisfied. I was very apprehensive about ordering from this store. I called last year 2020 spoke with very pleasant gentleman, yet I delayed ordering having had bad experiences with Sallys . To the point where my products smelled of smoke.I finally ordered 2021. Everything came on time and securely wrapped, down to my colors. Received my order busted and product all over shipping box. Why would you ship this without using bubble cushioning or foam wrap?? I decided to chalk this up as a loss and NEVER order from them again!

I made an online order and was skeptical because the price was almost too good to be true. Then, USPS delivered my package to the wrong address. But ensley beauty supply customer service resolved the issue by sending me another shipment and using UPS which probably cost more. They may have lost money on the transaction but they gained a repeat customer. I’ll be ordering all my future hair care products from them. I also received the new shipment exactly as ordered. Couldn’t be happier with the end result.

On Wednesday April 8, 2020, I decided to search for a “beauty supply store” online which had my perm manufacturer in stock. Yes, the “world” is in “pandemic” mode but that doesn’t mean I can’t continue to do my hair as usual. I am my own “beauty salon”. Lol 😂. I found Ensley Beauty Supply during my google search and was very happy. Best decision I made. Before placing my order, I called the customer service number and spoke to a gentleman ( yes, there is a person available to answer your call even during a pandemic ..no run- a-round here). #Awesomeness🥰🥰🥰. I asked the gentleman: “ If once I placed my order, how long will my shipping be delayed due to this pandemic?”. He replied: “that their order timeframe to ship due to the pandemic is within a 1 day delay and that if I had any other questions or concerns, to give them a call back”. I really appreciated his honest and warm answer so....I placed my order on April 8, 2020 right after I hung up. Did I mention I live in Charlotte, NC. My order arrived very quickly. It was on my doorstep on Monday April 13, 2020. Need I say more. I really wish Ensley had my other favorite hair products that I use on a regular basis because honestly, I really regret ordering those hair products from this other “bozo” hair supply company who still hasn’t delivered my order from April 8, 2020 like this wonderful hair supply store. Wish there were more businesses like Ensley...they were reliable, fast and accountable and especially during these very uncertain times. I will now be ordering my perm directly online from Ensley and hope to be a long time customer for many years to come. I will give them 4 stars. I need a Block head mannequin. They dont have it. I have been waiting since 2007 to have one. I will have to order online but I still had a great experience and I am happy with the routine purchases I made. They have EVERYTHING!!! EXCEPT the block head mannequin. Please go and visit them you wont be disappointed... UNLESS...you are are looking for a Block head mannequin.

I was hoping to offer a good review.Although the operators appear friendly. I don’t agree with their customer service when “something goes wrong.” My items were apparently out of stock and not coming in for 1-2 weeks. Options: I can cancel them and purchase when they came in with the $9.95 shipping or I could put my whole order on hold, they would all ship at the same time.....I requested they ship the items in stock and just ship the other items when they came in (free of charge) why lose out on $149 order for a $10 shipping fee. Unfortunately for me, these shampoos were the reason for my order. Since I met the original $149 free shipping threshold..... why not allow me to separate the orders and ship both orders out for free. This way I would get the other items I was awaiting timely. You would think since there is an obvious ordering error that would be good customer service......it wasn’t at least to me.
