This shop was referred to me by my insurance company. Overall I had a great experience from beginning to end. It’s located adjacent to Enterprise as well, so getting my rental was a quick and easy process. I didn’t need two people to drop off and return. All I had to do was check in my car for a repair, and walk 20 steps to Enterprise to pick up my rental.They even washed and detailed my car! My car was even ready before the estimated time. I would go back again.

Everyone I encountered at Xtreme (Mark, Brock, and the guy at the front desk-sorry I didn’t catch your name) were very friendly and professional. They were very upfront, honest, and proactive with their communication each step of the process., so I never felt I needed to call and get a status. In the end, they had my car ready on Friday vs the following Monday, which was fantastic and my car looked good as new! Also, a bonus is they have a lifetime warranty on their work/paint job (for as long as you own the car)👍🏼 I would definitely recommend them for any auto-body repairs and paint.

However, the board that sits under the carpet so the trunk has a flat surface is gone. So now there is just a carpet sitting on top of the spare tire, another frustrating disappointment from Xtreme Collision. I only used them because of their high rating and a recommendation from my insurance company, go somewhere else. They found my floor board and made it my problem to drive 30 minutes to go pick it up after they failed to reinstall it, even after their, quality check. I asked for them to deliver it to my home as it was their fault in the first place and they refused to offer me any compensation for time or gas spent to fix their mistake.

Someone bumped into my car which caused my grill to crack. I looked around trying to find a reputable place that did great work but was finding places that either charged to much or I didnt feel ok with their work.I ended up finding this location and was excited that its a certified location. Brock was amazing, he explained the process, showed me different estimates of what to expect and just overall made the experience great.They finished my car in the same day not to mention and even cleaned the inside which I didnt expect.

I took my car in after I scrapped it against a concrete pillar to get repaired. The front desk receptionist guy and the estimator, David did a great job of taking care of me and my car expeditiously. These folks are all over the place. They dont communicate with one another. They call you and tell you your car is complete, when there are still parts missing (National Back Order, so not their fault). Its unfortunate that this is the case, but ... it is. Communication is key. They could be better. My car looks great for missing parts, but they told me it was ready and then they had to have it checked multiple times. So, it was not complete and I wasted a lot of time.

I have a matte paint job and this isn’t the first time I had to get my car painted due to an accident. Body shops usually don’t get the matte paint to match the rest of my car but the guys at Xtreme Collision did an amazing job! My cousin and I were very impressed when I picked up my car. Definitely recommend this place !

Mercedes Testament - Brock at Xtreme knows how to fix Mercedes. I am an engineer and I am very picky. Then, I was super concerned when I wrecked my Mercedes. I am glad I found Brock and I am glad Allstate allows the policy holder to pick a body shop. Brock is an Allstate liaison subject matter expert, helping me through the process. BUT, the best part is how well his team restored my Mercedes.

My front bumper was in bad shape after an accident. Someone told me to give Xtreme Collision a shot, and Im glad I did. The work was done very well, ahead of schedule, and for a great price. They were also very upfront and honest with what they would be doing, and stuck to their word. I would be more than confident recommending Xtreme to anyone in the area needing to get quality work done.

Used Xtreme collision repair to replace my front bumper on my SUV. They quoted me a price and told me if once they found the exact parts of it was less, it would be less. I thought that was nice of them, but at least I knew what the maximum price would be for the repair. I dropped my car off when they told me to and got it back by noon the next day and it was almost 1/2 if the original quote. The car was finished on time, looks great and I couldn’t be more pleased that it came in under what they quoted me. VERY GOOD BUSINESS TO WORK WITH and couldn’t recommend them enough! Also, they cleaned my car! I know shops used to do that, but not many of them anymore. Thank you all so much!

I’ve never been in a wreck before so my husband and I were not sure what to expect. We were provided with a list of repair shops from our insurance company and Xtreme Collision had by far the best reviews. Drop off was very simple and the staff was very communicative. We were given an estimate of about 2 weeks for the repairs which was surprising to both my husband and I. Amidst the holidays and Covid my car was done a day early! Pick up was just as easy as drop off and my car looked great. It looked cleaner than when I dropped it off! There were a few finger marks from the work on the windows and one of the staff members quickly took care of it and cleaned it off (we were super appreciative of that!). The whole staff was very kind and professional. We are so happy to have found this shop and will definitely be returning if needed in the future! I definitely felt that my car was in good hands with Xtreme Collision.

Etreme has completely ruined my car i love so much. It has been more than a year since there repairs and I’m still dealing with the fall out. They will take no responsibility. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere they will respect it and most importantly respect you.Update: A day after posting this review I was called by an employee threatening to take me to court. I would take the reviews with a grain of salt as it seems they’re intimidating people.

I walked in and immediately knew this guy was a scam artist. The first thing he said its Ill take your money. After waiting he walked me to my vehicle to get a quote and just randomly threw a number out of $3,500 to paint hood. Everyone in the area within a one mile radius quoted me between $600 and $800 dollars and printed me a professional quote. He just made up a number in his head just to get me out of his shop. Please Please do not trust these people with your time and your money. Buyer beware!

I had my front bumper looked up and Brock gave me a quote but also a better fix for the repair that I could do myself, rather than spend more on the quote. He was very professional, emailing me the quote and following up with a phone call. He went out of his way to save me a lot of money. I would recommend their services to anyone!

Xtreme Collision wouldnt install my aftermarket diffuser and I couldnt be happier.I took my BMW to Xtreme Collision to have the rear bumper repainted after I scratched it. The repainted bumper is absolutely beautiful, and the color match is perfect to my eye, which is not trivial on a 7 year old vehicle.But thats what I would expect from any competent pain shop. What really impressed me was what they didnt do. I asked them to also swap the OEM rear diffuser (valance) to a sportier aftermarket diffuser.Unfortunately, the aftermarket part didnt fit well. Many shops would have charged ahead and done whatever was required to mount it, possibly damaging the vehicle in the process. Instead the folks at Xtreme communicated their recommendation that I not proceed and sent me pictures showing the fitment issues. I decided to follow their recommendation, which ended up reducing the total cost of their services.I was very impressed by their professionalism!

Ive used this shop a few times, and the shop is powered by people whom are diligent at providing good quality work. Additionally, the extent of their capabilities goes beyond what most other body shops can do.When somethings broken, Ill take it to them first, because theyre honest, and they will tell me who to take the car to, if they cant handle it.Always pleased with them. I try to deal with Mark, but theyre all good.

My car was broken into on June 14. My passenger side window was shattered and my stereo was ripped out. It should also be noted that my car is 12 years old. Xtreme Collision was recommended by my insurance company.They did an amazing job with my car. The work was done quickly. And my car looked great when I got it back. Mark took great care of me. Somehow he managed to get a much better stereo put in my car than I originally had. And aside from a slight technical issue due to the repairs it was fantastic. Great service and work. We were in a head on collision in a 4WD Tahoe. Xtreme did a great job of restoring it.I needed to replace an aftermarket fuel cell that was damaged in the crash. Xtreme was very accommodating in letting me come in and do the mods before they bolted the front end back on.
