I would not recommend this place . Very bad customer service. I purchased my “quartz countertops.” I thought quartz countertops were stain resistant and easy to maintain. But this cheap material stained a week later after we had it installed. I went to the office and talk to a girl that sold me the counter tops and she told me that she never told me that what I was buying was quartz. I left my phone number for them to call me and never got a call back. I also email the manager or owner JASON LU. I never got an answer from this people. Bad bad bad products. I would not recommend this place. CHEAP materials Poor customer service.

Definitely NOT the lowest prices and the customer service is the worst in my experience….they show no interest in the customer who is about to spend $5,000….but the cabinets are great, even though the lady forgot to order ONE of my cabinets and then wanted to charge an additional $300 for shipping, not including the price for the missing cabinet SMH

Very poor and disorganized company. I am a contractor and I had my client go down to the Visalia location and found the countertops and materials that she wanted installed. Based on her interaction with the employees at that facility, we were all under the understanding that the materials she just pick for the project were on hold and waiting for me to install. I spoke to the representative myself multiple times and there was never any indication that I had to pay for the product in order for them to ACTUALLY hold them. I have an account with them so I figured they would put it on my account like any other vendor in the construction industry.Anyways, I called to make sure the product was ready for pick up and I was informed that they no longer had all the material present at that facility and I would need to go to their Bakersfield and Clovis facility in order to piece my order together. I asked if they could help me piece that order together and they said they could but it would be about 2.5 weeks from now. I informed them that I have a tight schedule for this project and it didn’t seem to matter to them.For their mistake, I have to deal with all the issues. They look like a good company at face but once you order anything from them, it’s complete disorganization. Do NOT go to this company. Go anywhere else.

This stuff is junk. After just a week the spots began and scratches on floor. This is normal wear and should not be this easy to scratch . I can’t get a response by management to fix this “bad batch” . I have to re do all of this ! There are new scratches daily, and the countertops are even worse! Scratches with anything moving across and spots have started to appear. I was told the products should not do this and they would be sending someone out to inspect. That was weeks ago, and no response to me now. Furious.

We had to replace our under-mount sink and the cost was going to be huge because we have a very large counter (173 inches) and peninsula (121 inches). We went to several kitchen remodeling places and the prices for any type of new counter top was going to be several thousands.Lu Granite came out and did a measurement. They emailed the estimate and I called them as I thought they made and error as their estimate was so low. Because we needed three or four slabs, we picked a granite pattern that would be easier to match the seems. When they installed the slabs Lu Granite said they were actually giving us money back as the slabs we picked were less expensive then the slabs they quoted us with. Installed with a round edge the granite and installation including sink and faucet was $2192.There were some rough edges on a seem that may have been like that from the manufacturer but Lu installers came the day we called to ask them about it and they fixed it that night.All of the Lu employees were really nice and helpful.I dont know if they could be beat

Fyi... Lus is a supplier. Any installer you use to install something in your home such as granite or tile needs to be researched. Ive been installing for decades and 90% of my customers have no problem allowing a potential customer of mine into thier home to see my work. Its not like Im sending crack addicts to them and they know Id never do anything to jeaprodize thier safety or the security of thier home. Ive read a few of the bad reviews on here about nightmare installs. For you folks my heart goes out to you. However I need to inject, l highly doubt you researched the installer. You are the consumer, if its not done to industry standards or better, dont pay till its corrected. Nobody gets its right 100% of the time. But its how the installer deals with it. If hes left you hanging, then by all means share the nightmare as well as the name. But if he made it right and you share the night mare, include that as well.
