These guys are the real deal and understand that our cars are essential to everyday life. They saved me $1700 quoted from another auto shop in town when my power steering went out and they squeezed me in on a hot summer day when my AC went out. They also have a nice little fenced in area to hang with your fur babies if you’re there for a short time. Billy is very professional and very personable as well. He did a great job explaining everything and pulled some strings to get my problem fixed the same day. I highly recommend these guys if you want quality work done.

They are the best! They dont over charge or try to make fix several things when you come in for one thing. They are honest hard working nice guys.

Made my appointment 3 weeks ago to have my thermostats and housing replaced. Took it in on 4/12 and they called me back at 3 pm on 4/12 saying it was done. Took my Pontiac Grand Prix to Bench Auto Repair due to a coolant leak. Had it in by 7:30am and had it completed by 9:30am. Cost was only $175. I have to say I love these guys they are absolutely amazing. This is not the first time I have used them and will not be the last time I use them.

Steve & his guys were friendly, sincere, helpful, & honest in checking my vehicle out. They didnt treat me like a female in any way, instead I was treated like a person. I just got an appointment for an assessment but the fair & locally owned plus honest work ethic so far so good. Will update review as assessment & work on my vehicle is finished.Just got my car repair quote/estimate from Steve who helped me with figuring what my extended warranty covered & I would need to pay for out of pocket. He went the extra mile & even prioritized repairs that I would have to pay for plus even showed me what was on list while my car was on the lift. Immediately scheduled an appointment to get some of things off the list taken care of which I planned on. The ONLY thing is that theyre really busy & booked out approximately a week out but thats okay because theres a good reason for that. Ill update after getting some work on my car.UPDATE:Dropped off my car @ 8am today for replacement of 3-motor mounts, power steering belt, & tension check for drive belt. Mike & his team had my car done around 1pm which is amazing. He also had an itemized list of what needs to be done which was sorted by priority, top being most important.The Bench Auto Repair Team made me feel good about my car being in the shop despite none of the repairs being covered by my extended warranty from Endurance Direct (which I thought some would have been). I also felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care & Steve answered all my questions, never making me feel silly or dumb.I wouldnt know who to take my car to if it wasnt for Bench Auto Repair & without hesitation would recommend them. In fact I already plan on scheduling more work next month with them.
