Great customer service, Casey and John was amazing, getting our vehicle in next day for service and was very knowledgeable with the services and recalls on our car. Definitely will come back for future car services with our car. No hidden fees or surprise services, straight forward and kept us informed during the whole maintenance of our car.

I had to go back in for a part that was waiting to come in. The night before my appointment I had an accident with a new insurance claim and they got the claim estimate and repair work taken care of in just a day and a half. New management and new receptionist have done wonders for this place and I’m beyond impressed by their service. Thanks Adam and Sharon and crew!

Ordered a key waited 2 an a half months an still didn’t get it, they were rude an very unprofessional. “can’t return within 30 days” but told us not to return it because it was “in the mail” they lied throughout the whole thing. very poor customer service

Underriner charged me for the price of a new bumper and kept my old one on. They tried painting over it and did an absolute horrendous job!The management at this body shop is unethical and treats customers poorly. I will never take another vehicle here!I took my SUV to Golden Nugget down the street and they treated me much better and would have charged me a fraction of what Underriner did.To those reading this if you want better customer service and exceptional service check out Golden Nugget.

Great place to have body work done after accident. People there are easy to deal with.

Someone must be writing fake reviews because I cant go on about how horrible this place is. If you can imagine a special education students in 2nd grade so called mechanics that cant do a damn thing correctly thats about what this place is. Ive never seen worse in my life and Im from Tenn and my dad is a sales manager at a huge dealership here and was so shocked at this unprofessional dumphole.These people took a month and a half to fix our car, lied about having it done. Saying it needed additioninal work with wiring. We come to montana and are forced to wait 2 weeks for our car. We arw 1500 miles from home. The dealership doesnt care because they got the insurance money and got us stuck. So they screw us even harder by demanding even MORE money from the insurance over 3000 additionally.Thankfully we have good insurance so they took care of us. But it was a true SHAM rip off. Cost us thousands on hotels and a nightmare of lies while they charged 11000 to repair a 2014 civic and lied to everyone including our insurance to rip everyone off. This was a nightmare.
