Erik and Kelly are very professional. They got our Acadia in before its scheduled appointment and spent time on the repair to make sure the issue did not return. They even went above and beyond to re-inspect our car when oil was noticed on our garage floor after sitting overnight. I would definitely recommend them to work on anyones vehicle. I had heard that this shop was prone to add “problem “ issues to your service ticket but being level headed I waited and tried the shop for myself. A simple oil change on an older vehicle was $41 and came back with a list of severe issues so bad that I spent the next two hours calling other shops I had experience with to get my car looked at. As if today, my car was on a lift and deemed older but perfectly reliable. None of the noted items were Actively an Issue. A for what it’s worth.

I just had a differential pinion seal replaced on our car and I have to say Shiloh Automotive did a great job. I could have had the work done anywhere, but Erik went out of his way to make sure I was aware of everything going on and I know that it was done right. Having someone you trust is crucial, but having someone that will make it as easy as possible to get in and out without a bunch of hassle is priceless. Even if you dont end up going with them, I highly recommend at least getting their opinion.

They gave me a quote and didnt ask for a dollar more. They told me when my truck would be done and it was ready. Great experience. The best place in town. Erik is an outstanding mechanic and very friendly. You know you will be taken care of. I have been taking my vehicle to Erik for about a year now and I have never once been unhappy with the work. Erik rebuilt my carburetor and got my old Ford running like new again. I had a problem a few months down the road and Erik took my truck back in and fixed it for free (faulty part, no one to blame). I know, without a doubt, that I am getting the best care for my vehicles at the best price. I cant speak highly enough about Shiloh Automotive; I recommend them to everyone. I now live in Gardiner and any work I need done will still be at Shiloh Automotive, its worth the drive.

Awesome service. I had a day off and realized that I needed an oil change, so I called around and this place was the only one that could get me in same-day. They got me in right on time, did an oil change quickly (but didnt hassle me about all the stuff that Jiffy lube does), identified a problem with my exhaust, and got me a quote for the repair, all in like 30 minutes and for a good price. Super friendly folks. The service guy even brought me in to the shop with my car on the lift to show me the problem with me exhaust. Ive literally never had a mechanic bring me in to the shop. Love that.Oh and they saw that I had my dog with me and they insisted that I bring her inside the reception area. Bonus points for that.

Don is a Master mechanic when your vehicle leaves there it is perfect

Theyve done work for me on 2 different vehicles - always seem to have a fair price and the work is dependable. The owner (Eric) always explains the diagnosis well and breaks down costs/procedures. They are the nearest mechanic to my home, so I will go back.
