I visited to because my brake wasn’t responsive. They checked vehicle and charged $100 labor fee only for the check-up while they didn’t fix anything. I’m not sure if it is just me, but from my previous experience, I have never seen any auto repair shop charging $100 for the check-up when the vehicle is actually in good condition. Be mindful and ask them about the labor charge.

Found a nail in our tire and happened to be nearby. Drive there, talk to a technician and got it fixed in 10 minutes. Fast, no unnecessary talk and very reasonable price. The best auto repair I have been to.

My boyfriend and I decided to do a 3 day mini trip to Seattle from Portland. Unfortunately, our first day there our 2000 bmws power steering hose burst and had a bad leak to the point we could barely turn the wheel. We went on google to look at reviews. Many people here mentioned how trustworthy, knowlegable and fairly priced this place is. We saw Pauls name mentioned many times and decided to give this place a go. Despite the very short amount of time we had in Seattle, Paul was able to get our car fixed in a very timely manner. Paul was professional, reliable and very trustworthy. Prices are definitely fair. Its hard for me to trust mechanics but this place I would highly recommend and would go to again if I have any car trouble while in the area.Thank you so much Paul, my boyfriend and I are grateful to you!

Really nice place to visit...the younger guy was very nice and I enjoyed speaking to him but an older guy who took my order was rather pushy and was not very tolerant when I pushed back against him trying to upsale me. My car is old and I knew I needed one tire replaced but apparently my other three tires were worn too. He was kind of pushy to get me to replace all when I only have enough money to replace one tire. He also made fun and mocked me and my car because he claims with just one tire getting traction my car would go in circles. Really did not give me a good impression on customer service. I havent been back since. I have PTSD disorder which is a disability and when people mock or emotionally abuse me making me feel shame I am too poor to upkeep my car they way they feel I should I can have emotional outburst so I just stay away from this place.

They were very honest very detail oriented. In the car was too expensive for me to fix. But they gave me a very reasonable price for the work they did it was very kind

Ive been using Old Bellevue Chevron since back when Fred ran the place. Now that Paul is running the show, Ill be coming here as long as they still work on cars. They are hands down the best place for general auto repair. Paul always tells me exactly what needs fixing and is always looking to tailor the costs so that I dont spend more than I need to have a working vehicle. That said, Ive never had any problem with the work from this place. One time Paul let me know that they had missed something and he would immediately work to rectify it. I find that level of trust and honesty hard to find anywhere and I treasure this place accordingly. Paul is my mechanic.

Paul has ALWAYS done right by me. Hes taken care of my old ford truck, Mercedes and now the Prius. Hes always fair, keeps you informed about what going on with parts and repair time.

They let me know of a few other things that were needed but those things were legitimately long overdue. I already knew about them and hadnt dealt with them. I dont live in Bellevue. If I did, I would use them again.

This shop saved my car. I had been taking it to another mechanic and felt like I kept getting it back with more problems than I had before. So, I was recommended by a friend to bring it in and they said theyd take a look. Not only did they explain to me what was going wrong in detail. My car’s door handle on the driver side was broken the other day which caused me some inconvenience. Yesterday, I called Paul and requested his help. He immediately ordered me a new door handle which arrived this morning. I dropped by during my lunch break and he was very fast in replacing it. Price is also very reasonable. Never never come to this shop ever. They lie and they do not finish or make sure the job is complet. I have had to bring my car back after one day of having it so called fixed. After assuring me that all was good. Just took the car out of the shop for the second time and it still overheating the needle is hitting the red flag and Scott over there at Chevron will not give me the number to the owner he will not have the owner call me and he keeps saying that they just want more money to look deeper and I asked them before I took the car the first time to please make sure everything was running properly this has been a complete night Mare

I have always had a good experience at Old Main Chevron. I find them honest with their approach and are priced competitive with others in Bellevue. I live across the street and notice they have many repetitive customers, me included. I recognize the business they are in and the staff has to deal with a lot of aggressive people and sometime bad repair news, so I understand if they are sometimes stressed. You just dont find good people like them often anymore.

Rude/dissengaged evening attendant. Sunday night roughly 9pm. Visiting from across the border. Tried to use my credit card at the pump. It asked for a zip code. We use postal codes in Canada with numbers and letters. Went in to ask the attendant for help, she just rolled her eyes at me and told me if I wanted to use credit, Id have to find another gas station. Did a google search later and found what to put when prompted for zip code. Attendant could have been nicer about it, but instead decided to treat me like an idiot. One star for poor customer service.

Chevron on Main St. Old Bellevue .Within a short period- they installed waterpumpS - yes pumps - new radiator - replaced melted wires I asked why, was told he didnt know - brake pads - batteries and more .Thousands . I originally brought my car in for overheating .Prior to using them my mechanic was with Chevron on Bellevue way - where my car never needed repair .They closed and built a nicer storefront and gas station .After all the repairs on Main Street Chevron I took it to Superior. - they looked at my car and said what did they do ? I brought them the receipt- they looked baffled and told me all my car needed was a new fan .Common problem on my vehicle.They where awesome .Unfortunaterly they sold property .So I went to Chevron Medina after being hit by a car .They put my car up looked in and under my car to look at issue and found what I call the lining in the wheel casing was being rubbed by a spring .How they found it was to look at it with flash light seeing a clear polished spot .Trimmed lining - cost just over twenty .I didnt need a new axel as I had been told .Ever on the east side and need auto help - Medina Chevron best bet ...

I wasnt getting much heat out of my 2000 Passat wagon, and Paul suggested back-flushing the heater core. It worked!

Of the three people that rotate working the counter at this Chevron location, the gentleman working there has become the worst. He used to seem happy, and pleasant, and was fairly polite, but in the last few months he has become a massive source of negativity. He berates his newest hire in front of customers (seemingly not by accident, as I was standing there for a solid minute next to them, as he treated her like a toddler for, what I can only assume was, mis-stocking some beverage).If you ask for a redbull (which are behind the counter area), he will tell you that yes you can have one, then proceed to stand there doing whatever he was doing when you arrived, until you ask a second time. He will then respond in the most annoyed tone he can muster and say, I said you can grab one! Im not going to grab it for you. So you then have to walk around the counter to his side to grab it.This gentleman is really the only issue I have with this place. The shop is helpful, and the other employees are neutral and sweet.

Ughh dont use a credit card if you go here because they will put a 3 or 4 day hold of wayyy more than you actually charge. The other day I charged $45 and this morning there was a $100 hold. Ive been going here for over 7 years and they have never done that before and when I called to ask why and see if they could take the hold off the manger was SO rude and short with me. Terrible customer service too. I wont be using this station anymore. Plus its super expensive.

I read previous reviews they said chevron puts hold $100 on debit cr cards. I asked them. They said no they dont still 5 days hold on my debit card I purchased only $20 worth of gas since they sre very expensive
