Worked with Se Shin on my recent purchase and it was the best car buying experience Ive had! Se was super knowledgeable, attentive, and LOW PRESSURE. Was quick to respond when we had questions after our test drive, and even came in on 2 of his days off to help us get everything finalized. Both my husband and I left feeling very happy with how everything went down and were pleasantly surprised with the Bellevue Chevrolet team. Even after the papers were all signed, Se followed up a week later just to check in and make sure we were still enjoying our new SUV. We picked up our 2021 Corvette HTC on Saturday morning, July 3rd. It was a long wait from the time we put a deposit down, to the time the car was delivered to the dealership. Jacqueline and Miguel kept us informed about the progress every step of the way. We were immediately greeted by Jacqueline when we arrived at the dealership and I immediately knew we would be well taken care of. Miguel was next up and he was also amazing. He went over details of the car with us and knew what he was talking about. This is an incredible team that just added to an already awesome day for us. In all of the excitement, I forgot the name of the gentleman that processed our papers and went over warranty options. Kudos to him for being an integral part of this very positive experience. Jacqueline took the time to drive us to the bank so that we could pick up a cashiers check for this purchase, since we didn’t drive to the dealership. I have purchased a 2021 Silverado 1500 from this dealer and everything went fine. On April 9, 2021 I ordered another 1500 from this deal realizing shortages and delays but since I didnt need it until September I was OK with that. I checked back on 6-12-21 and was told GM still hadnt picked up the order. I checked back on 7-25-21 and was told the same thing but was re assured I would get the truck. On 7-31-21 I was told again I would get the truck and GM would not cancel the order. On 8-18-21 I was told the dealer ship canceled my order back in June, they had my $47,000 down payment and NEVER told me they canceled it. I do not blame my salesperson I blame management for this gross error. I would not recommend this dealership to any one.

We wanted to trade our 2018 Bolt EV for the 2022 model year. We called two days ahead, got an appointment and were assisted by Jazmyne, who was extremely knowledgeable about the car, efficient (a big plus!), gracious, and delightful. We bought the only 2022 Bolt EV on the lot (we dont need the added room of the EUV) and drove the car home. There were no obnoxious sales techniques--just helpful information in response to our questions. It was probably the best car-purchasing experience weve ever had.

Do yourself a favor, look for Armin and Nate if youre in the market for a vehicle. They are great salesmen. Armin seems to know a lot about cars, he will not disappoint. Nate is nice and genuinely friendly. Peter, one of the GM was easy to work with as well. Before you leave the lot, be sure to check if everything that comes with the car, is there. But other than that, effortless buying experience.

Alex McGuire helped us with the purchase of an almost new 2018 Chevy Spark. Alex was friendly, professional, and was glad to explain everything to us. It was Alexs first day in the new building and they were still setting up their offices and computers, so he politely updated us while they sorted out their printing. We were in and out in a couple hours.
Ian was terrific. He wasnt high pressure, was friendly and accommodating, and answered our questions promptly. When we decided to buy and were waiting for the paperwork/finance to finish, he came by regularly (just the right amount), to make sure we didnt need anything else (a drink), and give us an update on the process. John, (his boss?) was also really nice, and came across as confident in his knowledge but not arrogant, like so many car salesman can be, and we feel we got a fair deal without any of the back-and-forth sales games you can run across. We remarked how genuinely pleased they seemed to be that we were one of their first sales after they moved into their new location.We had a previous negative experience with a salesman who is no longer with the business, but our experience with Ian and John completely wiped that away. So far we love the car, and will happily do business with you all again.

Re-editing previous review. The dealership has made things right by paying for the 45,000 mile maintenance. I still feel we overpaid a bit because of them believing the vehicle had 7,000 miles less then it actually did.My experience with this dealership started out positively. My wife and I were looking to trade our 4Runner in for a Suburban due to needing a larger vehicle. We had found this Suburban here that met what we were looking for as far as price and mileage, so we made the 2 and a half hour drive north afterwork.When we got there the experience was still going well, we had a little bit of time to look over the vehicle, but not enough time for a test drive (it had 41K miles (or so we thought) and we saw it driving so figured it worked fine). I looked over the vehicle in park and besides a few cosmetic damages, the climate control worked, all the buttons worked, etc. great!After the usual financing work we took the keys and drove home. Immediately upon leaving the dealership and setting our GPS home, we noticed the vehicle had 48,900 miles. The ad on their website and autotrader, had the vehicle advertised as having 41,712 miles. This was a shock to us, because 7,000 miles is a large difference. (I should of noticed this upon inspection but I was busy making sure things worked instead of verifying mileage).So I’m not sure if this was a lie on the dealerships part to make the vehicle seem more attractive, but my bigger issue is at 45,000 miles, the suburban has a major service. (Transfer case, transmission, oil, brake fluid, filters, etc.)I had planned on doing this service after 4-5,000 miles and now that it was past that I have no idea if it was done.I asked why there was such a difference in mileage, no answer.There was a sticker on the window advertising the next oil change at 46,000 miles, meaning the oil was changed at least at 41,000 miles at their dealership service center.So I asked 4 times for service records for this suburban and never received anything.My main goal was to see what was done and if the service was completed. Long story short, I never got any reply, and there’s no evidence of this major service being done anytime between 40K and 50K miles, so now after spending almost 50,000 dollars on this vehicle, I have to put even more towards it to make sure it’s serviced properly, when this service should have been done by them to prepare it as a used vehicle sale.The ending to this experience left a bad taste in my mouth towards this dealership, so my only advice to others is to be more aware or advertised used vehicle mileage, check service records with the service department before if you have the opportunity.

Do yourself a favor and go to another Chevy dealership!!! I called these jokers on a Black Custom Trailboss they had posted at $43K on Cars.com. I knew it was going to be a horrible experience as soon as the Salesman said, Dont shoot the Messenger, but Management decide because of a chip shortage the price is now $57K before rebates. I was taken back by the fact they had double stickered as refer to in their world a vehicle! Also I needed to drive over from Spokane within the next 3 hours or I could lose the deal. I am a healthcare provider that continue going to work everyday throughout the pandemic with out fail to take care of clients and this dealership wanted to price gouge me due to chip shortage? Shameful! I happy to make sure my 1000+ clients and 500+ employees will hear about this and spread the love about how Chevrolet of Bellevue likes to gouge the community!!!!

I bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT here and was helped by Mathew initially upon my arrival and was later greeted by his manager Gus. Mathew and Gus were pleasant gentlemen to conduct business with and they made me feel like rest assured that I was getting a good honest price for my purchase.Mathew made the experience very enjoyable as he kept me great company throughout the entire process. His knowledge in business is astounding and he is surely a vital asset to the team there at the dealership.
Came in to test drive a car. Once we (mother) stepped through the door we greeted the receptionist who was glued to the computer screen. She didnt say hi or ask us what we were there for. Once we said what we needed she called a representative. The representative, wasnt welcoming and it felt like we were inconveniencing her. Spent 20 minutes in the corner of the store to only be told the car was in another lot. While waiting I called a different dealership and made an appointment with them. I never felt welcomed, only judged. I told this to another representative and was told okay have a great day extremely underwhelmed for the Bellevue area.
My boyfriend and I just bought a Chevy Volt from this place. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. They answered all of our questions, met all of our needs and made the whole process very easy.
Our experience was both good and bad. First off Sabin the car salesman was excellent, did his research, always followed up and super friendly. Sabin is the only reason this dealership got any positive feedback. As for the bad, management did not honor their commitment. Me and my wife went car shopping for 3 days straight and she fell in love with the 2020 Chevy Blazer. Little did we know this was a hard car to find. We spent several hours negotiating and all the dealership was willing to do was minus the $700 shipping cost. Knowing it was over my budget we willingly signed and paid a deposit for the vehicle. 3 days later I get a call from Chevy that the car got totaled during transit. After lots of communication back and forth they found the exact same vehicle but in a 2021, however it was out of state. Management said they will honor the same exact pricing we agreed on. At the time of signing they did not fully honor their commitment and I ended up spending more money to finalized the deal. After many days of back and forth me and my wife were completely drained and stress to even argue the deal management made to us to continue our services at Bellevue Chevrolet. We our grateful they were able to find the same vehicle but Im very agitated that they did not FULLY comply with their commitment of a price, making me spend WAY over my budget. I will also like the note all staff is friendly.

The staff at Bellevue Chevrolet were exceptional. Everything that could have been thrown at us, happened and this team didn’t drop a beat. Working and communicating with us anytime when we had a question or concern was more than one could expect from any dealership. Integrity and honor are just a few words to describe these guys. My salesperson was Gus. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my request were met. Not only did I get an amazing car but I had a great experience during the purchase process. I told him I wanted to be in and out. He got me signed, sealed and delivered in an hour! Highly recommended! We will be back for future purchases.
Last week I was interested in a new truck. Chevrolet of Bellevue was the place. David and Gus, let me test drive several vehicles. Diego in Finance knew his stuff, making the final signing fast and easy. Gus was honest and patient while T was overly fair with my asking trade-in amount for my Jeep. Rick and his professionalism on the phone brought us over the mountain from Eastern Washington. He did not disappoint. Everything was as he promised and he patiently answered all our questions about the 2018 Chevrolet Traverse High Country that we purchased from Cheverolet of Bellevue. I purchased a used Chevrolet from this dealership, and the salesperson was Joe Kim. He was courteous, professional and helpful to me during and after the sale. My only negative on this dealership was the very long wait to get the papers prepared at the finance office on this easy cash deal. Overall, I love this car and think that I got a very fair deal on it.
I had a very positive experience shopping for cars with Joseph Kim. He was very patient and when he didnt know an answer to any of my questions, he was very quick to get an informed answer. I ended up purchasing exactly the car I needed. It was an all around easy and relaxed experience.
My service advisor Eric, was great. He advised me what the service would include and told me approximately how long it would take. In the meantime, I enjoyed the complimentary coffee, looked through the dealerships inventory of vehicles, visited the parts department and spoke more with Eric about possible upgrades for my car.When the service was completed, the mechanic explained a few issues I questioned with him and I was on my way. I was completely satisfied with the service and my visit.

This review could have been very different if it was not for my salesman Jeffrey C. He was absolutely fantastic. Treats others like he would like to be treated, patient, went above and beyond. When the deal started to fall apart,he just told me the truth and worked toward a solution. Watch out or he will be snatched up. That guy is a keeper. :-) And I love my truck.....
Gus, Peter and John were FABULOUS! Andrew we cannot forget you Go Cougs! They had our cars already in the parking lot ready to go. They even had a bow on my Bolt it made me feel so special. Their professionalism, friendly family oriented salesmenship was second to none. They made us feel like we were VIPs.They even took a video of us all driving off. Who does that these days....

I felt like I had best friends helping us out. It was all about us and making us feel welcome and a part of a larger family.
Chevy of Bellevue was great, John walked us through the whole process and had excellent customer service. We had our two young kids with us throughout the process as well which could be challenging, but they were very accommodating and supplied them with fun coloring supplies and games to help keep them occupied. Would definitely recommend buying a vehicle here!

Recently purchased a 2018 Charger from these folks. All I can say is wow at my experience. Shoutout to Alex for getting in contact with me quickly after I sent an inquiry about the vehicle online. Not only was communicating with him easy, but he even came in ON HIS DAY OFF to show me the vehicle and guide me through the process. This was my first time purchasing my own vehicle, and while I had advice from others, at no point did I feel like he was taking advantage of, or trying to confuse me into making an impulse decision.After establishing that I intended to move forward on the vehicle, he brought me to the Finance Manager Andrew. Another huge shoutout to Andrew here for my exceptional experience. We searched for 3 months trying to find a new Tahoe to meet our needs and wants. We searched all of Western Washington. We found finally found one at Chevrolet of Bellevue, but upon arrival, it had been sold.Salesman David Morge connected us with his manager Peter and the two of them made things happen. Within 2 days they arranged to have one that not only met, but exceeded our expectations.The deal was a no hassle process. We had a slight discrepancy in trade in value, but Peter quickly obliged to make the deal happen within 10 minutes.2 hours later we drive our new Tahoe off the lot. I wish we would have found Chevrolet of Bellevue 3 months earlier!!Highly recommend!!!!!!!
It was about the 30,000 mile checkup. I did not have enough miles but my car is ten years old. The manager told me what they check. He said my tires were good so he would not change those. He explained everything that the car really needed and the price. I was happy with that. Now my car looks and feels like a new car.
This review is for Jazmyne and my overall experience buying a vehicle from Chevrolet of Bellevue. I’ll keep it short and sweet, I came to Chevrolet of Bellevue with a truck and mind and a price point I was willing to go to. I walked out of there with the truck I wanted and the price I wanted. There were some negotiations but I always felt like my best interest was held to heart by Jazmyne and her other associates. Customer service was great and I love my truck so it all worked out. I had been to quite a few car places before them, and COB treated me the best!
I cannot say enough good things about Gus at Chevrolet of Bellevue!! He made the buying process not only easy but actually enjoyable!
