Great repair facility. Daily email updates on my cars status was greatly appreciated. Plus, they are an Allstate preferred repair facility so the estimate for repairs was thorough and detailed. Their quality is unsurpassed. The shop has state of the art diagnostic equipment for high-end cars with sophisticated engineering. Everything was completed perfectly without the need of re-visits.

Ive (unfortunately) had the opportunity to use Exotics services multiple times. They do amazing work. Victor and the entire Exotic team are second to none. This is the Nordstrom level of service. The treatment of the vehicle and the owner is white glove. They provide regular text updates of the repair process and give you back the car detailed in showroom condition. I had a Tesla to repair and even the Tesla Service Center said, they recommend this place.

I have never been to a more professional autobody repair shop. Ive now had my vehicle repaired on 2 separate occasions. Each time they have exceeded my expectations on time for repair and quality. The work was impeccable, and the communication to me on the process and timing was excellent. I will never go anywhere else for repairs and highly recommend to my friends and family.

Exotic was super easy to work with. They handled all the communication with the insurance company, ordered the parts from BMW for me, and I didnt have to life a finger. Ken was my POC there at Exotic and he was super friendly and super easy to deal with. He always kept me updated on my repair, always answered my calls and questions, and I could tell he was just as invested in my repair as I was.My repair took a really long time to get finished because we were waiting on the part from BMW which was back ordered, but he and his team kept pestering BMW until they finally shipped out the part and he kept me in the loop the entire time. When it my repair was finally finished the car looked as good as new and I couldnt be any happier. Also with their lifetime warranty on the repair my mind is at ease knowing that I dont have to worry about anything if something pops up again. All in all, I rate Exotic 10/10 as far as body shops go, and would recommend it to anyone who has an expensive car that they need body or electrical work on.

Tl;dr: Super good!Tesla service center referred me to their place since they cannot do replacement. At exotic motors auto rebuild, Victor took great care of my Tesla. He and the team did a fantastic on about detailing the car, while providing meaningful status update along the way. The process could be lengthy due to massive repair and insurance haggling but the outcome is well worth the wait - it just looks like a new car, and I couldn’t be happier about it.

The body repair work and paint were both excellent. The paint was better than the factory paint.

I can not speak to the quality of repairs performed here, but I can personally attest the the selflessness of the owner. Mark generously took time from his busy day to assist with my purchase of a Tesla from a business that isn’t affiliated with his own, knowing the entire time the car would be shipped 2000 miles away. If an owner is willing to help a stranger knowing he’s not going to see a dollar in return, I can’t imagine the extent he would go for an actual customer of his business.

This place is amazing. The customer service is exceptional. I brought in my 2016 CRV with some front/side damage after an accident and it looks like new. They used all OEM and all new parts (which was very important for me cause I keep my car impeccable) Ken was always very profesional and patient. They kept me updated about everything, I didn’t have to deal with the insurance about approving new parts. I can say the whole process was painless and easy for me.

The customer service was excellent with constant updates from staff via text message, the estimated completion date was met, and the repair is perfect - no paint issues, no rattles, and everything lines up 100%. Exotic Motors Auto Shop has done a phenomenal job to repair my damaged vehicle. Not only did they repair my vehicle in the scheduled time, they provided up-to-date statuses of my vehicle— from updates of when my vehicle began repairs, to when my vehicle was receiving a paint job, to changes needing to be done because of new found issues due to the original issue. Lastly, once I was notified that my vehicle was repaired, I visited the auto shop, was briefly explained what repairs were done and then was shown exactly what was done by given a walk through of my vehicle. Let me start out by saying that my wife and I consider our vehicles as family members. Were hardcore car enthusiasts, and very picky when it comes to our vehicles.Best repair shop on the eastside hands down. These guys have done collision work for me on 2 vehicles and some cosmetic work on a 3rd. All 3 are higher end vehicles. All work was flawless and cars came back looking as new.The only shop around that I trust with my vehicles.

Took my 2005 Toyota Sienna in for a driver side door issue that was not related to an insurance claim. Worked with a fellow named John. He wrote up the order and gave me a quote that was less than another company had given me. Then he gave me a Michaels Toyota discount, since they had told me about Exotic. I didnt have to ask for this discount, in fact did not even know about it. Told me they would have the parts in on Tuesday and the car would be ready for pickup the next day. And that is exactly what happened. And the final price was even less than the original estimate with the discount. They are so good that I was telling them nice job before I had even seen my car. These are straight shooters, easy to deal with, nice people, and while I hope I never see them again, if I need body or glass work done in the future, this is the only place I will go.

This place runs a scam. If you look at the 5 star reviews, they are all from people with 1 or 2 reviews. The owner Mark certainly knows how to create new accounts or pay for fake reviews.The truth is the owner Mark runs a bait and switch business, they quote you a price lower than other places, and then only finish half the work.

I brought my car in for an estimate after reading reviews and checking and comparing prices at other shops. I thought I had done my homework...Most people that have a problem with their car take it in to a car shop with the expectation to have it fixed. The guy who helped me was incompetent. He was unhelpful and uninformative -- Lucky me to fall into his hands ?? I specifically asked for an estimate for specific repairs to be done and I pointed out the exact problems that needed to be repaired. The guy acted as thought he understood what I wanted and verbally agreed to e-mail me estimates for all the repairs. Later it became obvious that he either tried to set me up or simply forgot one of my request.I was shocked and disappointed when I picked up my car. I attempted to explain that they did not do what I asked and they responded with a bunch of auto repair jargon referencing diagnostic codes that mean nothing to me. I felt like a patient argue with an arrogant doctor about the diagnosis codes. I soon realized there was no point in arguing and I was wasting my time.Just a price to learn a lesson -- Dont believe anything they say. Make sure you CONFIRM EVERYTHING with them in WRITING if you must go here !!

Go anywhere else but this place. They spent 20 days for a 8 day repair. I went there because of other reviews, and this turned out to be the worst thing I have done in 2016.They quote a price lower than other competitors in the area, but it is only because they just perform a bad job. I took in my car here for repairs of the door and quarter panel.My insurance company adjuster quote the repairs should take 8 business days. I took the estimate to Exotic Motors and their employee Marc told me they could do it in 8 days. I scheduled my repairs with them and they took my car a couple weeks later. I went in on a Monday, so I expected my car back the following Wednesday.I heard nothing from them since they took my car, so I called on Thursday and checked if it was ready. They promised to get it done by Friday, of course that didnt happen. Every time I called them, they have some new excuses like their workers are sick or my car paint is too difficult to match. At the end, it took them 20 days.I cant say much about the quality of their repairs, other than poor. The paint does not look the same as other parts of my car. The only good thing is that my car is drivable.

Marc the owner is not a nice person. The 2 and 1 star reviews reflect the most accurate picture of the business that exotic motors does. If you value your time, your car, and your money then you will avoid this place at all costs.Like a previous reviewer said, get it in writing before you have any work done if you end up deciding to do business here.

Im sure they perform well in their work. But my opinion is that they are very expensive ąs compared to other body shops in the south sound area.

Here is my experience with Exotic, use your judgement before going there!My car was towed to Exotic on 10/10/2010 when they wrote up an estimate for repairs which went over the value of the vehicle. I was given the option to repair the car, but they strongly encouraged me to total it and get check from insurance. Later I found out one of the shop keepers wanted to get the car.I chose to repair the car, which had frontal collision (bumper, fender, wheel) damage. I was told that it will take one month. My insurance was providing me with a rental for 30 days. Because repairs were taking longer, I came to the shop to check on the progress. I was told they work on the car in intervals, because its not a priority for them and they have other cars to work on. They said they are doing EXTRA WORK, stripping the hood and repainting even though only 1x1 corner was damaged in collision.I got the car back on 11/19/2010. The car looked great, hood was spotless! After a week of driving the car started to make a terrible grinding noise when turning and just driving. I took the car back to Exotic. They said its NORMAL, they dont see anything wrong.I took the car to another shop. After closer investigation, they found a malfunctioning ball joint - an aftermarket part that Exotic put in, probably from some JUNK YARD.After 3 years, the paint on the front of the hood cracked and peeled. Rust was bubbling and coming up from under the paint. My guess is, because they didnt treat the hood after stripping it and before painting over. After a couple of attempts to stop by and talk with supervisor, Marc I was able to meet him at the shop. He claimed Exotic didnt touch the hood, except for the 1x1 corner affected in the collision. He disregarded claims that hood was stripped and repainted and didnt honor Lifetime Warranty.Thankfully, the insurance company sent an inspector and performed an investigation. They proved that Exotic didnt do a quality job, AGAIN.I strongly advise to AVOID this shop, unless you want to repeatedly take your car to other shops to complete the work that Exotic fails to do.

I came to Exotic Motors because of their great reviews online and they did not disappoint. I have an old 1999 GMC suburban and one of the rear doors fell off its hinge and I could not fix it myself. I was referred to Exotic by a local GMC dealer and I brought the truck in for an estimate today. Instead of an estimate they fixed the problem on the spot for NO CHARGE! Great Service! Highly Recommended!

I had an insurance claim for some small body work to be done on my car. These guys went above and beyond for me. When they found some damage that the appraiser had missed they worked with my insurer to cover the extra costs without any involvement on my part. They even cleaned my car inside and out after finishing the job. Never trust them! They are extremely unprofessional. Their estimation is a joke. When I ask for a minor ding on my model 3 quarter panel, they promised it needs one week and a half. In fact I haven’t got my car for three weeks! Not to mention the cost raised 2000 from the estimation.And their staff are very ignorant. There is nothing to be replaced on my car. But after the metal works and painting done, they told me they are waiting for whatever the fxxcing parts? Are you kidding me? Why didn’t they just put whatever been moved off back? They only continued the work after I called them and notified the fact!I will never choose them if I had known this experience, and please tell every Tesla owner here to avoid them.

I had a very good experience. Prices are very competitive. My first experience was i had a dent in the door. I shopped around for a bit, they repainted it and I couldnt tell the difference. This was ~6 months ago, still looks good. Then I was hit by a red light runner, they repainted a good portion of the front end and did extensive suspension work. Insurance bill was ~7k IIRC. Did a great job, again I cant tell the difference from new. This is telling a lot because Im pretty picky about how steering responds and BMWs are VERY sensitive to alignment and suspension issues. Cosmetically everything looks like new. Also they cover you with a lifetime warranty on their work (I think paint at least).Oh and do shop around - youll find that some other shops will quote you 50-100% higher than Exotic.

Called my insurance company to get make a claim on my damage. They recommended taking it into Exotic to get an estimate, so I did that and Marc took photos and gave me a a quote printout, turns out the car was a write-off, though still driveable. Fair enough. Just need to get this information over to the insurance company to get the ball rolling on that process. 16 days later, the insurance company calls. Nothings been received. I call Exotic back, ask them if its been sent. Nope, sorry. Whoops! Simply not good enough. I didnt expect to have to call back to check up and see if they were doing their jobs properly.
