We had a problem with our 2017 Explorer that created a lot of white smoke coming from the exhaust. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week, which was about a month quicker than my usual dealership. They managed to find the problem and get it fixed, as well as the usual routine maintenence, within 24 hours, which was a much faster turn around time than we expected.Paul Hinzpeter was our assigned service specialist, and he was excellent at his job. He broke down everything that was found, what was needed to fix it, and honestly went above and beyond to make sure we had our vehicle back as soon as possible, while making sure a rental was brought over when it looked like it was going to be over a day to get things taken care of.If you have a Ford or Lincoln that needs to be taken care of, these are the people who will take care of it, and you.

We have a 2013 Ford C-Max that has been subject to several recalls. We have taken it to Ford Bellevue to repair the rear door latches TWICE on recalls. We were driving a few weeks back and the back door flew OPEN with my daughter right there (luckily shes in a carseat). Multiple attempts to close the door failed, as the panel was jammed. Anyway, we called Ford of Bellevue but they couldnt get our car in for two weeks. We couldnt drive for two weeks w/the door flying open, and the battery kept dying due to the car not detecting the door being closed. We took it to our local Ford (authorized) repair shop, and they repaired what they found, and it was not only done WRONG, but irresponsibly done and frankly illegal as they didnt install the child lock on the door either. Additionally, the panel was installed incorrectly and several of the latches were broken. The company that fixed it gave us all the necessary paperwork and part to explain to Ford of Bellevue to reimburse us for the cost of the repair, but they wont pay because they didnt fix it. So, as an owner of two Ford vehicles, this is disappointing. Customer LOST.

They dont have a cleaning service here only spray and sanitizer over the car. They offer free car wash with each service. They fixed my car and Steven was very helpful. But there expensive. The maintenance they were tacking onto my bill from the theft damages. Were almost 1300 for just air filters and cleaning and filling the ac units 1 and 2 there labor costs are super high I was able to find a reputable mechanic to do that maintenance for 1/3 of the ridiculous price they offered. Wont be going back. LEARN ABPUT YOUR CAR AND REPLACE SIME THINGS YOU CAN ON YOUTUBE. DONT PAY THEM 9 DOLLARS TO PUT A 1 LIGHTBULB IN

I was actually looking to do a review of Autonation Ford but the service center is more appropriate.I recently bought a used car from them and it had a couple minor things I wanted fixed. I purchased the car from them because, although it is As is, this is Ford and Id hoped theyd take care of me.The car sales guys were great, a fellow named Tim went out of his way to accommodate and he was gracious. I liked the sales manager, Travis who told me why I shouldnt buy an Audi and I liked the guy, forgot his name, who I paid. Fair price and I was happy.But...why Im reviewing now is actually NOT the service department but someone IN the service department, Ashley.If the GM, owner or whoever runs your dealership doesnt give her a raise and put her in some position to infect others w the customer satisfaction virus, then youll be competing against her because shes VALUABLE, could go ANYWHERE including your competition.She not only handled every single detail,...WITH a smile and encouragement, and massive COMPETENCY, she blew me away.As long as SHE is there, I am your customer.How refreshing in 2021 to find someone who gets it, follows through and blows your customers away instead of blowing them off?Everyone was nice, I like my car but it was ASHLEY who knocked it out of the park. Because of her,..I say your service rocks. Ill be back and as I said, I refer.. Thanks guys.Rob

We have a 2002 thunderbird that we take care of very carefully. I cannot commend ASHLEY and her service team enough, she made our entire service experience so personable and treated us like family. She ensured her best to keep our costs down and her communication and phone etiquette is so impressive for a service dealer - we will continue to bring our car here versus than the Seattle Ford Service. I just needed a oil change (about $80), but they changed my break fluids, transmission oil, battery, and many other parts without telling me. Also they did many services I didnt ask for. I clearly told them what I wanted was just the oil change. Turns out they charged me nearly $700 and forced me to pay it. Those people are really bandits and vampires. For others who want to have services here, you better come with a lawyer.

Took over a year to get warranty work done. Covid was a part but they had staffing issues too. New service manager was ok but he said hell try harder next time to be more efficient.

I google reviews has hidden or removed almost all of the bad reviews. My review about their service department and the scam they are running on people - making repairs that arent needed, etc. was removed as well as numerous others stating the same thing. I dont know who is worse, Google Reviews or Bellevue Ford. I wouldnt trust either!!!

Twice now weve showed up for a ready to pickup car and a 15 minute firmware update and have had to wait more than half an hour or were just informed that the firmware update takes an hour. Why wasnt the car actually ready and why werent we informed ahead of time so we could bring a second car for this lengthy update? Im assuming its a system problem, not the team members here, but it should be looked into. So frustrating.

I just wanted to share a thumbs up for the service department at Ford of Bellevue. Frank is an excellent service adviser and helped me out with getting my Escape back on the road, and in better condition than I brought it to him with. I definitely recommend the shop for its professional and competent staff.

The few people I interacted with where nice. Don’t be surprised when salesmen act like salesmen. Be prepared to say no to things. Know what you want before hand. So far really enjoying my Ford Escape.

These guys are scammers. They try to up sell you on services that are completely useless, but make you think your car will break down if you dont do it. I dont recommend going here, but if you have to make sure to do your homework before having them do anything. The $1,200 service package theyll try to sell you is completely worthless for newer cars (less then 10 years old). Just go with the Ford recommended service thats 10 times cheaper.
