First time coming to the BMW of Bellevue. I needed to make a service appointment, and since I happened to be in the area I decided to see if I could get something last minute. As it turns out, I was able to make an appointment without picking up the phone, via the messaging feature linked directly into the Google Maps app listing. Once scheduled, I headed to the service center and met with Chris. Chris was great... helpful, friendly and professional. The entire experience exceeded my expectations.

I had to call them multiple times and each time waited on hold for 30 minutes to talk to someone. Then after getting my car serviced they forgot to turn off the check engine light, which was the entire reason I brought my car in. In the past when I went to a Mercedes dealership to get my car serviced they would wash and vacuum out my car before giving it back to me. BMW did neither of those things.

After going to the German car specialists in factoria when I found out my x 5 had a faulty light control module, They told me to head here to have a new one installed and get it programmed, $180 from them.Previously the battery had drained and we charged it backup and then the lights would flicker which is why we need the new module And we kept the battery unplugged so the battery wouldnt drain again. We take it to the service center and give them all the information and so they tried to reset the module and say that it will cost $1800 to get a new one and reprogram it. I call strictly BMW and get a quote for 1100.I choose to pick it up and take it to strictly BMW in Bellevue. We get charged $350 for them to try and fix the module. They leave the battery hooked up and it drains the battery.I sit for 15 minutes in the lobby waiting for my car while they secretly are in the back trying to jump start it and they dont even tell me.I get the car and driving straight over to strictly BMW and when I leave in a different car, they call me. They said that the battery is completely drained and they cant even jump start it.I gave you folks all the information about the drained battery and the flickering lights and you still let the battery drain and now I have to buy a new battery at a different location and I was charged $350 for pretty much not really doing anything for me because I already had the information from my 1st location.I hope my money helps pay for your ridiculously huge unnecessary building where you over charge people for no good reason.

The employees were super nice and did all the hard work. They offer car maintenance in different options. It is quite expensive to have your car in maintenance at a car company, but they check every specific areas of the car and finds problems. The maintenance would take about a day or 2 if there are multiple problems founded.

Brought my 2008 M5 into BMW Bellevue for the first time. Matt Johnsen was my service advisor. I have owned many different vehicles over the course of my life. The service here was excellent, from the moment that I pulled into the service bay to the moment I picked up my car. The staff is helpful and friendly. The service center and dealership are brand new but super clean. Everyone is practicing safe social distancing and wearing face protection. Matt was super cool, hes been there for 11 years and he knows his stuff. Hes easy to talk to. He was very honest and up front with me. I brought my car in for an oil change, a transmission fluid flush and a differential fluid flush. Sure, its probably more than most people would want to pay - but its a BMW for crying out loud. You bought into the brand, you should fully expect to pay to play. Matt - thank you for making my first visit at BMW Bellevue an awesome one. I trust you with my vehicle and we are going to get to know each other VERY WELL on a first name basis. Its like finding a hair stylist - when you find a good one, you just stick with it. Matt - you are my cars hair stylist. LOL.

If I could give them less than one star..They are un-professional, and fraudulent, avoid them at any cost. If you can afford 20mins more commute go to the BMW of Seattle location for a much more professional and better service.- I had observed that my lane departure warning system was not working 1month after purchasing my brand new BMW, and took to BMW of Bellevue for service. The service advisor took a look, kept my car for 3 hours and told me that the he addressed the problem. I took it out of the service, drove for 5 mins only to figure out they did not do anything. I filed a complaint with BMW regional manager, and then they emailed me and reconciled the problem.- Second time, I took my X3 for the first service after 10K, and they did not honor my Autonation service/maintenance plans. These plans are what they only sold me, but later they did not honor until after I escalated the problem to Autonation HQ.Avoid at any cost!!!

Initially I thought it might be a problem with all BMW service centers and after selling the car they dont care about the customers, my experiences with BMW of Bellevue was bad enough that I promised myself I will never buy a BMW again, not because its a bad car (in fact I love my car) but because of the customer service and terrible service center at Bellevue. After having bad experiences at BMW of Bellevue 4 times in a row I finally gave up and decided to take my car to another dealership (BMW of Seattle) which is pretty far from where I live, but now I am happy that I made that decision. I can say that the experience was day (Seattle) and night (Bellevue). Before, two friends of mine who live in Bellevue and Kirkland had bad experiences here so they tried Seattle, and they both suggested that I drive longer but take my car to Seattle for services and now I understand why. You have lost another customer for good BMW of Bellevue, and I strongly believe you are damaging the BMW brand and image!

This BMW has the worst customer service I have experienced at a car dealership. Upon arrival, Aaron (advisor) had me wait in his office while he stood right outside the glass door talking to another customer. It was like he forgot I was waiting for him. He just stood there casually talking about how BMW of Bellevue was moving and other random stuff. After he finally finished his conversation, he came back into his office. Not even a minute later, another advisor came in and mentioned something about a lunch in 10 minutes. Afterwards he just put some papers in front of me and told me to sign them without even mentioning what they are about. Probably had to rush so he could make it to lunch. Anyway, I came in for my 11:30 AM appt because one of the knobs to adjust the air conditioning was broken. Turns out I had to leave my car there overnight just so they could diagnose it and see if maintenance for it would be covered by the warranty. I went in around 2pm the next day and they still had no answers. Keep in mind, it had already been more than 24 hours. Instead of wasting more time I picked up my car and took it to BMW Seattle, where I got an oil change, my filters changed, routine services done and the knob fixed for free in under 4 hours. Also worked with an advisor who actually cared. Dont go to BMW Bellevue. Dont work with Aaron.

So I had three recalls on my BMW. I called to set up an appointment and was told the recalls would be done in 1 day and a loaner would be provided. I arrived and met Aaron the service advisor, he confirmed the work, had me sign some paperwork and then asked me to wait outside for the loaner. Before I left I asked when I should return to pick up my car. He said we will call you tomorrow as we are busy. This was highly frustrating because I live over an hour away and made my schedule according to what I was initially told. The next day came and Aaron called to tell me the car wont be done till the next day. Upon confirming my car was ready on the third day I asked was the dealership going to make amends for the lack of professionalism? Aaron texted me and said you got a loaner car and just goto the cashier when you arrive. Well, the loaner car was part of the recalls anyway. When I arrived to pick up my car the young man said it is in the parking lot and pointed in a general direction. I asked him if he would please bring it up so I could switch out my contents and his response was WHY? At this time I wouldnt recommend this establishment based on my experience so far.

Just bought an Audi with only 30k miles on it, within first month its leaking coolant and keeps dying. They said im SOL since I didnt buy a warranty. Given how recently I purchased it I think the fair and proper thing to do would be to back their product, but they didnt care at all.

Do NOT have your car serviced here. Do NOT buy your car here. Had to go back to have my car serviced a second time in the same week due to them doing the bare minimum even though I told them we have 2 babies and live over 2 hours away. We got a hotel and had to get a baby sitter 2 times for one of our babies and brought the other with us, I told them to keep the car over night if they needed because I wanted to make sure we didnt have to come back again. He called 2 hours later and said our car was ready for pickup, on the drive home the next day the engine light came back on. When I called and stressed my disappointment they offered no compensation, so I said I was going to the Seattle BMW this time and said I will leave an honest review of my experience. They called back 10 minutes later and said they would pay for our hotel and fill up our gas tank since we have to come back again. This would have made up for it but when we picked up our car the next day the gas tank had not been filled and we did not receive reimbursement for our hotel. I went in and the manager promised me he would send a reimbursement check the following week for everything, so I left him the receipt to our hotel. 3 weeks go by and I finally receive a check from them in the mail, BUT IT WAS ONLY FOR THE GAS, not our $300 stay for a second time (this was one of the cheapest hotels I could find in Bellevue on that day). I emailed, no response. I called and left a voicemail, no response. These guys will make empty promises and not come through. I recommend you avoid this dealership at all costs.

When you buy a car, you want to know the person you are working with has your best interests in mind and is willing to go the extra mile (pun intended), and for this Morgan Gerken is your go to person at BMW of Bellevue! Super impressed with the personal skills and genuine care to make make me apart of the BMW family!

Was servicing my X5 here for over 7 years (with extended warranty). Consistently good experience, with loaner provided free of charge whenever work takes longer than a day. Had a nasty oil leak towards the end of my warranty. Took several times to come in to finally discover there was a crack in the engine itself, leaking at only high RPMs. Extended warranty just expired at that time, but they still replaced the whole engine free of charge(!!!). My advisor Andy Simental was great to deal throughout. Went extra mile to help me with wheel locks when I discovered I no longer had the key.

Update (4/20/2018): made the mistake of bringing my car in again, thinking that my last experience was a one-off. Same thing again. If you come here, be ready to wait. Dont expect a first-class customer experience. Long wait before you can drop off your keys. Wait more when you are picking up your car. Took me 30 mins this time to drop off the car. The most ridiculous thing is that after waiting for 25 mins to pick up my car after service (just got them to pull the car out), they told me that they lost my key!! Seriously? They put the on a loaner and said they will call me when they find my key. The guy didnt even sound apologetic. My Honda service appointment experience was WAY better!

Writing this on my Uber ride back home. I dropped off my car in the noon and was told that Ill get a call later in the evening when its done. No one called me. I called them back at 430 in the evening and they told me that the car is ready and its being sent to the wash and it will be ready for pick up AT 6pm. I wasnt informed that the service center closes at 6pm. I got here by 6:10 (Uber ride from Downtowm Seattle) and the service center was already closed. I spoke to the front desk and they checked the paperwork and confirmed that its not ready and some more work is needed from the service team before the car can be released. I had many plans already set under the promise given to me that Ill get my car. They couldnt even give me a loaner car to assist me. Unless they cover for all my expenses and give me a compensation, I will NOT recommend this service center for any of my friends. Customer Satisfaction rating: 2/10.
