I had my Lexus repaired after accident. The staff was very friendly. When I called them couple of time, they were super fast to pickup the call and answer my questions. They also called me to inform the progress. The repair itself was excellent, and I cannot find any trace of accident. Although I hope I dont need to see them again, I know where to go next time. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Factory finish has been dealing with a train wreck of a situation of my wifes and my car getting plowed into by an insured motorist. We were parked, she got out of her Toyota highlander while getting her mail and apparently didnt put it in park and it traveled about 30 yards and bamb! Anyways. The guys at factory finish are 5 stars. Any issues we have had they are on point and their work is extremely impressive. I would highly recommend them. They go above and beyond. After I got my car back there was an issue with the key fob. They literally did a diagnostic check. They jumped in their own car and went to the store and got two batteries for the key fob. After around $14,000 of damage to my car that I had only owned for 3 weeks I had a small issue on the wheels that got refurbished by one the their vendors. Guess what. The vendor came by within 10 minutes and said no problem we will take care of it. Im so impressed by this shop and the guys who work there. Every customer they see is probably not having a very good day. This place is top notch with my experience with them as in today!

I dealt primarily with Roeuth my last 2 visits, and its always been easy and smooth working with Roeuth and the rest of the staff I interacted with.Roeuth kept me up to date with how things were going with repairs, as well as setting clear expectations and meeting all of them. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns.Shout out to the guys that work in the shop, thank you for doing such an awesome job on my car.The shop works with Progressive and Geico, which also made my past 2 accidents easy to deal with between insurance company and Factory Finish.Customer for life!

I brought in my BMW to Factory Finish Auto Body after an accident on the front left corner. I chose this shop because it was the Geico Service Express center that was not a huge big box chain like Service King. Alex at Factory Finish Auto Body was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He ensured that I knew everything about the claim and where Geico was in their claims process. When the adjuster came in and tried to price out an incorrect headlight (non HID) Alex was quick to point it out and ensure that I had the proper parts on the vehicle. If ever there was a delay he was sure to call me and give me an update. He was very honest and candid about the whole process and if they had any issues they would sort it out right away. When I came to inspect the car on delivery he ensured that there was zero imperfections in the bumper that was very thorough enough to satisfy my OCD. On delivery of the vehicle he walked through the vehicle with the master technician to ensure that all the panel gaps were lined up equally and that there was quality fitment all the way around. If there was ever an issue Alex went above and beyond what I would expect a normal autobody shop to cover. I have had other vehicles worked on in shops that deal with exotic vehicles and Alex was even more attentive than some of those shops. I wouldnt hesitate to bring my car back to Alex with their A+ customer service. They definitely did everything in their power to ensure a happy customer.

Jeff called me to get it done right and because of his effort and commitment to high customer service i allowed them to correct the issues. I wish I could give it 5 stars but having to come back to correct my bumper issue when it should have been done right the first time...Overall Im now happy but it did require more time and patience.

Just had a great experience here. After filing a photo report with Allstate, I brought my estimate down and met with Alex. He picked up everything from there, working directly with the insurance company. He made everything super easy. The car looked like new when finished, and was ready a day early. Great shop!

Fantastic work and best price. I had a fender bender and they were the lowest quote of 3 places (quoted 1,100 compared to the high end of 2,500). They were very professional, efficient, and the quality of the work was spot on with OEM parts. They cleaned the interior of the car and returned it in better condition that when I brought it in. I would highly recommend!

Wow! This place is amazing not onlywas Alex quick and accurate quoting my repair but extremely helpful accommodating my schedule. The craftsmanship on the repair was amazing, like it never it happened. I made the mistake of going around to ask for other shops quote and got double and triple this quote. I dealt with the owner Jeff as well as one of his right hand men, Alex. First accident - I was rear ended. Took my Subaru in and they took care of me from start to finish. Easy communication via phone and email was crucial for me. They even washed and vacuumed my car for me. Top notch.

Im always leery with any auto shop; mechanic or auto body. However, I searched reviews for several places near me and found the best reviews for Factory Finish Auto Body. I was able to get an estimate the same day from Alex. Very pleasant and went over everything with me. For some reason I didnt even consider my Insurance until he asked. When I did inquire with my Insurance all of their preferred vendors in my area had horrible reviews. But I tried to get an estimate from two anyway. It was 2 weeks for one, a month for the other, just to get an estimate. Me - lack patience. So I decided to just go ahead and pay for the repair since it was less than I anticipated anyway and I was already concerned about a future headache considering the others reviews. Alex was able to get my MDX in for the repair on Monday, a few days after I called to schedule. Estimated it would be finished Friday. Was finished Thursday, cost exactly what he estimated, no surprises. And the car looks great (and everything still works the way it did before). Yay! I would absolutely recommend!

Alex and the staff at Factory Finish were super easy to work with and did a bang up job repairing my fender to retain the VIN after a truck backed into my sports car. They blended the paint very well and it looks like the accident never happened. I went with Factory Finish because I felt they wanted and appreciated my business. I came down on my lunch break to get a estimate and they pushed me to the front of the line.

Couldnt ask for a better experience getting my vehicle repaired at Factory Finish. Alex and Jeff were great, kept us up to date with the project and were done with it promptly. The end results were amazing, its a no brainer where Ill be taking my business next time.

Customer service is great. Workmanship not so much. I took my car in for repairs and though the work was completed, they created MUTIPLE problems and damage in the process. Misaligned door, missing piece from door jam, interior tint and exterior window had overspray, chipped paint in door jam from realigning a door they didn’t align correctly the first time, water leaking into trunk. It’s a given paint will not match factory paint perfectly, but this is where blending comes in, especially when it’s the fender and door where you can CLEARLY notice the difference. I had my tint replaced rather than having them try to scrap off the overspray or remove it with remover as it ruins the integrity of the tint. This is not a body shop that takes pride in their work. Though they offered to replace the missing piece from the door jam and scrape the over spray from exterior side of the window, I really just don’t even want them to touch my car at all at this point for fear of further damage to my car. They have mostly good reviews which is why I chose this shop to begin with. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER.**reply to owner**At first yes, I was going to bring my car in for you guys to replace the plastic piece on the B panel you guys lost, replace the plastic piece between the front/rear windows you guys misaligned the first time around, and to replace my tint (front & quarter windows). I scheduled an appt once, then rescheduled. Do not try to fool people who are reading my review into thinking I was over the moon to bring my car in. During this period is when I realized my trunk was leaking, therefore, decided not to bring my vehicle back to you guys. An auto body shop that overlooks all of the issues guys did and still feels it’s ready for a customer to pick up, really doesn’t care about the quality of work that is done. A warranty should not have to cover work done well below anyone’s standards. In my case, a warranty means nothing because I do not trust Factory Finish with my vehicle. This is not just one little mistake, these are MULTIPLE issues you guys CREATED. Though I appreciate the offer to repair (scrape off overspray from tint) and replace the two plastic parts was a nice gesture; I simply do not want Factory Finish to touch my vehicle ever again. I would rather pay out of pocket elsewhere to repair the damages you guys created than to bring my vehicle back to you guys for free. For reference for people reading this review, this was a brand new, four month old car at the time of service.

A lady backed into my car during lunch hour one Friday afternoon. Frustrated and angry I didnt have a contact for collision services, I looked for an option close to me.Factory Finish helped execute my bumper fix AND the fix for the lady who hit me. The staff was friendly, professional and timely. Without their clear explanations on timeline, I would not have been comfortable leaving my car.Beyond the courtesy of the staff, the work was beyond my expectation. My bumper looked better than before the accident. I will ALWAYS use Factory Finish for any of my auto-body needs moving forward. Thanks team!

Very disappointed, made multiple trips to pick up my vehicle once assured ready for pick up. Failed to put finishing coat on front bumper, then found the paint was chipped & found the fog light hanging loose & underneath the hood screws were loose as well. I had to rent a car while repairs were being fixed & they disregarded the finishing date multiple times . Then proceeded to state damages to the bumper was due to manufacturing . So why knowingly put a bumper that they even notices wasn’t 100% completed properly on a coustomers vehicle. Of course I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go through what I had to experience, the disrespect goes on even further as I finally got the car I wanted to follow up at Costco about my tires, I noticed they removed my Warranty sticker . Only thing I received was an increased car rental bill & loss of work hours to commuting from Shoreline - Bellevue .
