My vehicle was extensively damaged and I had worked with Bel-Red Auto rebuild in the past so bring it back here was a no brainer as I was happy with their service previously.But due to the extent of the damage this time, I needed to communicate more often with Kyle and the shop. Kyle was very professional and easy to talk to about my concerns I had with the vehicle repair. His response time was within 1 business day and went out of his way to provide additional estimates had I decided to go with a different route in the repair.Although the repair did go past the estimated completion date- it was understandable because you cannot rush a quality job. I did have to bring the vehicle back for minor adjustments which was a bit inconvenient but Kyle and team made up for it by making me feel prioritized and that they would ensure that I wouldnt have that problem again. If you care about your vehicle, then the level of service, care and attention to detail that Kyle and this shop provides is outstanding.Although I hope I never have to come back to Bel-Red Auto rebuild (cause that would mean my vehicle is damaged)- if I ever find myself needing a body shop again- the service alone has made me a life long customer. I just wanted to thank Bel Red Auto for providing first class customer service and making my experience with them better than expected!My car was damaged while parked on the side of the road so I brought it to Rich so I could get an estimate for the guilty parties insurance company, since I wasnt at fault. They worked with the other drivers insurance and repaired the damage to my front bumper without any problems and made the whole experience seamless.It now looks brand new, even though my car is older and definitely not as nice as some of the other vehicles I noticed in the shop getting fixed. Its good to know that I was treated the same as someone who is bringing in their Rolls Royce for repairs, they really impressed me and I will be back next time I need some body work done. Hopefully not anytime soon though!

Bel-Red Auto is amazing! My car was rear ended and needed some auto body repair work. The best exotic cars always go there to get work done due to their highest standards and workmanship, but they also welcome any brand of car as well. I personally worked with Kyle, and received unbelievable customer service from begging to the end. I have had 5 different vehicles worked on at Bel-Red Auto Rebuild and every time the results have been flawless and look brand new. I will continue to go here and refer friends as well.

I took my brand new car in after my toddler drew smiley faces on the side and front with a rock (insert 4 letter words here). Rich was incredibly friendly, explanatory, fair and reassuring. He supported my decision to just buff the scratches since removing the parts and painting would be far out of my current financial ability. Unlike other body shops he never pressured me into more expensive services. I dropped my car off and it was completed within the time he had said. The work was exactly as he explained it would be. I will be coming back for all my, pretty certain, future body work needs.

I brought in my BMW 530i for body work. Emilio was upfront with me on the estimated cost and Maggie was very professional in scheduling the job. I had a high expectation of their service going in and they certainly met it and more. The quality of work was absolutely over the top and I could not find any flaw with their work at all. I highly recommend this body shop even if you live within the 100 miles radius (Its really worth the drive to the shop.) With that said, theres certainly room for improvement particularly in the area of timely delivery. The work was completed two days later than the estimated completion date. At the end of the day, I was not too bothered by the delay as long as they were able to deliver the level of quality that Id expected. They certainly performed above and beyond. I will totally do business with them again.

I had a great recent experience with Rich and the team at Bel Red Auto Rebuild. They did some work to repair scuffing and light denting around the rear area of the car. The car now looks better than ever, with none of the affected areas showing any signs of the scuffs or light denting. They even vacuumed the seats and did some cleaning in the interior of the car, which is a detail that I appreciated. I would use this business again for any further auto body issues.

Great place. A family member recommended this place and I was not disappointed. They fixed my Jeep and it looks great. My truck doesnt look like its been in an accident. They fix all the issues with the accident and matched the piant to the original paint. Great communication and they kept me up to date on everything. We had an urgent mishap with our truck tailgate at 11am on a Friday. We had to get it fixed that day because we were scheduled to depart for a 6 month road trip the next day. We got to Bel-Red auto rebuild at about 1230. They looked at the damage and told us it had to be replaced. We asked them if it was possible to get it done that day. The owner (we can’t say enough good things) said he’d do what it takes to make it happen for us.They squeezed us into a busy day. Had multiple techs working on each aspect of the job. Stayed open past close to finish. The replacement turned out perfect. They even got the old decals off in mint condition (very hard to do) to apply to the new gate without damaging a single one. That saved us several hundred dollars.If you have any damage to your vehicle the only choice is Bel-Red Auto Rebuild. They do a fantastic job. They’re reasonably priced. And they treat the customers like family. Thank you guys.

Not good not good at all we went there for an estimate to estimate the damage of our car 2008 dodge challenger srt8 beautifull car we were referred there by a friend we asked them to see if our car was totaled or fixable and if totaled we would buy it back they did total it the insurance company and them decided to total so they cut the check when we went to pick up our car they didnt want to reliece it we ask why they say because no payment that there was an outstanding bill we asked why they charged us 5000 dollars plus 100 a day for storage they never asked us to tear our car apart or charge us for storage we would have never agreed to stripping our car down to almost nothing and charging us for that and storage as well 🙃 in my opinion well I dont think it should be legal or ok to rip and tear someones car apart with out atleast asking first 😢 let alone charge that obsine amount for storage and shop fees I was irate but keeped my cool somehow

This is an outstanding business. I took my car in to have a diffuser installed on the rear bumper. They were able to service it immediately, which saved me a trip. Incredible quality of work and customer service!! I have to give a shot out to Chelsea. She was exceptional! I received constant updates from start to finish. She worked with both insurance companies. I never had to make a call. I had emailed her a few times about a concern I had and she immediately gave me peace of mind with her reply and explained everything to me. While waiting for my rental I observed a number of customers walk in and she greeted every single one by name. Chelsea was clearly swamped with work but made time for everyone. As far as quality of work...well, it looks better than ever.

The folks at Bel-Red Auto Rebuild are true professionals and did a fantastic job restoring my car to its old self. In fact, they made it look even better. To my eyes it looks brand new! They went above and beyond to repair and retouch even the smallest details on my car. The estimate process was easy and quick and then when they got to work it was in a reasonable amount of time. Being new to the area I selected Bel-Red Auto Rebuild randomly through a list of providers from my insurance. From the first contact to the last the staff (i mostly worked with Rich) was very professional and helpful . They listened to all my concerns and addressed each one without making me feel like I was asking silly questions (which Im sure some of them were!). They returned all my calls in a decent turnaround and provided me periodic updates (when my insurance wasnt). When it was time to pick up my car they were helpful in getting my rental returned and my vehicle looked as good as new. Id take any of my vehicles back if/when the time comes and Id recommend them to anyone.

What they quoted me is what I paid, they got it done in the time they said they would. Sent me update notification letting me know the status the work. I highly recommend Bel-Red Auto Rebuild. I got into a bit of a fender bender and didnt know who to take my car to for repair, (and it needed quite a bit of repairs). I was referred to Bel-Red and when I picked up the phone to call them, Chelsea answered. She is an angel. Completely handled everything seamlessly and I didnt have to lift a finger. She coordinated my car being picked-up same day and within minutes emailed me the forms for signature. After walking me through the process she made sure to check-in with me throughout the time my car was there and kept me updated. Sasha also reached out and answered my questions, which was incredibly helpful :) When I went to pick my car up it was waiting for me washed AND detailed- It felt like I was driving it off the lot when I originally purchased it. 100% satisfied with the entire experience. Poor communication and LIES, especially by Daniel. He never emailed me even though I early on tried having him email me. Repair estimated to take 2 weeks after receiving parts. Its been a month and essentially nothing has been even started on my car. Was told by him my car wasnt a priority. Seems like they are taking on too many customers and unable to efficiently fix the cars they take on. Also having an employee who is constantly lying to customers about progress on their vehicle doesnt help... Once I got the car back and examined it in the daylight.... They had it parked outside for my pickup -- I see some poor workmanship. Notice the lower stoneguard installed by Bel-red and how it is peeling off. Also my front stoneguard on the cow of the car was damaged. I have contacted Linda and my insurance and am awaiting a response to these issues.

If I could give six stars, I would! They were the cheapest of the three places I got an estimate from. The car was ready on the day they promised. The work was beautiful. Plus, they detailed my car, inside and out. Who does that nowadays?! I will use them whenever one of those unfortunate incident occurs - you should, too!!

If you’re a car person please do not take your car here. Not only did it take much longer than expected but there is orange peel throughout my car where they painted and my paint was 2 different shades of black. I took it back to have that fixed and they scratched the car. They fixed the scratch that they caused however there is still horrible orange peel all down the side of my car. This is what I would expect from a Maaco paint job!

Took my baby Mr. Blue a 1993 suburban that I could never part because it was moms to them for a rear window repair and I literally dropped it off at 8am and they called me at noon saying it was done!Best part? 200 bucks! The guys at Bel-Red Auto are fantastic. I did an inquiry on their website to see if they’d install brake caliper covers on my new Acura RDX, they responded quickly and we corresponded over email a few times and once my covers showed up we scheduled a day to get them installed. Greeted warmly at the front door. This place is super professional and they did a really nice job. They do things right, as even when I told them they could get the covers on without taking the wheels off, they wanted to take the wheels off anyway to do the job right! We had a terrible experience with Bel red auto rebuild. You would notice reviews about them seem to be polarized - either really good or really bad. I think they may have some preferred customers or preferred brand car owners. If you are new customers like us, you probably should read a few of their one star reviews (they are rated as the most useful ones on Yelp) and BBB complaints. There is a consistency you would find. We regretted very much not doing so before we turned in our car to them.

Super nice people who go to bat for you against your insurance company (because all insurance companies are crooks looking to save a buck at your expense). I had to take my H1 Hummer off-road and did some major scratch damage to the vehicle and it needed a new paint job. I was told about this place over and over again by everyone and while it took two months (my truck is a special metal manufactured by Boeing) it came out looking lipstick black glowing, and I mean glowing. WET WET!So impressed they got everything to work on the H1 with so many electronic gadgets.Highly recommended.

BEWARE!I went in for a minor accident where someone backed into my car in a parking lot. Just a scuffed up rear bumper and broken tail light.Bel-Red was all smiles when I turned the car in.This minor repair took almost 5 weeks to complete.All communication was driven by me. All responses from John were that a bad part or wrong part was delivered. Delay, delay, delay.My parting gifts from them were that they stole a package of Brown Bear car wash tickets ($50-$75) and left me with a bad tail light that has condensation inside it. I have written 4 messages over the last week over this issue and still ZERO response back from John!Tread carefully and ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No communication with deceitful report of progress resulting hugely delayed finish. I would have pulled out my car early if I knew the true progress of their work.

Once every 2 years Im *this* impressed with a business. Telsa was 3 weeks before they could even look at my car let alone start working on it. BJ and his team had my car in, fixed, and out in 2 days. Unheard of in Tesla-time. BJ took the time to call shops and found the part I needed (instead of waiting 7-10 days for it to ship in). They offered to help coordinate with a rental car when I dropped my car off. The rental and the Enterprise guy were there waiting for me when I arrived (and he gave me a discounted rate). They estimated it would take two days to finish and they were done in one. Even buffed out another spot the car had and gave me a great price for the work.If I ever have an issue with my Tesla, there is literally no question this is where I would come back to every time.I couldnt recommend more highly.

I had horrible experiences with Bel-Red in Bellevue last year, place was recommended by Nasioc members and seemed like high end shop.I had my fender and bumper repainted and drive side liner changed as well as new front lip.Problems i disscovered year later and right from bat.1. I found some scratches on body that i have not seen before.2. Brand new lip was all scraped up on the bottom when i lifted the car at home.3. They took the car to Les Schwab for aliment and they broke the stud and at same time messed up top bolt on the brembpo caliper and just decided to jam it back in. w/o helicoil or anything and with out notifying me.4. Replaced fender liner on wrong sideOnly good part is they did amazing work on license plate delete.I would stay away from that place.

2 stars for an ok job on my car. Thats all. Went there because of a dent requiring some replacements and they promised a delivery in 10 days (max period) but delivered only after 1 month and 1 week after some10 visits and innumerable phone calls chasing them. Their tone changed in couple of weeks after getting my vehicle to the point that they told me that they are not a museum to keep my car forever and they have other customers to handle when their promised time to me was far over. While taking my car in, they told that it will be breeze to go through insurance formalities and they are used to dealing with negotiations. Then they started taking that as an excuse that insurance is delaying and had asked me to call up the insurance too. Every time I call them, they have some or the other excuse (some other car on the bench, i am doing all that I can, but it is beyond me, insurance delaying, queue in paint job etc)Upon checking with the staff there, I came to know that the person who took in my car had over promised all customers beyond a point that they can deliver on the promised dates.I have had my shares of going to repair shops in the last 15 years but this place was the worst experience ever.It was a nightmare dealing with Bel Red auto and I wouldnt be going there again, even if they offer a free repair.

I just took my BMW E92 here for some body work after someone backed into me... I also had them install and paint a full body kit with the MTEC bumper, M3 side skirts and front bumper. To give some background on myself I am a total car fanatic and probably am a little too picky with my cars. However, I rather expect a lot from people than vice versa. Needless to say, this was a fantastic experience; I have never been this satisfied with any body/paint work that I have ever had done from another shop... and I have used quite a few over the years. This was done perfectly, both the kit and the damaged rear corner looks like new and I have no way to tell that something was done, painted, and blended. And unfortunately I am the kind of guy that will find a mistake if it exists. I have just found my new shop and will do all my work here in the future. As a matter of fact, they are currently doing some work to my RS4 and I am convinced that it will turn out as great. I worked with Erik over there who took great care of me; professional, skilled, quick and listened very patiently to what I wanted to have done. Also, met with Kurt who was the one assigned to work on the car to discuss some details with him. Highly recommend this place and I will give an update when I get the RS4 back... a bit more work to that one!UPDATE: Just picked up the RS4 and to no surprise it was perfect. All the repair work was done with OEM parts and the fit was as good as new, with perfect paint match. I was especially glad that these guys got to handle this one since it is a fairly rare car and I wanted to make sure to keep it perfect.Thanks again! I hope not to need any repairs for a while, but if I do I will definitely go here.

I will never take my vehicle to this establishment again. I will never recommend this service to anyone ever. Just about 10 months ago Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood sent me to these guys to re-paint my entire front bumper on my S550 Mercedes. I recently had to re-visit these guys because the entire front bumper paint was peeling like paper!! Okay, recently - I had new body work to be done due to an accident a guy nudged my rear bumper at stop light. I commenced to getting quotes. His insurance was covering the fix. My first quote was with Exotic Cars in Bellevue - Reasonable and Excellent Customer Service with seemingly high integrity. (I shouldve stayed with these guys) However, I needed to address my front bumper. So I did with Belred. I explained to BJ the service rep there (Whos a complete lying scum bag of a person). My situation - okay the warranty protected me to have them redo the front bumper..- However, he wanted a 2nd chance to deliver supposedly great service to me this time up regarding my needs for the rear bumper..(HE GAVE ME A QUOTE; WE AGREED TO A PRICE FOR THE FIX ON MY CAR). I felt like okay. Ill give this guy a 2nd chance. His company wasnt on the list as a vendor for Farmers insurance..so I was really giving him the benefit of the doubt that this time hed deliver with some integrity. I got to pick up my car yesterday with the letter that the Insurance company had sent him and additional check for the replacement of the rear bumper....He then use the quote of the insurance company to change the cost that we agreed upon already without ever calling me and communication property. He swore he left me a message. No!! What this scum bag did was a bait and switch; and dishonestly maneuvered to extract all the insurance funds that he could for commission sake. He never cared about making my experience with this company a better on it was really about how much commission and insurance dollar he could grab... I was a fool .. I didnt go with my instinct... once youve had disgusting service with establishment.... never think theyre going to change......stay away from this con-artist approach to business. He didnt keep his word. SCUM BAG !!!!!!!!!________________________________________________________________________Ive made an adjustment to this review for one reason ONLY Linda the owner of this establishment called me once back in town. She grilled her service rep; and acknowledge his horrible performance. She credited me back my money; and explained in detail the warranty on their work. She made it clear - this isnt how they treat their customer. Theyve been in business a long time; and have a great reputation. I told her because she made this right- I would up her rating accordingly. I up the rating by 2 stars due to the owners performance with resolving the issue with excellent communication. Horrible! i got into an accident took my car into their shop, they refused to due repairs, the said insurance company will not pay their rates and it will be my responsibility. When asked to submit supplements to the adjusters and so on, they refused. Told me I need to do all their work. Lazy, rip offs and horrible! Everything that doesnt go by their needs you will be responsible for paying!
