I have purchased several new cars from this dealership in the past 10 years. Their sales team is fantastic. Their service department is one of the worst. On hold for over an hour every time I call and lucky if someone picks up. When visiting in person and drop off your car for service, Never get a call back or update. Last week I dropped off my 2018 summit to fix an issue at 8am. Finally I got a hold of somebody at 4pm to get an update. They had not even look the car yet, Emily said. Had to take an Uber, pick up my car and take it to another dealership to fix. I hope their leadership reads this and start making some needed change. Youre losing valuable customers.

Brought my Jeep in to complete routine maintenance. They had no access to my vehicles history which has consistently been done at Jeep dealerships. (first time I ever encountered this). Service manager gave me a verbal quote and had me sign it but never supplied me with the written copy. Having realized I had an appointment later, I tried to call to get a status and make arrangements regarding pickup. After 15 minutes of being looped back into the automated system, I was finally connected. When I had to call again, I went directly to the number on the business card and left a voicemail. No response to my voicemail. Service manager called the next day with an additional $1100 in needed repairs. Told him I could not afford it and asked what could be taken off. I told him I needed to keep the cost down and he said he would find some discounts. No followup communication from him. Received a text message from him saying he would get back to me with a proposal. Never heard back from him. Texted him that evening saying I was not authorizing the additional cost. Dug up my previous service from a different dealership which indicated the work he suggested had been done approximately 5k miles previously. It also had prices for the items to be addressed. Called the next day and went through the line item costs and verified the services previously suggested were being completed. Cost was approximately 150% more than quoted by the previous dealership. Agent indicated all of the work was completed and there were no discounts applied to the bill. Requested a call back from the service manager. No response. Called again at the end of the day and again got looped to the automated service. Called sales and told them my situation and they told me that service doesnt respond to them either so I shouldnt feel bad. Went in early the next morning and service manager told me he found a discount coupon online at their website. We had words, he denied texting me and told me they have an automated bot that sends out texts with his name on it. Hope this review helps you make a good decision for your vehicle. Im going back to the other dealership because I want to upgrade my Jeep, but want a dealership with some integrity and honesty, who can communicate, be prompt and set clear expectations.

I took my car there for a power steering fluid leak. After their diagnostic they said my steering pump and my Drive Shaft were damaged, that the Steering Pump cost $1450 and the Drive Shaft at $1200 and, that those parts are backordered and I could not get it before 3 weeks. I told them I could order the parts myself to get it quicker, its in that process I found out the original parts cost less than $600 each. Due to that doubt, I decided to take the car to an other dealership for a new diagnostic where I was told that the only damaged part was the pump but not my Drive Shaft while I already ordered and received both parts. Just imagine the difference in prices, plus, think of what wouldve happened if I didnt check elsewhere?Also there is a gentleman there named Chris Rider! This guy has no consideration at all toward customers when speaking to them. I am so frustrated in the way I was treated there.Ive been servicing there for 3 years but I will never go back to that location period.

2018 Jeep grand Cherokee, seatbealt failed at 42k miles. Broke to pieces. Wanted $500 to replace broken parts. A seatbelt that fails should always be covered by the Manufacture. There should be no limit on such a product. The person at the dealership was short and snotty about it. This is a manufacturing issue and should be covered. The person at the dealership acted as if she had all this power and that it was her decision. It should be taken to management. So dissatisfied with the Bellevue dealership.

Wouldnt even give a single star if I could. The absolute worst service department Ive ever dealt with. Rude, unknowledgeable, and the technicians look like theyre freshly picked from a Seattle safe injection site. Chad, the service advisor we dealt with was dishonest and a headache, he clearly has no business being in the automotive industry. Stay away, visit the nearby Rairdons and save the aggravation!

Scheduled an appointment on Saturday morning; received a call at 4pm Saturday that they didnt get to it, and they wanted to keep it until Monday. I called back on Monday, and I was told that the Saturday crew wasnt working until Tuesday, so nobody did anything to my car. Why wouldnt somebody else just look at the car and address the issue? I picked up my car on Monday evening (they can arrange late pickup from the showroom next door). What a waste of time, poor communication, poor customer service.

Worst service center ever. I brought the car I bought from the here to make repairs that were in the sales contract. They kept the car for nearly a week, made claims they fixed the issue. When I picked up the car nothing was fixed, and the car had 100 miles added to it.Additionally they will not call you about the status of the car and do not answer their phones.
