I visited Paretti Baton Rouge after discovering an issue with my Jaguar F-Type. I was greeted warmly by the team members. The dealership was extremely busy at that time, yet I was checked in promptly by Valeria in the service department, who is always friendly and efficient. I was issued a loaner vehicle within 10-15 minutes. Josh, the mechanic working on my car, was extremely knowledgeable, informative and highly qualified. He went above and beyond to let me know that my car was in good hands and provided me with updates on the progress throughout my vehicle repairs. Exceptional service! My previous visit (for annual maintenance) was just as pleasant and stress-free. I truly cant say enough about the entire staff and this dealership. Excellent experience, as always!

I brought my F-Type in for annual maintenance and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service and attention to detail that was provided by the Paretti service department. Val promptly greeted me, got me checked in, and into a loaner in under 10 minutes. Josh was happy to answer every question I had about the work he was doing, stayed in touch with me throughout the entirety of the time my car was in the shop, and thoroughly went over his findings and recommendations. Josh knows the F-Type inside and out, and it was such a pleasure to talk to him. I can definitely tell that both Val and Josh are passionate about what they do, and their personal touches throughout my appointment made this easily the best, most stress-free experience Ive had with getting my car serviced. Wow what can I say! Paula was AMAZING. She got this deal done in less than 24 hours. My car was totaled in an accident and I was so stressed! I called her then saying “Paula I need a car like tomorrow”. She told me let’s get it done: this woman worked her magic and called me the next morning to pick my new car up! She was so kind and even had the red bow ready to take my picture when I got there.

Prior to my experience with Paretti in Baton Rouge, I purchased my ‘18 RR in Texas because I live in Lake Charles and the dealerships are both similar in distance. My vehicle is still under warranty, and even without me being an original customer there, Ray goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is great. I tend to be a last minute person & because I live quite a distance, ray does his best to accommodate me as quick as possible. The staff is friendly. Because of how great Ray has treated me during service, I will definitely give Paretti an opportunity for my business when an updated/new body style is released for the LWB RR. My 2020 Evoque had battery issues so I had it towed to Paretti. They changed the battery and all was good, until I got it home, popped the hood, and noticed they’d broken a piece. I emailed Val pictures and she stated they would order the part and get back with me. I didn’t hear anything for two months, until I emailed her to tell her that my coolant level low light kept coming on even though the coolant level is fine. Again, they were not concerned, just scheduled me to come in two weeks later. I emailed her again to tell her that a bunch of other lights kept coming on for no reason, my remote start no longer worked, and my interior lights wouldn’t come on, and she stated they’d check it all when I brought my car in but “it would take more time.” Ok, fine, no problem. A couple of days ago, I went to get in it to leave for work and it wouldn’t start. No click, no lights, just nothing. I had my dad (a mechanic who fussed continually about LR’s lack of quality mechanics) come jump the battery, I drove that sucker to the Infiniti dealership, and waved bye to it from my new car.Paretti’s sales team is top notch. Couldn’t ask for better. Paretti’s service team, not so much. If I’d had better service, or even felt like they actually cared, I would probably still be driving my Evoque.

Pulled up and walked around the lot for 5 minutes or so. There was a salesperson with a customer previewing vehicles and no one else on the lot.No one came out to assist or answer any questions.So I checked out the prices on a few vehicles and ended up leaving.I felt this deserved 3 stars do you the poor quality of assistance provided.As I write this I’m going to adjust to 4 stars because honestly I think it’s poor performance from a business owner stand point and the sales people could be working harder 🤷🏼‍♂️Edit: We were there March 29th 2021 @ 1:44 pm

This place is unreal!!! The customer service is horrible. Im an African American nurse that makes 130k plus annually. I recently moved here from Miami. I purchased a new Range Rover for myself on my birthday in March. I went on vacation the next day and was asked to returned to this location by my awesome sales rep Bill Cutworth to receive the inspection sticker that was owed to me due to it expiring in May. When I returned to this location Bill was assisting customers at the time. I waited at the reception desk for about 15 minutes without any acknowledgement from staff. Their were 2 employees hanging out in the same office next to Patricia G. talking, joking and laughing. Patricia G. (after walking her customers out the door to their car) walked pass me several times without even saying hello, asking if I needed assistance or giving any acknowledgement of any kind. To my right of the reception desk was another tall male employee that sat at his desk (without a customer) who did the same thing! I repeatedly looked at my watch and phone checking the time. Still nothing. The male to my right after approximately 10-15 minutes picked up the phone and started talking (appearing to make himself look busy). When we made eye contact he non-verbally asked if im being helped? I then asked is their someone to help me? The other female employee then joined Patricia G. in her office where they proceeded to talk. Still no acknowledgement. I then went outside to tell my mother (who was waiting in my other vehicle) that i decided to leave and why. At that time is when the tall male employee to the right of the entrance came outside to ask if everything was okay. I explained my frustration and that a review will be posted. Magically, a receptionist appeared!!! When I asked the name of certain staff. Including Patricia G. (who observed me asking for names), Milton/Wildon ( he sits next to Patricia) and i didnt get the other staff names. Magically again, Yep! Now Patricia finally acknowledged me and Welcomed me to Parretti and asked if I needed assistance... ( after almost an hour at this time). Now the icing on the cake. This is when I was told by Patricia that The location that gives the inspection sticker wont be available until Monday!!! I gave this location a ONE star review ONLY because of the ONE employee Bill Cutworth ( my sales rep ) who offers exceptional customer service!!!! Besides 0 wasnt an option. In conclusion, My recommendation for Bill is a 10 ( if your looking for great customer service.) The other staff at this location 00. Confused at if I needed to wear heels and a button up or my nursing scrubs with my stethoscope around my neck to get assistance at this location.

I didnt mind taking the trip from New Orleans to Baton Rouge to get execeptional treatment. I have owned a few luxury cars but never experienced the treatment that was given from the beginning to the very end at this dearship. I spent the entire morning trying to purchase a car speaking with Terrance Givens. I confirmed initially, at 8:37 am that they had inventory for sale of the 2020 Defender. Right off I asked Terrance if the vehicle was available for sale, I had to deal with very poor back and forth email communication, it was confirmed at there was in-fact a Silver Explorer edition 2020 Defender. I told him that we were from out of town and wanted to buy it, doing this back and forth via email took 8:37 am first email until just now at 11:40 am. Told them thats great, well hop in our car in Houston and drive to buy it today. Then receive a call (Finally! after having asked him to call my husband 2 or 3 times!) that nope, they wont sell us the car because we are in Texas. Truly a waste of a time, buying an $76k vehicle and being treated so poorly, I was feeding my kids and getting them dressed to drive 6 hours to buy this vehicle. What are you thinking?

WOW! They are great! We drove about 1,600 miles round trip to get a vehicle we couldnt find near us. Needless to say, buying a car several states away is an uneasy feeling. Cecil went above and beyond to help us with our purchase, before, during, and after the sale. In the event that they would have another hard to find car that I want, I would make the drive again without a second thought. Everyone tried to make our experience as good as possible, and they did. Kudos to Cecil, the Management, and staff for awesome service that is hard to find these days.

I have visited this service department several times since I have owned my 2011 LR4 and every single time I am treated so well! Last visit was for brakes and tire rotation. Chelsea was my service advisor--she is so pleasant and helpful. Always easy to get appointment that works with my schedule. Repairs have always been top notch. I also appreciate the complimentary wash my vehicle gets while it is there.

Our buying experience at Paretti Jaguar Land Rover of Baton Rouge was by far the BEST buying experience with a car dealership EVER. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked into the dealership to the day we drove our Land Rover off the lot. Mr. Bill Cutforth was a delight to work with, never felt pressured, was more than accommodating in making vehicles available to test drive even during a thunderstorm. After we left the dealership with our new Land Rover, Mr. Cutforth continued to monitor the Sirus satellite radio to make sure it was properly operational and followed up the next morning to confirm. Mr. Cutforth as well as the dealership far exceeded our expectations with a spotless vehicle, confirmed that all accessories were in the vehicle and helped link my I-phone to the vehicles system. The attention to detail was amazing. We will be back to do business with this quality dealership in the future and will recommend Paretti Jaguar Land Rover of Baton Rouge to our friends.

Paretti was exceptional with my repair. This was my 2nd time to use Paretti with an Evoque I purchased from used dealership. However, the staff treated me as if I purchased my Evoque from Paretti. Pringle was extremely detailed in the explanation of the work needed and kept me in the loop the entire time. He and the service staff never stopped working and fighting on my behalf with a less than helpful extended warranty group. I will never take my 2015 Evoque to any other service department. I know I am in the best of hands!

We bought a 2017 F Pace from Paretti-BR in December and absolutely love it. The vehicle unfortunately had to go in for repairs due to a defective part in early February, which took about 7 weeks. Paretti is reimbursing us for February and Marchs notes and also gave us a beautiful, brand new Jaguar sedan to drive in the meantime. Service / Repair is not a great part of owning any car... but the folks at Paretti made my experience a really positive one (LR prices aside) Then, on my second visit, the exact opposite is true. I was given a false diagnosis to jump up the price $900. When I called their hand on it, the problem was solved without the original diagnosis. It was a simple fix and I was not charged; very impressed. However, when I presented another problem I was having, I, and the problem, was dismissed as non-existent. I was actually told there was no problem. I drive this vehicle every day; I know there is a problem. But he wasnt too interested. I have since sold my Range Rover because I do not want to deal with service department that may or may not take my vehicle seriously. Otherwise, this is a nice facility and this episode aside, has good things going for it. The service manager did reach out to me afterward, but its just a little too late for me. My new vehicle is neither Land Rover or Jaguar, both of which I really like.

Last year I was looking for a new car and I decided to visit and see if a Land Rover would be a good fit for me. I was greeted normally, but I was very quickly treated like I wasn’t a real customer. We got into a car and drove it for maybe a minute, but as soon as we parked, our salesperson said I was a bad driver (it was pouring and I drove very slowly because I was given little direction on where to go) and immediately left us there with the car alone. He never returned, but I decided to be polite and mention we were leaving, especially because he left us with the vehicle. He didn’t even acknowledge me when I said we were going to head out. It was disappointing to see I wasn’t taken seriously at all. Not long after, I put in an order with Tesla and was treated completely differently. I couldn’t been happier with my choice.

My experience with Paretti Jaguar was excellent! Ms. Chelsea was my service advisor. She did an excellent job explaining repairs being done to my 2008 Range Rover. I was offered a loaner free of charge while my vehicle was being repaired. She kept me informed and updated me as to the progress of the repairs. Initially,I had been taking my vehicle to a local repair shop who worked on foreign vehicles. But after me experience with Paretti, I certainly will be taking my vehicle back to the Paretti dealership for any future repairs.

BEWARE OUT OF STATE BUYERS. The buying experience was fine. The problem has been the last three months of me trying to get me vehicle registration and licence plates. The communication has been terrible, and I only get information when I reach out and request it. I have been told for months that my plates are on the way, then weeks go by and I have to follow up. Finally got the GM involved (only by email, as he has never had the courtesy to reach out to me by phone), and he assured me he would get this resolved. That was two weeks ago. Something still did not feel right, so I went to my local tax office today to see what I could find out, and surprise surprise, the dealership had still not sent my county all needed documents. I could go on and on with more details of this ordeal, but at the end of the day, I dont want to waste anymore time on this. This all could have been avoided with ANY communication from their team and a bit more honesty and integrity. Very frustrated!

I was interested in a used car for sale at paretti of baton rouge. Sent an email and was contact a day or so later by a rep named Eddie. We set up a time to meet so I could see the car the next day. Later he calls me and tells me he wont be there but Patricia will help me and that the car was in New Orleans and not Baton Rouge but assured me itd be there tomorrow for me. I drove from church point all the way to Baton Rouge for the car to not only be there but Patricia had no idea I was coming. For reference sake, she was fabulous with helping me. My trade in was upside down and she tried to help me work it out. I get set up to go back when the car is actually there and Eddie is helping me get the financing stuff done. He only checked with one bank and the interest rate was high so of course my payments would have been obnoxious. Since Im a veteran i called USAA and got a much lower interest rate which of course meant a better interest rate. My husband and I got for a 3rd time to Baton Rouge and do paper work. Great, now the car is mine. Except Paretti of Baton Rouge SAT ON MY CHECK FOR WEEKS.

My first Range Rover! I purchased a 2016 Range Rover Evoque. It had to be ordered and took approximately three months to arrive, but it was worth the wait. My salesman, Jay Price, took the time to answer all of my voluminous questions throughout my decision making and after my purchase. Had to bring my vehicle in 3 times to get my rear window to work.Brought my Range Rover Sport in to get rear window and battery fixed third time in 8 days.When I picked it up it had a scratch & dent on fender. I told them it wasnt there before they said it showed a dent before. I told them I checked it before I left and it didnt have scratch or dent below the battery was installed. The manager basically called me a liar. I normally dont write reviews but I thought I would let everyone beware of not letting this happened to you. Manager was rude.Now I have to bring my vehicle to a body shop and will be without a vehicle for at least a week. Any time you go there make sure you have them write down that the vehicle has no scratches or dents in writing. Or it will cost you not counting the time you will be without a vehicle. Hope you have better luck 👎

Took a while for the Evoque I ordered to arrive but so far it is better than I expected. This is a third generation Land Rover the other two being Range Rover Sports. Handles great and for driver does not seem to be giving up anything in comfort/support for the smaller size. No one sat in back yet but sure I never will so cant comment yet on rear space.

I had my keys stolen from my 2012 land rover evoque. There was a lot of confusion at first between the parts department and service advisors. The parts dept was quoting one price along with saying I just need one key, the service advisor was quoting another price saying I needed two keys. Once this was solved, I had to drive 2 hours from my home to the dealership. Which was not bad, the timing of service was accurate and efficient. I was out of there in a timely manner. Chelsea was my service advisor and she was awesome at making sure I was informed on everything. The technician that I had look at a broken part underneath wasnt very informative. This is why I cant give a complete 5 star. Being new to the land rover vehicles I like to get a little knowledge about my car. Especially when there is a technician around. He did not seem to tell me correct information until I asked him to get under the car and show me. Even then he had to correct himself twice giving me false information. On top of that I was asking what this (broken) part is used for and he simply said I cant tell you all the secrets? I was just trying to be informed about my car.

The first available service slot given for my vehicle was over a month out for issues related to poorly functioning InControl Touch Pro and various recalls. When I dropped my vehicle off (a 2017 Jaguar) I was provided with a low end Nissan-not trying to be snobby but I have always been provided a loaner that is at least somewhat equal to my own at other dealers. Turns out a technician could not even get to my vehicle for three days after I dropped it off. At that point parts were ordered for the recall. I had to call to get updates and often times messages were not returned (even one I left for the service manager). My vehicle was at the dealer for a week and a half and I did not receive a call that it was ready (I only found out because I called). Hoping for a better experience next time. Two stars because at least the issues seem to be resolved.
