My salesman, Tyrone. was amazing. I bought a use vehicle and and it had some minor issues that shouldve been taken cared of before I left the dealership. The car needed to be detailed because it still had food, mud and some sort of chalk all over the seats from the last owners, and alignment and the tires to be balanced(my assumption). I brought this up from the jump and they took the vehicle to be cleaned. When they brought the vehicle back, they had only ran it through the wash. I was told to then bring the vehicle back on Saturday morning and they would detail the vehicle and do a wheel alignment. I was there for 4 hours and the detail was still not completed. I spoke with my salesman and Ty and his manager then started to detail the car, while I wait outside the vehicle, in which they shouldnt have had to do. When buying the vehicle I also told them that the vehicle shakes at a certain MPH. They told me that nobody was there to check the problem and to call back on Monday. I called Monday and received the run around. This dealership is completely unorganized and unprofessional. I wouldnt advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from them.

2 stars only because the sales team that helped me was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the sales team has ruined my experience and we will not be buying another car from Robinson brothers.Service is absolutely unacceptable. My car has been with the service team for 8 days and I’ve only had it for 5 months. I brought it in for an oil change… No one can tell me why it’s still there or what is wrong with it. Every time I call, I get voicemail or directed to someone who cannot give me any information. I am astonished and disappointed at the lack of communication. I expected some amount of respect after purchasing one car and trying to purchase a second through Robinson brothers, but my husband and I have been ignored and put through the ringer for no apparent reason. I will be looking for a different service dealer in the future because this team is inadequate and incapable of providing reasonable service and communication.

My goodness. This dealership is awful!! My husband and I purchased a vehicle from them approximately 2 weeks ago. There are so many issues with this vehicle. The dealership does not want to take accountability for selling us a faulty car. At the time of sale we were given a rundown of all of the service checks & how Its like new. Its ready to roll. There is NO WAY it was properly serviced. The manager Robert, is not willing to accommodate us & accept their lack of thorough inspection.Robert then proceeded to belittle my knowledge of cars. According to him, everything I was telling him was incorrect. Yet, all of my information was from another Ford Dealer. (Another Ford dealer diagnosed our truck due to the extended power outage at Robinson Brothers Ford.) Had I been treated with respect, I would have brought the truck to them to allow the extended warranty to cover the cost. But I will tow the truck to another state before I allow this untruthful dealer to touch my vehicle again. Shame on this dealer!!

The two salesmen we worked with were great. Beau and Don answered all of our questions about the used Expedition we purchased. Both guys worked well together to accommodate my family’s busy schedule and made themselves available when we could be there. Beau brought the vehicle to our house so we could make sure it fit in our garage before we bought it. After making the purchase we had a small issue and they took care of it quickly and delivered the Expedition to me at work so I wouldn’t have to leave. We had a very positive experience with Robinson Brothers and with Beau Dennis and Don McClureI will buy from them again!

Dropped our vehicle off on a Tuesday for a blown rear passenger tire. Friday, the tech ‘Brian’, said he would have it done Saturday morning. I had an event that required the vehicle on Saturday and he assured me it would be done. Saturday comes around and I haven’t received a call. So I call them, first all their phone numbers go to an answering machine, including the service number. You have to call quick lane to get transferred to service. After 20 minutes on the phone they told me it would not be done until Monday, because they have to order a tire! Four days for a tire! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they don’t work on weekends. Would not recommend this place for service.

Today, I was told my sales person is not available, and that he is the only one who would know where my plate is. So again, no help, and no license plate! I dont know what to do about it?!

Absolute nightmare dealing with service department to get my car fixed. My car sat in their parking lot for weeks and weeks waiting on a part because of horrible communication. They clearly do not care about you unless you still have a warranty with them because that’s the only people they give loaner cars to even though I spent over $1000 at their facility. Did not fully diagnose my car and gave me back a car that was still broke and had to be towed. I loved my car too, too bad they don’t have the service facilities properly managed to back it up. I will never buy another Ford ever again. Other car dealerships have way better service and perks compared to Ford. Upper management should take some notes from Toyota on how they treat loyal customers at their service department.

I had trouble giving this one star!!!! I live out of town and I was told if I brought my car in I could get my travel link fixed. I brought it the night before and they never looked at it. The service manager apologized and said “I’m sorry. There are 7 cars in front of you”. That was not my problem and they shouldn’t make promises they can’t keep. I waisted an entire day for absolutely no results. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I have a 2020 Lincoln and plan to try to trade it in this week!!!!!

Ive had two trucks serviced by RBF, and they are second to none. I am a do it yourself guy most of the time, but they are so good at what they do here I am beginning to consider them for work I would normally do myself.The new Service Manager has taken it up a notch in every way.

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. My salesman was great! But the problem was with the general sales manager. After getting my explorer dealer traded I received it not being detailed and issue were already occurring on it. Not every vehicle is perfect so I took it to service to get the issue fixed. They said they had to order the parts. I never heard a call back from them. They also agreed to pay off my other car but decided to not pay off my $400 lease drop fee. It amazes me that they wouldn’t just pay the additional fee. Especially what I’ve been through with this dealership. A good dealership and sales manager would have paid for it. Do yourself a favor and just stay on airline and pass this dealership up.

Made an appointment with the service department a week and a half in advance. Dropped off my vehicle when service opened Wednesday. By Friday afternoon, they still hadn’t started the diagnostic. I can only wonder if this is standard operating, as I picked up my truck without any explanation.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had with their service department. They continously lied to me about multiple aspects of diagnosing and completing repairs for my vehicle. If you need your vehicle repaired, GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I took my vehicle there because it was closer to where my vehicle broke down, that was a huge mistake. I would gladly have paid double the amount for the tow to literally any other place.

Unfortunately, not a great experience with the service department for weeks now. Previously, Ive given the service and sales department 5-Star reviews on multiple occasions even when there has been a hiccup or two. I understand how important it is for companies to showcase positive reviews to drive future business. The review helps one to better understand how they are doing by listening to customer feedback. I regret having to post a 1-star rating for my latest service experience at Robinson Brothers Ford Service Dept.I have wasted a considerable amount of time attempting to service our vehicles that we purchased from this dealership. The advisor didnt make any efforts to resolve our concerns or communicate intelligently with us. Everyone knows nonsense and lies when they hear them. Eventually, we left after 1hr & 30 min round trip ride with no services performed after waiting a week for service. No one has a week of time to waste, especially to be berated and spoke to in a condescending manner. Its the advisors job to discuss the prices, warranties and explain the dealer products and service offerings and estimated times to complete those services. One shouldnt get upset because a client requests an explanation of a charge, service or requesting a time frame to completion. The service team wasnt helpful and seemed to care less about earning our business or just taking care of a customer. The service manager is also not helpful and most of the time wont return phone calls. This is very insulting to customers who are reaching out for help. A take it or leave it kind of mentality is unacceptable and shouldnt be accepted by executive level management or the dealer principals. Eventually, this will hurt the bottom line of those companies and the business owners who actually provide jobs to employees, so its customers can be serviced. Its unfortunate that no one was willing to be communicative and enthusiastic about working their jobs at the service department. I just wanted someone to know how Ive been made to feel and Im a multiple vehicle owner. I hope someone realizes the impact of how a single advisor or service managers communication can affect future business and customer retention.To say the least, I am disappointed that we were unable to get our vehicle serviced. I drove a considerable distance to Baton Rouge to purchase the vehicle from them and Ive had every service including the extras that are recommended performed there. I drive a reasonable distance to get the car serviced, passing up others to make Robinson Brothers Ford my destination. What else could a business ask for from a customer. There is absolutely no appreciation from the service department the distance one must travel or time involved to bring the vehicle for them to service. For the record, Ive only have done this in an effort to be a good customer. By now you know, that level of commitment from me hasnt been reciprocated by this service department. Apparently, Im guilty of buying an inexpensive vehicle and my expectations are too high for a Ford owner. Its as if, the customer is out of their mind to have an expectation of a good service experience. The culture of the service department needs to change so that all customers, regardless of how expensive or inexpensive their vehicles are can receive the same level of service. By the way, trucks havent been inexpensive for a long time now.To management, please get your service department together. Train your advisors and maybe train your service manager as well. Retain your staff, so that every visit isnt with a new person, putting your customers on a merry-go-round. Of course there are challenges right now, and plenty of obstacles one must overcome. At the same time you cant blame every one of your negative 1-star reviews on covid-19. My issues at your service department wasnt caused by Covid-19, but by a dysfunctional, uncaring and noncommunicative service department. As always, its people, processes and culture, all of which needs improvement in your service dept.

After waiting a week for a diagnostic, I was told that I had to pay for the part before they would begin working on my vehicle. This was not explained to me when I dropped my vehicle off, but at this point I don’t have time to go through the process with another shop. Also, no one will talk to me on the phone. I have to wait on a text message from the advisor before I can get any information about my vehicle. I can’t believe they do business this way.

Mr. Kelvin from the used car sales department went out of his way for me. I didnt leave with a vehicle soley based off my own bad credit and low down payment. But this MAN went out of his way for me. He didnt treat me like a $$$$$. I was treated like a human being and thats the only reason Im giving the 5 stars. When I was taken over to the financing department I received very strange looks from some of the employees as I waited to get financed from a sales manager but other than that I had an awesome experience. The secretary behind the desk asked if I needed anything like water and etc. It was very pleasant experience. This place is high class and I wouldnt recommend it unless you have a very high down payment or good credit score.

VIN ETCHING SCAM WARNING.Do not trust a salesman named Nathan Barry if he still works here. I bought a used Scion 3 years ago and they sneaked in a $285 charge for VIN ETCHING right here on my invoice. He knocked $400 off the price because he knew he was going to stick me with the $285 VIN etching.Not only is that a ridiculous amount to charge for something that you can get done for less than $50, THEY DIDNT EVEN DO THE SERVICE.I WAS CHARGED FOR VIN ETCHING, AND IT WAS NOT DONE. THERE IS NO VIN NUMBER ETCHED ON ANY WINDOW ON THE CAR.My insurance required a picture of the etching to apply the discount to my insurance, and it was never even done. When I called to ask about it the woman I spoke to acted incredulous, and insisted that if I was charged then the job was actually done. Right.Now Im sure enough time has passed that it doesnt even matter. I wish I had known sooner, I would have taken action.WATCH OUT IF YOU BUY ANY VEHICLE HERE.

Dropped off my Lincoln the Friday before Christmas and was told that they wouldnt even take a look at it until Tuesday. Waited until after the holiday to bug them since they texted me that were working on it a couple of times. Tried to get in touch by text an phone and received no response. Went up there and she told me she would have something for me within the next two days. By the end of the week, with no response, I went up there again. The service manager who it had been assigned to had been out for vacation and apparently the other girl didnt think she needed to take care of it? Anyway. Three weeks later and I have my vehicle back, but they still havent fixed all. Its been at least another week since and they were supposed to have ordered a part to complete my repairs.

But before this I had already had a n appointment with the salesman there named Johnny snd I had got as far as turning into thr parking lot and he called and said he was sorry that the vehicle that I wanted didnt pass their inspection snd that yh we y couldnt and wasnt going to be able to sale that vehicle to me.I couldnt believe he did this bc I had bought a car from him before thats why I was coming back to buy one from him. A excellent Experience with my sales concierge I went to look at the 2017 Lincoln Continental. The representative was knowledgeable and very patient. I know this because I had done my homework on the car prior to going in to look at it. I went in looking to the Continental with all wheel drive mainly because the tire wear much more even and the car drives better in general in rain and cold weather conditions. I am a Mercedes S65AMG and Audi A8L owner currently. So my expectations are ratter high in regards to features and dependability. I must say looking at and driving this new Lincoln was a real treat. It is what Lincoln has been known for and it seem Lincoln has their eyes on regaining the town car customer base the lost at the funeral of the Town Car, which I would like to have come back......it is a excellent flee vehicle and it was still a six passenger luxury car. Actually the only only left on the market if memory serves me correct. Yes this new lincoln is above the $30,000 mark. Bought an F150 and a Ford Edge. The F150 runs fine (hence the two stars vs one). The edge began riding rough, slipping gears, and have other issues two weeks after purchase. After multiple trips to the shop there is nothing wrong with it. Dont buy an edge apparently theyre poorly made. Either that or they wont fix our lemon. Either way Im dissatisfied.*Year later update: cheap plastic piece snaps off back of tailgate. Not covered under warranty Im not sure why we even got a warranty when they refuse to address multiple issues with vehicles unless they stop running completely. Do yourself a favor and dont buy a Ford.

Bought 2013 MKX & experienced problems & had to bring in for service numerous times. Was told after last incident earlier this year that they would no longer work on my vehicle.Who does this? I have been hospital shortly after last incident & now am afraid to drive my vehicle. Its not my fault there were consistent problems & that they unable to resolve. Vehicle very low miles. How is it my fault that they were unable to resolve issues with my vehicle? This dealership leaves a lot!

Beau is the sales guy who called and gave us the information regarding rebates and how we could trade in my Mustang for a 2019 car and save money. We went in and were immediately helped and got a test drive for the ‘19 Escape. After talking prospects, we talked numbers with Joe Parks, who was also a high quality gentleman. We wanted to buy car from this place a tundra on the used cars section and we had already a car there but upon arrival the guy who came out they JUDGED US because of our race, we have a Hispanic background and the reason I can confirm this is because the guy told us that we had the put a down payment of a large amount before we finance but we hadnt even said our credit score or anything, they guy started laughing at us once he said the amount of the down-payment, it was very awful they way he said it, and how he treated us, he even began to try to say it in spanish and the way he was doing it was to make fun of us. We decided to go to another dealership that helped us and bought a brand new tundra pro.

Vehicle is still doing same thing I was charged $150 to diagnose. They kept the car for a week and only diagnosed a battery. My husband took the car in to diagnose a slow start. He was told 2 days to diagnose. The morning of the third day I called. I was told due to a timing issue with Ford Motor Co. themselves, they would be keeping my vehicle over the weekend. It took them almost a week to diagnose a battery. They charged my $150 to diagnose, plus the cost of the battery. My car never stopped doing the issue I took it in for. The customer service was so bad that I just didnt want to go back. I received a notice in the mail about a recall on my car. I decided to call about the start issue, thinking they could be handled at the same time. I spoke with the male service manager, as we have already had major complaints with the female manager, Casey. He did more taking up for Casey than trying to listen to my problem. He then told me that he not only would try to diagnose this same issue that was never fixed, but he couldnt even tell me how much the diagnosis would cost. This is not the first time I have had this issue with this place of business. They gave my husband a price right away. They told me, as a woman, they have to do the actual diagnostic first. This does not surprise me since the first time I called for service was for my seatbelt. The latch locked. I was told that even with a vin number they could not tell me the cost of the latch because parts arent interchangeable like that. The last time I checked, Eli Whitney invented interchangeable parts in 1798 for firearms. Surely, in over 220 years we have mastered interchangeable parts for carts. I do have a full diagnostic from them saying it was just the battery. If it were just the battery, it would not be doing the same thing. I dont understand why they will not guarantee their own work. Yes, it has been a month or two. However, if the battery were the main cause it would not be acting up again so soon. Thus, their diagnoses was incorrect. Why should I have to pay for them to fix their own mistake? And then not even be able to be quoted a price to do a diagnostic?

I contacted Robinson Brothers Ford twice in regard to a faulty clutch on my Ford Focus 2014. The clutch issue was something I had experienced from the time I bought the car and has recently been addressed by a Customer Satisfaction Program which would fully fund the repair. Both times I contacted Robinson Brothers Service Department, I was given confusing and blatantly rude service. During my first call in October, I was told their service department will need my car for at least a week or two, and loaners are not available. Since I am a teacher and a single mother, it is not feasible for me to be without transportation or to pay for a rental car for several days. I called again today and spoke to Jerry; he addressed me with anger, interrupted me several times, and told me that they do not have loaner cars. According to Ford Customer Service, a rental car can be re-embursed. Jerry did not inform me of this, and I do not want to speak to him again. I have spoken to the other Ford dealerships near me and have been told that they cant service my car for this problem. I understand there are limitations when many customers need the same service, however, the rudeness I experienced in communicating with Jerry is a serious issue and will certainly affect my decision when I purchase my next car.

The best car buying experience I could have ever imagined. Matt Reed (salesman) and Joe Park (finance) were the absolute best! Emailed Matt Sunday night about my truck, Monday morning he had everything ironed out. The experience as a whole was haggle free, stress free, and they worked with me to get the monthly note I wanted. If I could give the used dealership a negative star I would. I visited the lot yesterday to look for a vehicle. A salesman came out and I asked him about the 2009 Ford Escape. I asked him to find out how much I could purchase the car for cash. He said he wasnt sure. I gave him my phone number and told him to call me with the best deal. I have yet to hear from him. He never gave me a business card or anything to even follow-up so I will assume my business wasnt needed nor wanted. However, I am glad that I did not spend my hard earned dollars here. I was able to go down the street to Team Honda and speak with a salesman who not only followed up, but brought the car to my job for a test drive. Thanks Robinson Brothers Used Cars for making my purchase decision easy. Ill know who NOT to visit in a year to purchase a car for my son.

I was in the market for a replacement vehicle, and the new Lincoln 2020 Aviator was on my list of vehicles to review. One of the car sales consultants, Todd McKowen gave me a follow up call from my internet inquiry. He was able to get me in to test drive two models of the Aviator. Both are nice in appearance, amenities, ride comfort and handling. They had a vehicle for the model I wanted, but it was the wrong color. Todd worked for a couple of hours, and was able to locate the color of the model I wanted at a dealership in another state. They were able to get the vehicle here within a couple days. He listened to my wife, Heathers wish list and most have list and found us the absolute perfect vehicle for her. He was upfront, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Most important, he didnt judge or assume a budget/ classification for us until we discussed such details together. We absolutely LOVE our brand new Navigator!
